    Used to be a difficult location to live at, HOWEVER, the new management is AMAZING and the place has changed a lot. They’ve done some much-needed renovations and I love what they’ve done to the place!

    I have loved EVERY second of park place and I’ve been here for a little over a year. It is the hidden gem of provo! It is one of the cheapest rents you can find and it is 2 story!! Management is amazing and I would recommend it to anyone!!! The wards are so down to earth as well!

    Maintenance

    I really like living here! The location is great, especially for BYU students; the management is great and quick to respond; and for a small college apartment, it’s pretty great and there isn’t much else I can ask for. We’ve had some issues with our dishwasher and a couple other things but they’ve been fixed really quickly!

    The new management has been really helpful with moving in and fixing the apartments. They've dealt with issues quickly and professionally! When we first moved in there were a lot of water stains and mold on the sinks and in the bathroom and several of the floor boards are coming up. It's clearly not been super well maintained before. The apartment is spacious though and well lit.
