    Really great apartments but more in the expensive side

    Management

    Cool place to live if you're down to spend the money. It is mega expensive to live here but the open room is my favorite because it is large and you can host bigger parties and not worry about room as much. Management is poor but I feel like it always is.

    This is a 4 Star place to live in Provo for several reasons. First, private rooms and only 3 other roommates. Second, they're new (which can be hard to find at a decent price in Provo). Third, they are close to BYU campus and University Avenue. Old Academy Apartments lose a star though because they are managed by Aspen Ridge Management, a management group in Provo that is notoriously hard to work with (slow maintenance and lots of fees etc.). Overall though, it's a great place to live!
