Concord at Geneva Apartments

So far this apartment complex is the best we’ve lived at. Parking hasn’t been an issue which is a huge thing for most apartments, they actually have spots open and you don’t have to pay for it. The leasing office seems to always answer and are professional and usually helpful. Maintenance is nice and timely. The only complaint is that their pool is freezing and I can’t take my toddler swimming because it’s so cold. I rather pay for the extra heating to be able to use it than pay a little bit every month and not be able to use it. We would be there everyday if it was tolerable for a 2 year old.

This place is absolutely amazing with so many great amenities and the management team and Aspen have done a great job taking care of me and making me feel so welcomed! I would give them 10 stars if I could😃

Layne, the maintenance supervisor, consistently goes above and beyond. Work orders are completed promptly, communication is clear, and repairs are done thoroughly and professionally. His leadership really shows in the quality of work. Our groundskeeper (junior)is hardworking, reliable, and always keeps the property looking great. It’s clear they care about the community and take pride in what they do. maintenance (Jordan)is amazing! Requests are handled quickly, and everything is always fixed properly the first time. They’re friendly, professional, and make living here stress-free The ladies in the office were absolutely amazing—so welcoming, kind, and helpful. They took the time to answer all my questions and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. You can really tell they care about what they do. Thank you for such a positive experience!

I hardly ever do reviews but I really feel like this place deserves recognition . The maintenance guys are awesome and the supervisor Layne takes care of his crew . Thank you . This place is really nice and well kept . Also anytime I’ve needed help with anything Jordan was quick and very helpful. He is very personable and polite . He is a hard working guy . And Junior was also very nice and quick and hardworking thank you to all of you guys .

I would like to recognize our maintenance (Jordan) for the consistent effort and care put into maintaining our apartment complex. We are looking at moving here and the office staff was super helpful and friendly! They have been very patient answering all of our questions. Particularly Linda and Sydney and then we were able to chat with Connor the facility management person and he seemed awesome as well!

This is a really nice place to live. All the staff are really friendly and in particular, the maintenance technician Connor, is really knowledgeable and quick to respond to maintenance requests.

I have enjoyed my interface with staff. They have been upbeat and positive.

The move in process was fantastic. Management had such attention to detail and showed so much patience and was very informative throughout the entire process.

A neighbor heard my smoke detector going off and reported it to the office. They called and let me know and I authorized them to have it looked at. When I got home, all was as it should be 👌

Ok let me just say Taylor the office manager and her team that includes aspen and Tina at the front desk who helped me with the situation with the flooding that happened accidentally by another tenant they have gone above and beyond !! They all need raises ! They were always helpful in answering all my questions ! Taylor has worked tirelessly to help my roomste and I ! We got into a new apartment here and it’s great ! The maintenance team headed by Conner has been fantastic as well ! We signed an extension on our lease and will not be moving anytime soon !! Definitely come and live at concord !

Great experience, great place, nice amenities

I went and visited this place today as I was inquiring about what was available for rent. I met with the actual property manager whose name I believe was Taylor. I can honestly say that in all the places I have either rented from or checked out I was shocked at how well I was greeted and treated not only by Taylor but also her staff. I was truly impressed by the entire complex from the cleanliness to the overall layout. I was really impressed by how well kept the pool area was and how nice the clubhouse was. Taylor had a true understanding of my situation and was gracious enough to go above and beyond to ensure that all my questions were answered.

I have recently had a chance to interact with Taylor the manager and her staff for various questions and concerns. Every single one of them was taken care of professionally, and promptly. My husband and I are very happy with the service shown. I don’t normally take the time to write a review however they are deserving here!!! If you are looking to rent, I would recommend Concord at Geneva, very well managed and this has been the quickest, and friendliest experience for us. I have rented for several years now and they all by far exceed any of my previous landlords in their efficiency alone!! Thanks 😊

I love living here! Sydney the assistant manager is always so nice and understanding and so helpeful. The apartments are clean, and everyone here is so friendly. I’ve lived in 4 apartments so far and this is by far my favorite. Plus it’s in Vineyard, the best location 😍

Lived here for 14 months and will be here for at least another 12. Apartments are clean, amenities are nice, and management is always very nice and responsive to my questions and requests. All maintenance requests I’ve made for my apartment have always been fulfilled very quickly (thank God). My only complaint is that they often take a very long time to fix broken amenities. The hot tub was closed for weeks at a time, and some gym equipment took months to fix.

I lived here for the last 8 months, and when my roommate was getting ready to move, I was insistent that I stay at Concord at Geneva in a smaller unit. The staff is great, the units are well maintained and updated, the yard is well-kept, and the location… the location is probably my favorite part. There’s a gym directly across the street, Beany’s (a delicious coffee shop), next to the gym, a Maverik and a bar in a 5 min walking distance. And then there’s the movie theater, top golf, and a whole slew of restaurants about a 2 minute drive or 10 minute walk up the street. I’m so excited to spend the next year here.

