This is a great place to live!! Management is always helpful and understanding. Maintenance is quick to respond. It's quiet, no one is forcing a relationship on you. I don't have to talk to my neighbors and it's secure. No one is knocking at my door or coming by without giving me notice. The amenities are nice too! (人 •͈ᴗ•͈)

    Parking

Pound for pound its excellent combination of dwellings and amenities. But there is like 5 rooms left and still plenty of under ground parking. My own experience is that leaves us to our own devices. Not hardly abandoned, they can be almost hours found cheerfully in their cozy shared office, a man and a female. They’re prompt with communications about needed adjustments, never have gotten the feeling they were overwhelmed by their responsibilities. This place is still new. People would kill to live in this highly walkable pedestrian friendly situation. Almost literally from bus and trac, but again, 39-52 seconds away from 1-15 south or heading north depending, you guessed it, on your destination. 7-11 a block, Great Thai a block, a great dog grooming a block, a great authentic Mexican/Spaniard infused pastry and coffee, you fools there is like 5 apartments left! Right downtown to a brick Temple, and security is tight with the many Government buildings, must know, DMV barely 2 blocks away. Right smack dab next to all the college hustle and bustle eateries. Smug and yet not pretentious community of the communal, often you will see them smoking on the cements steps late into the evening. Black sheep 2 and half blocks, 3-4 ice cream options, and a, as close as you can get, French bakery. Taylor Kelecy, in the future, may or may not frequent their (2 blocks away). Photography studios you can pay to develop your film moments away . The building itself sits almost nestled pressed proudly to this railroad bridge crossing. People, why share?? Because there is only 5 rooms left, so yeah I’m bragging. Advance auto repair within a block, authentic Mexican restaurant advertising real Colombia coffee. Now, maybe you get into your car, which again is in the optional exclusive under grown, both fuel and eclectic car stations (no fuel refilling) I’m not going to delete just writing this almost 3 in the morning. I’ve saved something’s last, you don’t hear any neighbors talking or dogs barking. It’s very very quiet, the 5 rooms that will be filled won’t change the quaint some village feel. Amazon has its own destiny drop boxes, for those who need to hid sus online purchases. It’s dog run is gated and next to some random commercial building, more info, this where the pickle ball court is placed. Sit on your balcony, this isn’t facing the street, see dogs. Everyone is cool here, so much diversity but most everyone is younger 20s, 30s, 40s. Hardly any kids. Sizable medical student community. The gym works and has all new equipment. Plenty of social area gathering locations found in the building. The management stays within themselves and doesn’t try book those out. It has a cocktail open air penthouse penthouse 4th story lookout. It’s lite up at night and see at people socializing quaintly as I’m wrapping a downtown city run, the likes Salt Lake City encouraged before 2020. Public his and her bathrooms on the main level. Everyone has each others backs with getting small parcel companies to their deliveries. Plenty of city street parking for guest. Honestly the management is cool, they asked me to write a review and I asked them to take down the cheesy marketing messaging plastered on the building. I saw the architect in his car crying, really I’m doing this for him. This place is his moms Mona Lisa, a work of art that flows naturally in the most coveted location of new residential and commercial building, the massive adjacent lot, which is now renowned by the city of Provo is said is in the works of rezoning, I’m thinking SLC liberty park minus Sunday drum circle. 5 rooms. I didn’t share what those were like or the size, it’s not, as of yet, any of your business. Bye. I’m listening to Bach on YouTube, the room is lit by a lamp on the ground. I took the legs off my couches, I always do. Yes course, I’ll tell you this, this place has no carpet, it’s wooden floors, grown up I can hear my mom says as she comes for her first bicentennial visit, I guess California needs her, valid.

Really loved living here! Management was really responsive and maintenance did an excellent job! We fell in love with pickle ball and the gym has everything I needed! The valet trash service was always on top of it and the apartment itself was super nice! Loved living walkable to downtown and the bus stop was right there so we could get pretty much anywhere else. Parking and a storage unit were really fair extra costs. The storage unit was an excellent size!

Management has been fantastic to me since I've moved in! The unit is comfortable with adequate storage and a great view of the mountains and courtyard. I live in a 1/1 and I've had more than enough space for all of my belongings. Whitney has always been kind to me and handled any issues I've brought to her attention. I just moved to Utah all the way from Pennsylvania, and Whitney and Preston have been a HUGE help with my big move. Whitney gave me a tour of the complex over zoom and answered all of my questions. Since I moved in, they have continued to be a huge help. Preston even jumped my car when I needed it! He didn't have to do that, but he wanted to help. Another thing; they really are pet friendly. I struggled to find a place in the Provo/Orem area that would accept my bunny, and 400 Element accepted him no problem. I would recommend this place to everyone!
