I’ve loved living here. They always help with maintenance requests promptly, answer any questions quickly, and are very nice. I haven’t had any issues with anyone and would recommend it to anyone.

Have lived here for 3. Years best place love the office Staff, they are very welcoming and do fun things for the holiday. Maintenance workers they are awesome and respond fast to repairs. I like to say the maintenance guys care and build relationships with the tenants. Love my country springs family 5 star 100%

Country Springs has been home sweet home for my kids and I. Love that my kids feel safe and love coming home. Neighbors are nice and respectful to each other. Love it here!!

My husband and I have lived here for almost two years! We have really liked it. Good amount of space for a decent price. Especially in this market! Maintenance and the front office are super responsive and kind! We will probably live here as long as we stay in Orem!

I lived here for about 4 years and overall it’s a really decent place to live. The walls aren’t super thin like you might find other places, so it’s pretty quiet and comfortable. Maintenance was dependable and the management was very decent. I moved out a year ago and wish I still lived here.

one day turnaround. very responsive. great place to live. ***Update 10/29/2024*** still here and not a complaint. If anything, the complex continues to improve and if something does need replaced/repaired their maintenance team is exceptional. They're all great but one guy (Valencaio) really stands out amongst a solid team. Extremely helpful and very prompt, friendly, and efficient.

This is the first place that we’ve renewed our contract at in years! Our apartment has a very homey and cozy feeling. The community is lovely and it’s nice to see the people out and about in the courtyard talking and playing! The management team is competent and kind! The maintenance team is big and on top of our maintenance requests. As a family that has lived in many pet friendly apartment complexes, Country Springs has been very clean and I have rarely ever seen pet poo on the premises which is a huge win for us!

As new immigrants with zero knowledge on everything, our apartment application was a breeze. The staff were very accommodating and thorough. They patiently thought us what to do and they respond very fast. They were very considerate of our situation given that we had to move in as soon as possible. The application only took 2 days to be completed and the 3rd day we moved in. Everyone was amazing.

Country Springs was a great place to live! We had to move in from a different state sight unseen and Dawnette helped us through the entire process and made sure everything was seamless. The apartment was very clean and the community is very well kept! Maintenance responds very timely, and trash is picked up multiple times a week. Overall a great place to live!

My name is Alex Healey, and I can safely say Country Springs is by far the best experience my wife and I have had in our 17 years as renters. Unfortunately, we have found ourselves at the mercy of dishonest and heartless landlords who only care about money. Country Springs sincerely cares if their renters are happy. Dawnette, the manager of Country Springs, makes sure that any concern we have is taken care of immediately. She and the staff of Country Springs are the few remaining individuals who embrace the definition of customer service. Finally, I am disabled. Within the 3 months we've lived here, twice, they have been more than happy to accommodate me by making modifications to our apartment. This is just one example that proves Country Springs is where anyone who rents should want to make home.

Editing my original review because it won't let me add a new one: I love this place so much. My neighbors are so nice, the pool is clean and well kept, and Dawnette and Lyndon are responsive and kind. Maintenance has also been patient with me as I had a new baby and they needed to fix things and worked around my schedule for the baby. If I ever leave it'll be a sad day. The management is awesome, love their communication with the residents. The maintenance team is prompt with the fixes to any problems in my unit and on the grounds.

I have lived here for a few years now and it has been a great experience. Management is kind and incredibly helpful. They regularly follow up with me on maintenance requests, and their new maintenance team has been outstanding. There have been several upgrades around the grounds recently and they seem to really want people to have a good experience living here.

I’ve stayed at these apartments for two years. It’s been wonderful! Management has always been helpful. Maintenance will come and fix your issues when placed in a timely manner. The neighbors are nice, and landscaping reminds me to take in the beauty of nature. Not too expensive! Thank you for the experience.

This place is so great! It’s clean, quite, and the new renovations are beautiful. Cleiton made me feel so welcome from the moment I walked into the office and he walked me through everything I needed to do to move in.

Excellent condo, with great employees. Condominium always clean and with maintenance always up to date. Whenever I have a problem with Cleiton's office, he's always willing to try to solve it in the best way possible. Safe and familiar condominium.

Country springs have been one of the best apts I’ve lived at ever, the staff is very polite and always on top of the duties associated with the property also the residents are very polite .I recommend this apt to everyone looking for a friendly place to live

Management was amazing! I've never said that before about an apartment complex. But donette was really attentive and personable. The apartment itself needs a bit of updating and new plumbing. That's why the 4 stars. But the grounds are well kept, actually quite pretty. It was overall a good experience for my little family.

Country Springs is wonderful! I had a great experience with all the staff. Bianca, a very nice and expert, knew what I was looking for. I lived out of state and I called into the office to get information about the property. Bianca was very helpful with information and let me know something came available that she thought I would like. My apartment was freshly painted, spotless and smelled great when I moved in. This Apartment has a lot of trees, a nice park and a nice yard. The view from the windows is unbelievable and the tennant are so friendly. The property is kept very clean. One more thing, the maintenance team is the best. I highly recommend this place.

I lived there for one year before I could purchase my home. I enjoyed the apartment. They fixed everything on the same day I requested something to be fixed. It was great service.

Very nice and easy going management!

We’ve been here for about a year and a half and love it. The property managers are always so helpful and kind, and every time we fill out a maintenance request, they always come within a couple of hours and are always fix our problems. It’s a great place to live and is close less than a mile from the university mall and Target, and a couple of miles from the Riverwoods, so you’re really close to everything!

My husband and I lived here for 5 years. Its been a great place to live. The maintenance crew is awesome, especially John. Anytime we needed them, they were over right away and did great work. The office ladies and management was great to work with and they were always very kind. Its a nice, quiet place to live with lots of trees and grass. We have to move because we are now too far from work, otherwise we would stay. If you are looking for a place to live in Orem, choose Country Springs! You won't regret it.

Not sure what the other bad reviews are about but we have nothing to complain about! It’s been great! We love the area, nice and quiet, pretty landscape nice inside and outside! I needed my fireplace turned on and they did it the same day! My guess is it’s the people who trash the apartments and then get upset they get the consequences of their actions! They are roomy and we love them! The fountain is so cool! Office worked with us through all our PERSONAL issues during the application and were very kind and professional! Again NO COMPLAINTS!

I lived here last year and honestly want go back! I loved it here! Great office staff and great maintenance! Always on time to do everything! Honestly I think people who have bad reviews are also people who have done bad and don’t want to admit it! If you pay your rent on time and follow rules and just do things right there is nothing the office will do to do you wrong! The only reason a left it’s because my rent was going up about $70 for the next year but honestly going to another complex now and paying “less” I really believe I made the wrong choice! I think I will be going back when my current lease is up! Thank you Country Spring for a great experience!

I am happy to live here, the leasing office staff and the maintenance people give me a familiar treatment and they have helped me in what I have asked for. They give an excelent service!

A bit pricey for what we're used to paying in other areas of the country. Otherwise, well maintained and friendly, responsive management.
