I’ve absolutely loved living at Village on the Parkway. From the moment I moved in, it truly felt like home. The community is peaceful, well-maintained, and in such a great location. Any time I had a question or needed maintenance, the staff was responsive, kind, and helpful, which made a huge difference. The apartments themselves are comfortable and thoughtfully laid out, and I always felt safe and taken care of here. I’m only moving out because I’m getting married and starting a new chapter—not because I want to leave. If that doesn’t say something about how great this place is, I don’t know what does. I’m so grateful for my time here and would 100% recommend Village on the Parkway to anyone looking for a wonderful place to live.

This is a perfect place for a student. It is budget friendly with great amenities, including a shuttle bus for UVU students. I feel that it is a great location and that the apartments feel cozy. The management and maintenance team are amazing too. I stayed here for 2 years and loved living here!

Living here at Village on the Parkway has been an awesome experience! I love my large sunny room with all the storage space and the amenities are super cool too. The people here have been friendly and there are great socializing activities at the clubhouse. The management in the office also responds super quickly when I have any questions about anything and are so helpful! I would definitely recommend living here!!

Every member of the staff demonstrates consistent respect, patience, and commitment to resolving resident concerns. Whether I have reached out about maintenance needs, general questions, or building policies, the management team has always responded promptly and with a genuine desire to help. Their reliability builds trust, which is essential for creating a stable and positive living environment. As a Deaf individual, accessibility and communication play an important role in my daily life. I want to acknowledge how impressed I have been with the staff’s willingness to work with me, understand my communication needs, and make sure our interactions are effective. Not every housing community shows this level of awareness or effort, but VOP has created a space where I feel respected, included, and understood. This is such a great location, and a really great vibe! The office is very good at communicating updates and events for everything that was going on, and the shuttle to UVU is extremely useful. Great vibe living here.

My son just moved in with some friends. It’s a great location and the staff seem to really care about their tenants.

I’m glad I was able to live here. I toured a lot of apartments and this one is definitely the best in the area. Their monthly cleaning checks help the apartment stay clean. I got to meet some pretty awesome roommates and the management was so nice! They even put out snacks and provide a lot of opportunities for you to get free food. It’s got a great community and tons of amenities. Especially in the world of renting, it could be a lot worse. The office was responsive and they did everything they could to resolve any issues. They even helped me work out a rent payment error. As long as you are on top of things, and if you’re renting you really should be, then there aren’t any issues! Plus my room was really big and super cute!!

I've lived here a collective 3 years and know most of the leasing office staff on a first name basis. Every one of them is a great person who loves the tenants they serve. They even have an RCL team do community events every so often, and those are always fun.

Being here is really fun and it is easier to go to UVU. And the bus system is right outside. So convenient.

Been here for a little while. The office is quick to respond to most concerns and are genuine in settling matters with residents. They are earnest and on-top of things The clubhouse is always a welcome spot to gather, the shuttle to university is very efficient The area is generally quiet, even while next to the train tracks. The neighborhood is situated in a good locale, being near gas stations, and a Walmart. Being close to the freeway isn’t too bad either when planning for holidays They have renovated the premises, and it has increased the appeal. Any potential negatives the property has lies with the individuals’ actions; but the front office is open to hearing the concerns. Thermostat or internet issues are sometimes present, but rarely have they been permanent- resolvable given patience and time Their expectations for personal accountability toward maintaining the apartment and property is beyond fair, even allowing time to make sure tenants can live in the best conditions possible. Overall, it is a safe and accommodating space; good for learning and living

These apartments are really amazing and convenient with going to UVU. The staff is amazing and overall a pretty great place to live

Great option close to campus with free shuttle to campus. The key to any problems that I have had has been talking to the office directly. They have been very understanding and helpful.

I have been living in the Village since school started and for student housing it is amazing. It is a good price for rent and for utilities. Every time I have needed help from management, they have been kind and quick to respond. Lacy -who works in the office - is friendly, kind, hardworking, and looks for the best and fastest way to solve your problems. I could not recommend it more for really good housing when attending UVU. Best student housing around.

This is a great place to live! Village on the parkway is accommodating and understanding in all aspects. I am allowed to have my ESA animal. As well as the benefit of room changes if another unit is a better fit. Management does everything possible to make it a comfortable stay. They genuinely do what they can to help meet your needs as a resident. There is always parking available and a shuttle directly at the apartment complex that goes to UVU every 15/30 min. Social events and not to mention the apartments are newly remodeled.

I’ve loved living at VOP. I wouldn’t say the amenities are anything fancy but it seems like this place draws in the best demographic of people. I’ve made tons of friends here which makes all the difference. They also added fire pits which are pretty great. I’m also pretty grateful towards management because I was out of an apartment for a bit and they helped me find a place here quick. Lauren spent quite a few hours just finding a clear apartment so I could get moved in as soon as possible. If you’re looking for a place where you can meet some great people and have a lot of fun, consider VOP.

The staff are amazing! Theyve worked with me so much, they worked with my on late rent and even helped me get $30 off my renewal price. Lauren has been especially helpful in all of our conversations. Theres also so many awesome amenities and even a shuttle that will take you to and from Walmart on Fridays! Love living here!

Great place to live! The management is super friendly and helpful. Go with any problem and they will help take care of it. Great community to live in. Going to BYU it’s a bit far, but if you are going to UVU or working in Orem there isn’t a better place to live!!

Good place to live. Great staff. Always good at responding to our needs. Maintenance guys are amazing. Super kind and helpful. Club house just got remodeled and is awesome. Plenty of parking. I’d recommend.

Great place to live and it's affordable. Management is very responsive to any concerns or needs. The place was recently renovated(last summer). It's pretty quiet. There is a shuttle that runs to UVU throughout the Fall and Spring semesters.

The living space is nice for the price we pay (student/non-student), heating and air, internet, and other utilities and appliances work fantastic. The staff are very nice and communicate well. Overall would definitely recommend to a friend!

VOP has been a great place to live the past year and a half! It is Newly renovated and super nice! They always have fun activities going on for you to meet new people! It’s nice that it is so close to campus and they have a free shuttle to take you to school without having to worry about finding parking! They are always willing to help out if you need to talk to them about anything that is going on with the apartment.

I love living at village on the parkway. The new renovations make it look super nice. They have activities they plan every month for the whole complex to participate in and the pool is super sweet too. There’s always a parking spot too which is awesome, definitely recommend.

Village on the Parkway is a great apartment complex. The leasing/ management staff are extremely responsive. They are professional and pleasant to work with. The entire apartment complex has recently been renovated. The apartment complex is close to shopping, restaurants, fast food and movie theaters. It is close to I-15 and UVU. There a shuttle to UVU that runs every 20 minutes. The rent is very reasonable. There is ample parking which is always an issue at other apartments. The amenities are great. My son has been living at Village on the Parkway and it’s a great place.

The new renovations are fabulous and the staff was super kind and helpful with all of my questions and needs. I signed my lease with confidence and i'm so excited to move in and meet all of the kind people at village on the parkway!

Since the renovations, a lot of things have changed for the better. The washers are new, and the renovations themselves are *mostly* pretty good. I do wish they had not removed desks from our rooms, but I understand why they decided on it. Management is really kind and helps out every time I have issues or questions. I do enjoy living here, but have to work with my roommates from time to time to help them see my vision for where we're living and how to keep it nice and clean-ish. I do recommend living here though, and hope that you'll consider this option!

Great social environment! Made lots of new friends and went to many fun events. Love that they have a indoor pool/hot tub. Management is also nice to work with.
