Had such a great experience at Ember Peaks! Sam the manager was so helpful and the office team was quick to respond to all my questions. Would highly recommend renting here, great location and very clean!

I’ve been here about 14 months. I just renewed my lease. I like it here! The staff is always so friendly, I take full advantage of the pool and the gym and the extra amenities this place comes with! Also maintenance is suppppper fast to fix any small issues I have! And they’re also always doing some sort of activity during the holidays:)

I’ve had an amazing experience here at Ember Peak so far. The pool is accessible 24/7 and so is the clubhouse. That isn’t something you find everywhere!! Sami the manager has always went above and beyond to help improve my experience and Emily is so sweet she answers all my questions and ensures I always feel valued and prioritized! Definitely recommend moving here.

I went in this past weekend since I can’t come in any other time because of work. I am shopping around for a new place to live and Emily was the leasing agent on duty that day. She was so overwhelming helpful and kind. If I was her boss I would give her a raise immediately!

I’ve worked with over 200 apartment communities across Utah, and I can honestly say Ember Peaks stands out as one of the best places to live in the entire area. The property is beautifully designed, very well maintained, and the amenities are excellent. It’s in a great location, close to everything, yet it still feels comfortable and welcoming. I’ve had the chance to work closely with Sami, the Property Manager, and she is one of the most professional and capable people in property management I’ve met. She’s always welcoming, responsive, and genuinely cares about the residents and the overall experience of the community. The rest of the team is also friendly, attentive, and helpful. From my experience being in so many communities throughout Utah, Ember Peaks is definitely one of the top ones. It’s attractive, well run, and a place I would confidently recommend to anyone looking for a great place to live.

Ember Peaks is a beautiful community! Samantha and Alex were both absolutely wonderful—so pleasant and welcoming from the moment we arrived. Samantha’s customer service is truly top-notch, and Alex was extremely professional throughout our visit. The property’s curb appeal is amazing, the community is very pretty, and the waiting area is chic and well put together. You can really tell they take pride in Ember Peaks. Highly recommend!

I just moved into this apartment complex, and the people have been very friendly! The leasing process was smooth and my emails were promptly answered. Parking can be a bit troublesome, but everything else on the property is clean, organized, and well managed.

I love living at our apt, the office is so nice and friendly. Chloe is very sweet!

Our daughter has lived here since the old management and we are always visiting her. Every time we had a question it seems like the old manager would just tell us anything to get us to go away. The new manger is so kind and informative. Such a great addition to the community!

I came in and toured with Chloe and everything went really well. I looked here because of the closeness of my job to these apartments. The tour was informative and to the point which I really appreciate. I was greeted by more then one person and everyone was super welcoming. The property is stunning and well maintained. The clubhouse is so beautiful! I also loved the layout of the 1 bedroom with the laundry machine in the closet! Definitely recommend!!

Kyler and the staff are excellent. Very professional and helpful with absolutely everything. Kyler has been so responsive and helpful. This is also a fantastic complex to live at!
