    I had a great experience at Parkway Lofts in Orem. The move-in process was easy, the staff was helpful, and the property is clean and well maintained. One of my favorite parts is all the amenities they offer, especially the bowling alley and movie theater. The bowling lanes are a fun way to spend time with friends and make the community feel unique. The apartments are modern, the location is convenient, and there are plenty of things to do right on-site. Overall, it’s a great place to live and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for an apartment in the area.

    Im new to this state and decided to take a tour here with Daniela and Anthony. And i had an absolutely terrific experience.they did a great job at expressing open communication and walking me through everything needed to stay here! I also love love loved the amenity options!!

    The staff at Parkway have always been very accommodating to my clients with disabilities that live there. They’re always on top of maintenance orders and keeping things as clean as they can! The gym, pool and common areas are always clean and fun to use. I especially love the valet trash service!

    I have had nothing but positive experiences with Parkway Lofts! Melissa was incredibly helpful with getting me all set up with my unit and finding the best fit. The common areas and amenities are the ell maintained and the whole complex is very nice. I was pleased to find such a pet friend complex. I’d recommend checking out Parkway Lofts to anybody!

    My husband and I have liked living here for the last 1.5 years. The management is responsive and quick to complete maintenance requests. Pet friendly. Our rent went up significantly though at the end of last year, so that was a bummer. Not many complaints other than that.

    I recently had the opportunity to view this property and as much as I was impressed with what I saw, I was even more so impressed with the management! My work life is beyond Chaotic so trying to find the right time to view was so hit and miss but Daniela and Melissa went out of their way to accommodate me, even staying after office hours to answer all of my last minute (and overly annoying) questions. Both staff members were highly knowledgeable and charismatic. Although I’m still on the fence between this location and another that is a bit closer to my job, I wanted to leave a review because of how impressed I was with these two ladies and I would highly recommend anyone in the market to go chat with them. Thank you guys for a great experience!

    What a beautiful, quiet, clean place to live. I’ve been here about 3 years now. 2024/2025 were a bit of a struggle with cleanliness and residents not cleaning up after their pets. New management came in 3-4 months ago and have been AMAZING. The new manager, Daniela, has really gotten this place running smoothly. She is often busy juggling resident events and corporate priorities but her efforts and passion are truly shining through!

    Parkway Lofts has always been a beautiful property but really never has the Property Management Staff to show the proper care and tending to the site. New management came in less than two months ago and has made a huge difference! Daniela and Melissa are quick to address any and all resident complaints and I am super happy to call this place home!

    Toured Parkway lofts today and this property is absolutely incredible! The staff was equally as amazing and make it feel like home. Smith so kindly gave me a tour when I knew they closed within the half hour no questions asked and even insisted. The time he spent with me was so intentional and he was so knowledgeable about the property. Couldn’t recommend more. Spent some time with Melissa after the tour and she is absolutely incredible and really cares about her people. Such a friendly face who genuinely cares. Both so knowledgeable, welcoming, friendly, and went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of. 100/10 stars if I could!

    If i could rate more I would honestly, So it hasn't been long that i moved in and im speechless, The staff is amazing and super friendly but im really impressed with both the property manager Andrew and Smith an office staff member who helped me with my move in process which was also super quick. The other staff members are also friendly but these two deserve more then just a 5 star rating. They have helped me in so many ways that im so grateful for them both. They are so quick at answering my questions or any concerns i may have, they make sure im well taken care off. You can tell when tenants are their priority. Amenities are great, and maintenance requests are done so fast. so if you're looking for somewhere to rent you should definitely check them out, Highly recommend.

    I had been going thru a hard time finding a new place and Andrew sat down and completely heard us out, I have never felt more at home and cared for even by a complete stranger so yes talk about costumer service!!! I have a couple of people I know who rent in buildings B,C,D and they love the management! I recommend renting here and the view is magnificent I would rate more than 5 stars if I could! I could tell Andrew the property manager really cares and puts the effort for his tenants and others!

    Andrew the manager is very polite and wonderful to work with. He just happens to be one of my regular customers that come into my job and if it wasn't for him I would have not known about this place.     I really like living here. The location is great, right next to I-15, and it’s surprisingly quiet. The management team takes good care of you whenever you bring up a maintenance issue or any other need. I also want to highlight Smith, who truly goes the extra mile to help with anything you need.

    My fiancé, baby and I have been living here for a minute now and it’s safe to say it’s lovely here, the staff is WONDERFUL and when something needs to be fixed, maintenance is fast to come fix it. It’s in a good area with shopping near by and a gas station right across the street. We LOVE it here!

    I’ve lived at parkway lofts for over 4 years and I’ve loved living here. Throughout the years different leasing personnel have come and gone and I’ve never had any problems. Each agent is pleasant to work with and each have great soft skill. We’ve gotten new leasing staff one of them being Chris, who is fantastic, but his counterpart, a women with hispanic features has to be the most unpleasant agent I’ve come across. Any time I’ve come into the leasing office for help with anything she ALWAYS has an attitude, becomes defensive for no reason, and is hardly helpful unless you specify to her what you need done. My lease is coming to and I’m a few months and normally I would not consider moving due to a bad experience with staff but with amenities not consistently working, key fobs not giving access to club house gym in early hours, work orders being delayed for days, and now staff being insufferable I will seriously be looking for a new place to live. To the management team, agents that are hired to be front facing should have attitudes to help rather than becoming confrontational. Update: The management team reached out to me and informed me that they had spoken to the agent and discussed the matter. I appreciated the prompt response and letting me know that my complaint didn’t fall on to deaf ears. Thank you parkway loft team.

    We love living here. It just feels like home. Maintenance is very quick and efficient. Chris in the leasing office is fantastic! He really made us feel welcome and was so awesome to work with. Very nice and friendly. The apartment is gorgeous and modern. Everyone here seems really friendly. There is a school bus stop just outside the complex making it really convenient for kids.

    I’ve been living at Parkway Lofts for just over a year now, & it’s been a fantastic experience. Working in in Salt Lake, living right next the train station makes my commute  so convenient. The amenities are top tier. The movie theater room, bowling alley, & the on-site mini market are my favorites. What truly stands out is the management. They’re friendly, responsive, and genuinely care about the residents. Between Chris & Rhea, we have worked out a problem anytime something has come up. Thank you guys for everything!

    Office staff is great. Chris and Jes are awesome, and omg Andrew and Rhia are amazing so glad and happy to have a new team. Previous management did not know what they were doing and now that this new one took over it’s been awesome, we need to be patient and understand that this new company is fixing up the previous companies mess up.
