I’ve had an amazing experience at Canyon View Crossing and felt compelled to share a different perspective. From day one, the staff has been professional, responsive, and genuinely invested in making residents feel welcome. Heather, the Property Manager, does an outstanding job keeping the community running smoothly. She is knowledgeable, approachable, and always willing to address questions or concerns in a professional manner. It’s clear she cares about both the property and the people who live here. Jaden, the Maintenance Manager, deserves special recognition as well. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently, and he consistently goes above and beyond to ensure issues are resolved the right way the first time. Ethan, the Maintenance Tech, is equally impressive—friendly, respectful, and hardworking. Every interaction I’ve had with the maintenance team has been positive. Megan in the leasing office made the entire leasing process seamless. She was patient, informative, and made sure every question was answered thoroughly. Her professionalism and positive attitude left a great first impression and continued long after move-in. As for the property itself, I’ve found the community to be well-maintained, welcoming, and a great place to live. No apartment community is perfect, but what truly matters is how management responds, and this team consistently demonstrates dedication, professionalism, and care. I know online reviews often highlight negative experiences, so I wanted to share a positive one. The staff here works hard every day, and in my experience, Heather, Jayden, Megan, and Ethan have all been exceptional. You can one hundred percent tell that this was carefully pieced together and I would absolutely recommend Canyon View Crossing to anyone looking for a place to call home.

Recommended neighborhood in Orem, close to shopping and dining places, the complex has plenty facilities which keep maintained well, good property management who is very supportive to our need, good communication and quick maintenance support..

Jade one of the maintenance employees was super awesome he helped with fixing our washer and dryer was super fast and friendly. Originally was talking to him about my issues and he gave me some feedback on what it might be and then the very next day he was at our unit fixing the problem and was totally correct. The maintenance crew is quick to respond to any problems you may have. And management / front office 5 stars anytime I've gone in with a problem not only do they listen and make you feel at home they work with you on any problems you may have to come up with a solution rather then not listen. If your looking around for a community I would recommend canyonview crossing.

I lived here for over 3 years, 2 different units. I have zero complaints. I am mostly writing this review to acknowledge how amazing the management is here. Heather and Alexis have been nothing but kind to me and it really makes a difference. Thanks for everything!

This is a great apartment complex. The office staff and maintenance team are wonderful and quick to help. All amenities have been recently updated and are better than ever. Everything is clean and the staff does everything to put the residents first. Very grateful for the CVC team!

At first the experience wasn’t great—the apartment wasn’t clean when I moved in. But after new management took over, things improved a lot. Heather and her team are friendly, attentive, and very supportive. Maintenance is quick, the community is nice, and the location is close to shops, schools, and playgrounds. The apartment had great light and a beautiful view, plus the new amenities like the grill area, game room, and movie theater were a big plus. Just be sure to keep your car locked, even in the private parking.

My wife and I have been residents here for over three years and have been extremely happy with our decision to live here. The facilities are well-maintained, the apartments are spacious, the rent is reasonable and the management is phenomenal. They go above and beyond every day to help residents. They are always professional and respectful, and we have had nothing but good experiences whenever we've needed help with anything. Maintenance is also prompt, friendly, and polite. All in all, we have loved living here and expect to continue to love this community.

I have only had good experiences with the new management that took over about a year ago. They’ve made many upgrades that add to the experience living here—like an outdoor BBQ grill, painting shared spaces, and adding a mini golf area. My interactions with the new management and maintenance staff have only been friendly and positive. It’s been so refreshing! I would absolutely recommend living here now!

New management is great, always available and willing to help. Maintenance is top notch. Clean, quiet, nice. Things rarely break but are fixed immediately. Going on 7 years with no complaints.

Lovely place to live with really kind staff! Our apartment is super nice and we love the amenities. Sometimes it does take a while for the maintenance crew to help with certain things, other times they're super fast. But when they do come they're nice and very helpful. The buildings are well taken care of; they always smell great!