[Back up to 5 stars! See edit 2.] We've lived here for over a year and we really like it. My kids spend all summer down at the pool and all winter in the hot tub. It's just on the other side of the freeway from Orem so everything you need isn't far away. They keep the place really clean; there's no trash anywhere. And even though the apartments are pet-friendly I usually don't see any dog dumps on the grass. The maintenance staff is also really prompt and helpful. The only problem I have with it is that there is only one dumpster (trash compactor) and it's all the way over in the far corner of the complex. Kind of annoying. Though, reading through these other reviews I'm a bit worried about what's going to happen when we move out. --------------------------------------- Edit 6/25/2018: There is a new rule here that really upsets me. The pool used to be our favorite thing about living here, but there is a new rule that each apartment is only allowed to have 4 guests at a time. Only 4. This means that my sister's family can no longer come to swim because they are a family of 5. My brother's family can't come to swim either. This is Utah, people have big families here. And seriously what's the point? It's not like the pool is ever so full you can't swim in it. I've never had a problem finding a chair to sit in next to the pool. This is stupid. The worst part is that they want us to wear wristbands while we are at the pool to prove that we actually live here. Annoying and pointless. I understand that they don't want strangers just showing up to use the pool. But a better solution would be to get some kind of guest pass from the office. Having 7 people over for a barbecue at the pool? Just get a guest pass that authorizes that. It would be no different than getting a guest parking pass. ----------------------------------------- Edit 9/1/2018: The pool policy was switched back! We can now have as many guests as we want again. EVEN BETTER, the manager responsible for the terrible policy (and others) got fired! She doesn't work here anymore. All the remaining office staff are really friendly and helpful.

Great onboarding process! You can tell this apartment cares for their residents! My wife and I started living here because her friend was already here, and we’ve always had such a great experience when we came over!

Moved her from austin about 6 months ago and it’s been great! leasing office is so kind and work orders are handled attentively! super clean grounds and also they always do cute little stuff for the whole complex when possible!

I have absolutely loved living here the past few months! The apartments are very spacious, and a great floor plan. I love how kind the staff is - a breath of fresh air compared to our last apartment complex! We have loved spending time at the pool and hot tub, and are looking forward to BBQ-ing with the grill near the pool. Our dog loves all of the grassy areas! Super amazing location too. Update after moving out: Still 5 stars! We loved every minute living at the Concord. The staff is so kind and fair. If you are considering moving here, do it! You will love it

Just resigned for 14 more months after already living here for a year. The apartments are very clean and spacious. There are many nice amenities like pool, hot tub, gym, billiards room, and more! The leasing staff are all so kind and the maintenance is always helpful!

I have lived at the Concord for the last two years and the staff and facilities are amazing! Whenever I have an issue they are very quick to respond! I have loved being a resident here!

We moved in 2 yrs ago, so far everything here has been amazing!! The apartments are so beautiful, up to date and the staff, Shebly/Aspen are always very friendly and efficient!! This has been the BEST renting experience we have ever had. Staff office were upfront and honest about any questions we might have had before we moved in and it was a smooth transition. We can't get over the awesome view of the lake that we get. Great parking spaces and garages to accommodate tenants and visitors. We are super happy to be here!!

The girls in the office are very helpful and actually care. Which is rare these days. The amenities are so good I canceled my gym pass. The maintenance team are quick to respond and are very professional. It feels like home here.

We were new to the location and out and about, so we stopped by the complex. Not knowing much of the area, Shelby was able to help with all the information we needed. She was very pleasant to talk to and easy to get along with and had a great personality and attitude. If we are ever in need, we will definitely come back to this community.

I have been to the property multiple times and Shelby. The leasing agent has been wonderful on helping tour and show around the property. If you’re looking for a great community and a decent management team, this is the place to go.

This apartment complex has been amazing since the beginning. It was also the most affordable with no weird fees. Its all just included in the rent so it makes understanding the rent payments easy! They also have us 250 to fill out fridge and that was a huge help! Also pet friendly!! The only complaint I have is there were a few minor things that need to be fixed/cleaned in the apartment. If it didnt have those few things I would give it 5 stars for sure!! UPDATE REVIEW 3.11.25 - Concord is still AMAZING. I had an issue with one of the front desk ladies. I was able to express my feelings, and was later confronted by her at the pool on her own free will. We spoke, both apologized, and took corrective action. THATS WHAT WE LOVE. Only other thing is that I absolutely don’t understand why we need to pay 5$ for anyone staying after 10pm?! Also don’t love the fact that there’s only one dumpster and I live on the other side of the complex… wish there was a trash service INCLUDED in the rent amount for buildings that are on the total opposite side of the complex.

This place is awesome! The amenities are awesome the staff is awesome the rooms are even awesomer! We love living here and they do fun little events for our pets and stuff to I recommend this place to anyone awesome!

We’re so glad the apartment has elevators. Everything is very convenient. Our first night here was good, so quiet. Aspen made the move in very easy.

We called in to schedule a quick tour a little late yet the lady promised a visit before closing. Had a great tour and she was able to answer a lot of our questions while checking out the apartment. Very helpful and happy to work with us as first timers looking for a place to rent
