    Amenities

    I have lived here since summer 2022. Their maintenance is super responsive. Once they receive your request, they will contact you soon and send over the maintenance people on the same day or next day. I don’t have complaints at all. Nice gym, hot tub open all the year around. Swimming pool is open when the weather is warm. I love this complex!

    Me and my brother just moved in and we love it! Tayson and his staff have been very kind and helpful with everything we need, Thomas and his coworkers all in maintenance have been the absolute best whenever we need any repairs or have any issues, they are quick to respond and are very nice and really chill when they stop by to fix anything we need

    I love living here. This is the start of my 4th year living here. Thomas, the maintenance technician is awesome. He responds to work orders the same day. My recent work order had to do with the fridge as the freezer was no longer freezing and not producing ice. After the initial troubleshooting and cleaning, it was determined it needed to be replaced. Kanyon assisted Thomas in installing the new fridge. Within an hour of plugging the new one in, the items I placed in the freezer was freezing. Yay!!! And I'm also getting ice too. Thomas and Kanyon make a great maintenance team here.

    Have lived here for over a year and have no complaints. The complex is well kept and the management team is solid. Specific shout out to the maintenance team, Thomas and Kanyon. At least 3 times in the last year I've had some ridiculous maintenance thing and every time they are respectful and got it fixed within the hour.

    Recently had maintenance come to help with a fairly large issue - our AC went out. It ended up being a multi-day resolution, but the maintenance team (Kanyon and especially Thomas - shout out to them!) took fantastic care of us! From great communication on what was happening and what they were doing to fix the issue, to getting us temporary portable AC units to keep our apartment cool while they fixed the issue, and made sure to followup after it was fixed to ensure it stayed fixed.

    We’ve lived at Parc on Center in Orem for over a year now, and there’s a reason we are extending our lease for another year. Management has been responsive and prompt with any concerns, whether it’s issues around the apartment complex or dealing with noisy neighbors after hours. The maintenance crew is also excellent. In other places I’ve lived, requests were often handled poorly or ignored altogether, but not here. Thomas, the head of maintenance, is always prompt with requests and very detail-oriented in his work. On multiple occasions I’ve asked him to look at other small issues while he was already in the apartment, and he always takes the time to address them on the spot. The amenities are another highlight. The pool and gym are kept clean, and any broken equipment in the gym is repaired quickly once management is notified. Overall, Parc on Center has been a great place to live, and we’re happy to stay another year!

    Today I reported two issues to Tayson and Thomas. One was for plumbing leak under the basin. It turned out to be not a real issue. It was because the water dripped from the seam between faucet and basin, not from the water pipe. Thomas was really very experienced to fix the plumbing issue. He helped me to find the root cause very quickly. Another issue was for the window blind broken issue. Thomas planned to book a new one and would replace a new one later. Their services were really very well.

    I just moved into my apartment not too long ago. Before I moved in I toured the place and management was very friendly and up front about the prices, no hidden fees. Anytime I needed help with anything everyone has always been really nice. Maintenance also has been really quick to respond and has come and fixed things within 2-3 hours of putting the work order in. Maintenance also is very friendly. I’ve lived in 4 different apartment complexes in Orem and the Parc on Center has been by far the best. Friendly but quiet neighbors, I rarely hear any noises from the apartment above, and a small but great and safe community. I always tell people how much more I love my new apartment. Thanks for all your help guys!

    Moved in about a month ago, maintenance has had to come twice so far for very small things, but they came quick both times. Super friendly front desk people, Travis with maintenance is very knowledgeable and timely. Pool and hot tub are very clean. Water gets really hot really quick. Parking is a little lacking, but the roads are clean and the grass stays well maintained.

    My wife and I have lived at Parc on Center for at least a few years now. We rarely have any issues, and any issues that come up are typically handled quickly and professionally. Their maintenance staff is great and will try to get in touch ASAP if they can't resolve maintenance request within a few hours to schedule the soonest possible time to do their work. The amenities are wonderful as well! Between the pool, workout space and equipment, as well as the playground, walking path, benches, and dog park, there's not a whole lot left to be desired for anyone with any kind of family situation. I recommend checking Parc on Center out! 😊👍

    Beautiful site with views of the lake and nice landscaping. The staff here have been wonderful. Cayla provided videos of open units for me to view so that I was able to set up a rental from out of state and Reese in the office was also very helpful. The maintenance team, Zach and Thomas are very proficient, communicate well, and have made several needed adjustments in good time. The community feels safe. The apartment has all name brand appliances; solid walls and windows make for a quiet stay.

    It's been 3 weeks since I moved here. The apartment is clean and I'm satisfied. The price is reasonable. If I need it, they do it right away. The maintenance is good.

    This 5 stars is for the maintenance team. Logan and Travis are always on top of things and so helpful. I used to live here and recently moved to Four Seasons, relocating for work, I miss the amazing effort and cleanliness of the property (especially the pool) due to the dedication of these two guys! Wish they could’ve moved with me!