Since new management has taken over things have gotten a lot better. The smart home system they have now put in is awesome. The ladies in the office are so sweet and I really enjoy talking to them :)

The current management staff does a very good job! Everyone I have interacted with has been friendly and kind, they are professional and courteous in their communications, and they give ample notice time when they need to enter units. They do quality and efficient work when they do need to enter units. They have been working to make needed updates to our amenities, and the common areas are clean and well kept. Overall a wonderful and safe place to live.

Living at Canyon View Crossing was the best decision we've ever made, and renewing for a third time is even better. Excellent team in the office and maintenance, a beautiful place. If you're on the fence about moving here, believe me, it's worth it.

Let me just start by saying this is the absolute best apartment I have ever lived at, the management is by far the best I have ever encountered! This place is so warm and inviting and has some of the best perks to an apartment I have ever seen, I am so grateful for the experience I have had here and wish to continue the good times!!!

Moving here has been an absolute breath of fresh air. Not only is the management super friendly, but the environment is so much healthier than my regular experiences. The all year hot tub has been an absolute plus, I have been in there almost every night! Thank you to management for being so friendly and approachable, any time I see any of the staff here they are smiling at me. I would more than recommend living here!

The amenities within a 10 minute radius is great, the staff is friendly, and the apartments a very homie.

When I first moved in, things were sketchy but it being my first apartment, it was expected. Growing up you hear about the typical stereotypes surrounding apartments, which causes trepidation when you sign a lease for the first time. Then a few months later the management changes & then you worry okay what are they going to do now? Truth is from the first time that I met Tyler, Heather & later Alexis. They have been nothing but helpful, even when I ramble on as us old people do. After calling the front office to get my cat out from under a dishwasher, in roughly an hour later the maintenance man arrived. I helped him unbolt the cabinet fasteners, & pull out the dishwasher. Out comes my cat. After putting the dishwasher back in & fastening the screws. We BS'd about this & that, then he taught me about the disposal unit. Have not had to reset it as yet but still remember how. Now meeting Heather for the first time, that was jarring but within a matter of minutes, she changed my initial reaction to her to one of maybe, just maybe could speak with her about what needs to be taken care of. Since then, not sure if she considers me a friend but I consider her as such. She has been someone that one could converse with, no matter the subject, she even tried to get me help with paying for the apartment. When my hours at work were reduced, she told me the absolute latest she could hold the ticks at bay was the 15th of that month & that she would forgive the late fees for the month. Luckily did not have to utilise that forgiveness but for her to offer that meant & means so much to me. Alexis took me a little longer to feel comfortable around & am still working on it. She is a professional with a killer sense of style. Overall a great team, they do what they can, could be 'tis their job or maybe because they want to. The complex is coming along, there is far less to elaborate than before, still work needs doing but progress is moving apace hence the four stars instead of five but considering some of the reviews, hopefully this helps them get a little luck on their side.

I have been very happy living here at Canyon View Crossing. The new staff is wonderful. Heather is honest and a straight shooter. I feel safe that she is doing the best for me. Alexis is kind and friendly and makes going in the office a joy. Tyler and Jaiden are the maintenance staff and the very best. They fix things quickly and they are fixed for good. They are upgrading many parts of the buildings right now and it is so nice. I feel like I live in luxury and all my needs are met here.

The staff here is absolutely incredible. I don't ever feel like a burden when asking or talking about what's wrong in my apartment. I feel like I am able to talk to them as if we are friends and they are so kind. I like to pop into the office and say hello sometimes❤️

Gorgeous property and friendly staff!

Been living here for almost 6 years. I appreciate that the property is kept very clean. Maintenance requests are quick and easy and the property management has always been great with communication. New property management is gearing up to make additions and improvements so it’ll just get better from here! Highly recommend this community. Having the hot tub open year round is also a huge bonus!

