Lofts at Rivers Edge

Ive lived here for over a year and a half. the front desk and the leasing office staff; have honestly always been super help and great to work with. everything is usually very clean all around the premises. there was a time our ac system went out and they had a portable ac systems installed, same day that I reached out. theyre also really and over super chill tbh. everything something is happening or changing they always reach out to everyone. so have honestly loved living here. pretty peaceful. Amenities and clubhouse are also very lowkey and its never busy (which I like)

Lofts at Rivers Edge is a brand new, Secured Entry, Smart Community. Offering an upscale and safe environment, close to co-working areas and most Provo attractions and academia. RFID Keyfob entry secures all communal and private areas. Well equipped gym, hot tub, pool, beautifully appointed clubhouse, nearby doggy exercise area, and adjacent river side walking trail are just a few of the boasted amenities. Marquelle and Benjamin keep the place in excellent order, and are responsive with regards to tenant requests and property upkeep. If you possess a vehicle which you value, you should invest in one of the available garages. Extras such as automated trash pickup are available. I would recommend the complex to anyone who needs a reasonable accommodation for work or academic engagements in the Provo area.

It has truly been a pleasure working with the team at Lofts at River's Edge. From the very beginning, they have been incredibly responsive and willing to assist with any questions or concerns I've had, always offering clear and helpful answers without hesitation. Their professionalism and customer service have made my experience here seamless and enjoyable. I really appreciate how they go above and beyond to make sure residents feel supported. My time living here so far has been nothing short of wonderful, and I look forward to continuing to call Lofts at River's Edge my home.

It’s a nice new complex with very nice amenities. There is a great walking trail that abuts the property. The staff there is very friendly and helpful. You should definitely check this place out.

Was great, but now getting hit with unexpected fees (common area utilities) and unnecessary tasks (like setting up parking again). Not a huge deal, but not ideal. They’re new, assuming things will get better over time. The people in the office are great.

We recently moved into the Lofts at River's Edge, and we LOVE IT. The location is 10/10, amenities are top tier, and the staff is super helpful. I'm convinced that this is the best place to live in Provo! Catch me sitting at the pool every day this summer.

Really appreciated the attention to detail Ben gave me. After touring many other places, he was by fat the most excited and knowledgeable. Really explained my options without pressure. The residents I ran into also had nothing but positive things to say. This felt like home to me.

We’ve absolutely loved our time here at The Lofts! Everyone here is so accommodating, so sweet and just amazing! They’ve answered all questions that we had to ensure a smooth move in! Nonetheless, The Lofts and the team has given us such an amazing experience!

The entire set up from start to finish has been amazing. The entire office team (shout out to Ben) has been responsive and incredible. Any glitches we have had have been resolved quickly by super nice employees. I have lived in several apartments and this has been my easiest move in.
