We lived here for two years and we loved it! The maintenance guys and Candy are the best! We are moving because we need to relocate.

Absolutely loved my stay here. The staff are amazing, I’ve had one issue with an appliance that was fixed the next day! Candy in the leasing office is also incredible and super understanding to her tenants. Will continue to rent at The Vine!

Wanted to leave a quick review of my experience here so far, but more an appreciation agent who helped me: Sabrina. I’ve been here for a short time (July 2025) and it’s been wonderful. Sabrina really helped me find this place. I am a student from out-of-state and was struggling trying to find a good place here in Utah for the next few years. Sabrina was extremely polite and empathetic of my situation. She knew all the answers to my millions of questions and was very prompt with her responses. She helped me a ton with getting situated and getting the entire process running. Truly appreciate her!

I’ve truly enjoyed my experience at the Vine Apartment Complex. The community is welcoming, and the amenities add a wonderful touch of comfort and convenience. The gym is well-equipped and impeccably maintained, while the pool offers a perfect space to relax and recharge. I would also like to extend special appreciation to Ojika, whose professionalism, attentiveness, and dedication made my move-in process remarkably smooth and efficient. This is a great place to live. My wife and I have been living here for 5 1/2 years. The staff here is amazing. Erik and Nelson are great maintenance guys. They are really attentive to the needs of the tenants. Candy is a great property manager and the new staff (Sabrina & Ojika) they have are really great and friendly to work with. Again my wife and I have enjoyed the 5 1/2 years here. Ready for another 6 months.

My spouse and I toured the apartment complex and found it to be very delightful! Sabrina was very helpful and answered all of our questions. We felt very welcome, unlike other apartment complexes in the Orem area. The area is nice and conveniently near shops/freeway!

First of all want to mention how my experience started. Great lobby and welcoming environment, pool and residents area was well maintained. Agents were friendly and polite, knew all the answers to all my questions, very professional. Touring was easy and fast. Apartments looked neat and well maintained even though complex is built quite some time ago. Couple of broken lights were noticed, but there is maintenance onsite, informed it will be easy fix. I was offered snacks too. Overall experience is very good.

Eric Jamir is incredibly kind and professional — always attentive and helpful. And Candy Dodson is the best! She truly cares and always finds a way to help. I 100% recommend this property — if I could give it 10 stars, I would! 🌟 Please don’t pay attention to the negative comments — they usually come from people who didn’t take care of the property or didn’t follow the community rules.

The management here is awesome. Candy is so helpful when I ask for things and if I put in service tickets, Erik is so amazing and on top of getting things done for me in a really quick manner. They both are super professional and very friendly and helpful and I appreciate that. They keep complex clean and safe as well. I’m very happy living here and I appreciate what they do for me. I have Zero complaints in these apartments. I have read the reviews and honestly I can’t agree with what people are writing there. Candy is the most understanding and helpful manager I have ever met. She will work with you when you need help. She is such a wonderful lady, I have been here for 2 years and it’s been amazing. Communication is the key on getting things cleared out!

The vine is a really good place to live. The management will help you with any problem you have and try to make your living experience here really good. Management is really nice and another cool thing about the apartments is if you have dogs there are dog parks where they can meet some dog friends. The staff is amazing a few people in their staff is candy, Eric and Jordan .if you have something broken in your apartment. they will get on it right away

The Vine is an amazing apartment complex. The maintenance has been one of the best parts of living here also. Eric is constantly helping around the complex and is available at all times, even into the late hours of the night. I see him constantly dealing with issues late at night, including working the police on matters in the complex. He is extremely helpful and one of the best people I’ve come to know at The Vine. The leasing office is extremely accommodating and very kind to us, and has been since we moved in. We have been extremely happy with the experience living here over the last couple of years.

The parking is the only down side but that is more of a Vineyard city issue. I have lived here for almost two year and have loved the quality. We had some issues come up with our lease and management was very helpful and willing to work with us. Most people that have had trouble with management have probably done something wrong, or given them a hard time. Very family and pet friendly and I would highly recommend.

My friend and I are about to move into the vine and I myself am so excited! Danyelle is the sweetest, professional and funny person! Leasing process was not confusing every one was straight forward and communication was great from her. I can’t wait to live here and update my review. Everyone in the office is wonderful, I am excited 😊 (and our place is cute as heck!)

The management and maintenance team and leasing team are Incredible. They are all super inviting and very helpful! These apartments are beautiful ,very well kept & clean. It has all the things!!!! Pool, Hot tub, Workout room, basketball court playground Built in Barbecues In the playground area. There’s a dog park with an obstacle course. Seriously love them and all the people!!! Management is outstanding and Caring and helpful and gets the ball rolling asap!!! They are super quick!

My wife and I absolutely love living here. The floor plan in our 2 Bedroom, 2 bathroom is spacious and we love the open floor plan. We also love how much maintenance and upkeep there is like the constant shampooing and vacuuming of the hallway carpets, power washing the exterior of all the buildings and windows, and cleaning of dryer air ducts. Additionally the office is always holding events like Thanksgiving giveaways, resident appreciation days by barbecuing for us for free and even potlucks. - Candy is the manager and is a wonderful person; she is straightforward and that’s what we love about her. Every time we have addressed a concern or asked her for anything, she has taken care of us. - Eddison also staffs the front office, is the nicest guy ever and will do everything he can to resolve any issues or concerns residents have. - Erick and Nelson are the handymen and no matter rain, blizzard or sunshine, they are always in a happy mood and are always there to help. - On other reviews, you will see a plethora of complaints about the parking. Yes, it’s not great, but every apartment complex and residential home in Vineyard has the same issues. This has been addressed at Vineyard City Council meetings and they are in the process of building a massive parking lot to curb this issue.