I love it here. The staff is friendly, helpful and nice. The view from my apartment is awesome. It is pet friendly. The amenities are great. When I had an issue with my garbage disposal. They got it taken care of quickly. These apartments are a great place to live.

We love Canyon View Crossing, all of the staff are so kind and helpful. Maintenance is very quick to respond and are very professional. Also the location is very nice being so close to University mall and UVU! Honestly couldn’t say enough good things about CVC!

Let me start by saying.. this property is beautiful y’all! I am in love with how spacious and open my apartment is. As a single woman I feel very safe with the key coded doors you have to use to even get up to my floor. The amenities are def not lacking and the office staff was nice and so helpful.

As soon as I walked in, I was impressed with the cleanliness and decorations that were up for St Patrick’s day. It made the place feel very welcome. I was greeted by Hailey, with a big smile and great attitude. I felt like was actually important and not someone who has to be dealt with. She seems like she genuinely loves her job, and it showed as she took us through the complex, explaining amenities throughout, and getting to know my wife and I. Asking personal and genuine questions to find the best fit for us. The apartments were spacious and clean, as a handyman myself I am very particular to a finished apartment. And it passed my tests. Walls were patched and painted, carpets had been cleaned, unit was ready for move in. The amenities were great including an awesome theater room that can be used. Hailey helped us through the whole process constantly smiling. I would recommend this complex to anyone, great place, close to schools, restaurants, and freeway. If you go ask for Hailey - she was awesome !!!

Wonderful experience living here! Nice neighborhood, great amenities, clean, updated and well kept. The management was very pleasant to work with our entire time here. We were relocated out of state and sad to leave this property. We provided adequate notice and followed all move-out instructions so our relocation was flawless. Thank you again for providing us with a wonderful home and experience!

I absolutely love living at this apartment complex! The location is fantastic, with convenient access to amenities and public transportation. The management is responsive and friendly, including the lovely ladies up front, ensuring a comfortable living experience. I loved living there. The managers were very helpful and compassionate when I was struggling. They assisted me with everything. I just made sure I communicated my situation. When my daughter passed away they helped me so much when I couldn’t even focus on anything. We lived there for at least 5 years till we moved out because we bought our first home.

I just resigned my lease and I can say I absolutely feel at home here and have been for a year. It’s been such a family oriented place to live and the Property Manager Mr. Terrel is such a wonderful lovely person who really makes living here better! I highly recommend anyone who wants a good place to raise kids/ family! P.s there is a little cool dog area to meet others also! The community here is great!

I went to visit a friend to have a nice dinner and while I was trying to unload my car one of the maintenance guys offered to help me. I think his name was Kevin. I don’t live there but I can say with certainty that they have good staff.

I was in town for the holidays and I decide to visit Canyon View Crossing Apartments I called and spoke to Terrell, He was very patient and helpful in answering all my questions. He Invited me for a tour, and the place it's beautiful I love it is very convenient for shopping.

My husband and I have lived here about a year. In the past couple of months, we've had a couple random maintenance requests we've had to put in. The new property manager has been so helpful to go above and beyond to ensure any expenses are fair and justified. We've greatly appreciated his help and love living here!

Great so far! There are some extra one time fees here and there like utilities setup and monthly valet trash fees, wish they just let people know. Noisy on the upper floor, but staff did let them know, so at least it got little quieter after quiet hour. Overall apartment is pretty clean and easy access to everywhere you need to go. Staff are really nice and understanding and does a quick job on maintenance. Love it so far, but getting package can be tricky to tack down. * Packages might end up in front of the apartment door, outside the amazon hub, or go to apartment A or B, but I blame more on the delivery person. Probably will update at the end of the year to see what changes.

We have lived here since Nov 20, 2015. The best apartment we have lived in so far, we haven't been able to leave! Our dogs love it here too. We've seen managers come and go here and this is by far the best management company! Thanks for all you do.
