    They just got new management who seems more on top of it. The location near BYU is the best part for sure, but the apartments aren’t falling apart or anything. The office is not located on site, so visits there aren’t that easy

    It is a good quality living space and the price could be worse for how gated the location is. The maintenance and management are also good, Josue helped us out multiple times and always did a great job!

    I lived here for 1 semester, to be fair I don’t spend a ton of time actually in my apartment (mostly at the library on campus or at work) but it was a good place to live. Management was awesome at getting things taken care of and helping me sell my lease mid way through the year. Everything with management went super smooth. The location is great, the ward is great, overall I very good place to live. It can feel a bit cramped at times with 5 roommates but other than that, loved my time here.
