    My little family loves living here at the Alloy. I’ve had a great experience so far. The property is well maintained, and the grounds are kept clean and inviting.     The place is great and apartments are good. Mantainance has done a fantastic job. Only downside is that sometimes not much staff in the office especially when it comes on tour days.

    I’ve been living here for over a year now, and the difference since the new management took over is night and day. Maintenance requests are now handled quickly and professionally, and the staff actually responds when you call or email. I know there are some older reviews online that paint a very negative picture, but I can confidently say those experiences were under the previous management. It’s now a much cleaner, well-run community.

    It's a big complex, but it's surprisingly quiet. Management doesn't bother you as long as you are a good tenant. Only complaint is the amenities like the pool and BBQ are out of service alot.

    We have loved living here! The prices for the amount of storage and space, the quality of the apartments, and the amenities is amazing. We have been so happy with the community here, and especially the staff and how kind they are. They genuinely listen to concerns and try to come up with a solution. This is a great apartment complex for people in all stages of life. Even with things like parking, there was a consistent problem of there not being guest parking and the manager found a solution and opened up more spots after discussing it with her. You do have to be careful because they are quick to tow at night, which isn’t unusual in this town and the ones around it, but they are also reasonable and after speaking with the manager she was able to have our car released for us without needing to pay because she understood our situation. The staff is extremely reasonable, and the apartments are really nice for the pricing. We definitely recommend this place!

    I’ve been a tenant going on 6 years this year and I want to say first is that the previous management prior to Roundhouse was absolutely terrible from maintenance to parking since Roundhouse has taken over it has been immensely more luxurious and clean. I really appreciate that you now can find parking for our guest and that there’s open stalls for tenants so anyone who’s complained about being towed is probably not following guidelines which are very clear when moving in!! Also wanna make a special point that my kids absolutely love the out door library boxes placed by the playgrounds. They love trading books in the community. We also enjoy our pool all year around. I wanna say living at the alloys has definitely been a 10/10. On a financial note we only had one occurrence where our payment bounced for rent and was going to be considered late, the leasing office went out of their way to waive all late fees and reaccepted our payment immediately. If you love a safe environment for your family I would definitely recommend the alloys.

You can disregard any negative reviews about parking as the office staff has worked hard to fix this, and it is no longer an issue. The office staff is polite and willing to work with you. Stephanie is great and is always able to answer my questions. After living at other complexes and having negative experiences, I highly recommend this complex to anyone looking for a nice place to live at an affordable price.

    ¡Me encanta vivir en este lugar! los apartamentos son geniales y cómodos. La gente de la oficina es muy querida y me ayudan siempre que lo necesito. cuando la persona que habla español no está, los demás son super amables y pacientes, intentando todo lo posible para entender mi inglés, lo cual no es bueno. Hay muchos residentes que no entienden las reglas y muchos tienen más de 2 autos y quieren todos los espacios, el personal de la oficina está tratando de organizar y darle a cada residente un espacio para auto pero muchas personas no aceptan y causan un gran problema. . Estaba en la oficina cuando otros residentes fueron a pedir un espacio para el automóvil y la oficina fue muy educada y me explicó que no podían tener más espacios. pero los residentes no entienden y gritan y pelean con las mujeres en la oficina. Siempre he sido muy bien atendido por todos en la oficina, no son racistas, todo lo contrario, son maravillosos y ayudan a todos con mucha paciencia. Recomiendo vivir aquí, es un gran lugar para niños y familia, la piscina es maravillosa y un gran espacio para hacer una barbacoa.

    The apartments are good, they are taken care of, and the maintenance is very good and on time! There is a common problem with parking, but they just added 10 or so visitor parking spots, it can be quite a walk for apartments across the complex, but happy that they finally added some. The office is hard to get ahold of, but a walk to the office is just as easy, and they are always kind and nice to work with. I do wish that they all told the same story about the rules. Overall not the worst place to live, but due to a lot of rules it can be confusing at times. The maintenance is awesome and the location is around everything we need. I can see they are trying to make improvements hopefully cleaning the breezeways and stairs comes soon.
