The Boulders

I have lived here for 10 years. When I first lived here management was crap. The new management is wonderful. They’re kind. They work with you. They make sure this place is trying to be as clean as possible. I am so pleased with the new management.It used to be hell living here and now it’s heaven.

The apartment here at Boulders is nestled in a park with trees and sunshine. When ever problems exist the staff respond quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend these apartments, especially for families. They have a park, pool, basketball court, big field for soccer and are extremely animal friendly. Great job and a big thank you to Boulders.

They have a good young go getting staff. They have good apartment buildings to show. Also they are a clean complex. With A dumpster everywhere they make it very convient to keep the apartments smelling good. The neighbors are very nice. I would tell you, if you are looking for a place to stay. The Boulders apartments is the place for any of you.

I really appreciate the service here! Not only the maintenance man who fixed the disposal on the first day and showed me how to use the furnace and appliances but also the staff who manage the office are professional and truly helpful. I love the kids' amenities, they have a playground, soccer field, and the basketball court.

Hay nueva administración nos ha cambiado el suelo y nos han tratado bien. Nos gusta nuestro apartamento y nos han regalado un mes gratis. Nunca en los 13 años nos han dado tan buena atención.

The Boulder’s management and staff have been nothing but personal. I enjoy living here. They are pet friendly the grounds keepers are always working to keep it clean and tidy. They have rules here and they make people comply they Make them accountable. My son and I are very happy here we feel safe. The apartment itself is beautiful nice new appliances dishwasher,wood floors, new carpet. Beautiful bathrooms clean. Frances and Levi

My apartment was in new condition the flooring, carpet, toilet, walls got new coat of paint all this because the previous tenant had destroyed the apartment.The previous tenant smoked so it was hard next to impossible to get rid of smell. I did my best to maintain it like new. I really enjoyed living here the only reason I am moving out is because I need to move closer to family.

I've lived in this apartment community a little over 5 years now! It's gotten better with the recent remodel and crime has dropped some also! I like it here! It's my home!! Thank you boulders management for all you do!❤❤❤

The staff is good except for the new girl in office. She is rude and misunderstands situations. No type of understanding before talking to you. She literally hung up the phone on my wife when my wife was trying to talk to her about our bills when I couldnt because I was at work. Jordon and the others are cool though and I like working with them because they understand and work things out. Its just the new girl that is a problem.

I love living here, in the last few years I can definitely say this place has improved. Tho there has been some bad reviews here I cannot say it's been my experience. The staff treas you like family.

Am a new tenant and had an emergency and the maintenance harry was great at fixing the problem they where fast and awesome

I just renewed my lease, this is my 3rd year and the office staff are amazing, they are always helping me and they do take care of the apartments.

Ive lived here 5 years plus. It has shown a definitive improvement.Staff works to rectify problems and weed out the riffraff

Lived here for past 5 years and the new management (Claudia) is making such a huge difference! She cleaned the place up and made it a safer, better place to live. I have no complaints. Would apply again in future.

Me and my wife went to tour the apartment and the staff were extremely helpful and the grounds were impeccable. I hope when i finally get my birth certificate my voucher for section8 will be validated and we can move in.

Me and my girl just moved in about 3 months ago. We cannot believe how great 👍 the transformation has been at The Boulders Apartments. They have done such an awesome job getting this place up and running. They went through each apartment and redid the inside and the outside. Its beautiful. All of the wonderful amenities each apartment has. The office staff was kind. Had a lot of paperwork to sign but once we got in our neighbors have been so kind and helpful. We would recommend this place to anyone. We couldn’t be any happier here Thank You and God Bless

Everything about this place is decent, the apartments decent, the staff is decent, price is decent, atmosphere is decent. This place is apartments for housing so there is some problems w the neighbors but if on a tight budget, OK place to live.

The people in the office was very helpful and Maxine was very very helpful she smile ,laughed with us and made things very easy.She made sure that everything was correct..thank you so much

Everyone was very helpful in scheduling and rescheduling with us. We had to come back several times to get all the paperwork in order to move in. They took the time to answer all of our questions very completely. They whole time they were nice and friendly doing all they could to move things along. Big thanks to Claudia, Maxine and Carlos.

This place has come such a long way. They've renovated and given the whole place a new face lift. It's really impressive how far they've come along. And it seems like it's only going to continue to improve!

I have been absolutely Impressed with the transformation the complex has been through over the past few years. It's refreshing to see a management team that is receptive to their tenants and dedicated to making a difference. Great work!

This place looks great now. Renovation is almost finished. The new leasing office and pool are beautiful. Units are clean and updated. Great little community. The people in the office have been amazing.
