My husband and I have LOVED living here! The management is amazing and are always quick to respond to anything that is needed. The apartments are well taken care of and maintained. The ward is incredible and it’s such a welcoming apartment complex. If we could leave more stars we would!

Very affordable and comfortable apartments. It’s not managed by one of those annoying management companies here in provo (you know which one I’m talking about…) so they fix things quickly and correctly.
- ★★★★★Mar 2023NoiseCleanliness
Quiet complex with friendly neighbors. Lots of storage and clean, updated apartments. Landlord is great to work with as well.
- ★★★★★Aug 2022Maintenance
My wife and I love it here. The management is quick and responsive. It’s a 5 minute walk to a bus stop and 5 minute drive to the train station and Sam’s Club. Really nice apartments too with timely repairs.
- ★★★★★Apr 2022Amenities
My wife and I have loved living here. The apartments are well kept. The management (Susan and Jennifer, who are wonderful) are very responsive and totally invested in making sure that you have a great experience. Everyone we know who lives(ed) here has nothing but good things to say. Utilities are inexpensive. You pay for electricity and gas, both of which were under or around 50$ a month for us. Rent is very reasonable. The laundry room is well maintained and we’ve never had problems with it being too busy. The layout of the apartments is excellent for a newly married couple. The space is easy to fill and make feel like a home without needing too much furniture. The community and ward are excellent. They also have storage lockers available for 10$ a month which is a steal of a deal! Parking is limited. They have one space available for each apartment. If you have two cars, you’ll have to park the 2nd on the street, but it’s not a big deal.

This place is awesome. The apartments are clean and well taken care of. Management is awesome and takes the time to get to know you. They are easy to get a hold of to ask questions and are super understanding. Definitely a nice break from the huge Provo management companies that are just trying to screw you out of more money. The only reason we moved out was because we graduated. 10/10 recommend this place!!!

Me and my wife loved Monaco Court! We loved their for a couple of years and enjoyed it! It’s close to parks and downtown Provo. It’s super close to the frontrunner station if you commute. The management was really nice and responsive! If you can find an open spot, I would highly recommend living here!

We absolutely loved living at Monaco. It is clean, well kept, and the management is exceptional. We would highly recommend it!
- ★★★★★Oct 2016
This was where my wife and I first lived after we were married this last year. It was a wonderful place to start out. Very well kept and wonderful management. Good luck getting in though, there is a lot of competition for this little setup and there is a good reason for it.
- ★★★★★Aug 2016MaintenanceAmenities
We lived a Monaco for about a year and a half. The management is incredible. We had a couple of repairs that needed attention, and they were repaired within 48 hours of submitting our maintenance request. Susan was the best landlord we have ever had. She is detail-oriented, but not overbearing. She provided cleaning supplies to clean the apartment, during and at the end of our stay. There were two grills and a table in the grassy area. She provided BBQ'ing utensils and propane. The grounds were well-kept and clean. The only downside was our parking space, it was a little thin. There was always plenty of street parking for visitors though. If we could give this place 6 stars we would. You definitely want to live here. When she told us the cost of rent we were blown away by how little she was charging.
- ★★★★★Aug 2016
Monaco Court Apartment prices are hard to beat when you compare them to other married housing of similar quality. I think they are quite nice and appear to be newer and very well kept. My husband and I appreciated the kitchen and living room being one big room because it provided more space for guests and had a nice open feel to it. We also loved how much cupboard space the kitchen has-including a big pantry. They have the best management I have ever experienced-just wonderfully responsive and reasonable. We only had a few minor things that needed fixing in the 16 months we lived there, and the maintenance was always extremely fast--sometimes even within an hour or two. We also love the people in this complex. We had great neighbors extending all the way up and down the complex! The south location is nice because you aren't in the busyness of BYU campus. I would say its a safe area. It is located on the old State street which can sometimes be busy and noisy. We lived on the end apartment so it was especially noisy for us. It actually didn't bother me at all until we had a baby and sometimes she would wake up. I think that would be less of a problem if you didn't live right on the end like we did. Overall, amazing place to live. I highly recommend.
- ★★★★★Jul 2016Cleanliness
We moved here about a year ago and have loved our experience! Apartments are clean and well maintained, and the owner is very sweet. Rent isn't bad, either. Natural lighting in the apartment is a little weird, but not bad. 5/5 stars :)

We have lived here for almost 3 years and we absolutely love it here! We love to call this place home. The place is clean and very modern, love the open kitchen. We have had minor maintenance issues here and the managers are quick to respond and fixed immediately. We feel safe and are very happy with Monaco court. Owner comes down to sweep the area and fix some things. She cares deeply about the complex and the tenants. We will be sad when we move when we do, prices are extremely fair, we enjoy the bbq area, there is nothing negative I can say!
- ★★★★★Mar 2016MaintenanceNoise
We've lived here at Monaco Court for about 6 months now and we really like it. First off, management is great. The owners are very kind and accommodating. The one time we had a maintenance issue our manager and maintenance worker were quick in responding and resolving our issue. When we were moving in a lot of the residents offered to help. As compared to other apartments we've lived in, I'd say the pluses are: friendly neighbors, plenty of storage space, pretty good soundproofing, convenient laundry, and fair pricing.
- ★★★★★Mar 2016Maintenance
We have live here for a little over 2 years and have had a good stay. Management is responsive to any concern. We had minor issues with the garbage disposal and a bad hose on the water heater. For both issues we had either on-site managers or a repair man within 48 hours at the apartment. Before we moved in the apartment was re-carpeted and painted. Since we've been here the thermostat and toilet have been updated. It's clear that the owner wants to be known for keeping clean, updated, and affordable apartments. It's close enough to bike to BYU and has good access to I-15. For the LDS, there is a family and a married student ward which are great.
- ★★★★★Aug 2015Maintenance
This is a really great place to live. The owner was very nice to us as we were looking for places, and as we moved in, replaced the carpet, fridge, and dishwasher for us. She also had the walls painted, so the apartment was basically new. Rent is cheaper than most married housing in Provo, and it's not far from BYU. The owner is very nice and invested in the tenants' comfort. It's very classy and newer than a lot of places, and plenty of room for personal items. We've enjoyed our stay here and look forward to the rest of our time here while we're in school.
- ★★★★★Jan 2015Maintenance
My wife and I have lived here at Monaco Court for nearly four years, and we will be sad to leave it. Our experience has been wonderful. We will be moving soon because we have a baby now and need more space, but we would stay longer if we could. The complex was built in the early 1990s and has been very well maintained, so it still feels pretty new. I myself have helped clean and re-paint apartments after tenants move out. The apartments are single room, single bath, with a kitchen that is open to the living room area (we've enjoyed that layout). There is ample cabinet space. The grounds (though small) are well kept and nicely landscaped. The complex has a barbeque area with two nice gas grills, a charcoal grill, and two picnic tables. There is a coin laundry room that charges $0.75/wash and $0.75/dry. Those prices are pretty favorable compared to other places I've lived. The entire complex is wired for GoogleFiber if you want free internet, or you are welcome to set up your own with another provider. Residents pay a very fair rent ($625/mo) for the quality of living conditions. When we first moved in, rent was $600. About two years into our stay the rent bumped up to $625. That was the only time rent went up, and honestly, it is still worth it. They do require punctuality with payment of rent, and will charge $10 if it is paid late. Most of the time reminders are posted above the mail boxes on the day it is due, it's pretty hard to simply forget. I think the policy is fair, and I have no complaints about it. As far as utilities, tenants only pay for gas and electricity, which are payed directly to Questar (gas) and Provo City (electricity) instead of going through the apartment as a middleman. Many complexes will total the utility usage of all their tenants and require everyone to pay the average cost. Not at Monaco. You are in control of how much you use, and therefore, how much you are going to pay. We typically paid around $15/mo for gas and about $40/mo for electricity. Each apartment comes with one assigned parking spot. If you have more than one vehicle you will have to park it out on the street, which really isn't that big a deal. The same applies to guests, however, which is probably the only downside to Monaco. Even so, that's not really a big deal. In our four years here we have never had anything stolen or vandalized. We have had very few noise issues, and those have been resolved easily by walking upstairs and actually talking to the neighbors. Not a big deal. If you are LDS, there is a normal family ward or a young married couple ward. We chose the young married ward and we have had a great experience. It's a bummer making new friends only to see them go after a year or less (when they graduate from college and move for work or grad school), but that can't be helped. We've stayed much longer than most, so we're a bit of an anomaly. We have gotten to know the Hilbigs (the landlords) fairly well. They are kind and reasonable, and go out of their way to keep Monaco nice for tenants. Susan herself comes regularly to clean and re-paint. They hire live-in managers, who are almost always very capable and understanding. We have become great friends with some of them, and we have been asked to "sub" occasionally when they go out of town, so there is always someone available to help tenants. Monaco Court is a fantastic place to live for couples just starting out life together. I don't think it gets much better for the price. I can highly recommend these apartments without reservation.
- ★★★★★Feb 2011CleanlinessMaintenance
This place is nice; the grounds are well-kept, and the rent is good. I've lived here for nearly a year, and have had zero negative experiences with regard to the landlord or the responsiveness of repairs. Those nay-sayers giving bad reviews don't know what they are talking about.
