    We moved here in February. It has been amazing! The park next door is great for when we have the grandkids, the staff is on top of anything you might need and the place is well maintained!

    Before being acquired by Innovare, this was a well maintained property. After, not so much. Before we moved it was pretty much impossible to talk to the property manager unless you walked into the office. Want to have him respond via email? Good luck. Want to have him call you back? Good luck. Why bother publishing an email address or phone number if you can't even get ahold of the people you need with them? And this wasn't after hours, I always made a point to call during work hours. (later) The current manager made a point to reach out and talk to me about the concerns. I hope it gets easier to contact management via phone and email in the future.

    The entire leasing process with Jim was seamless. Since the day we toured, Jim helped us feel comfortable with the property.     One of the main reasons I chose this community was its reputation for being pet-friendly. After living here for a few months, I can confidently say that it lives up to that reputation. The community has a well-maintained dog area with ample space for my dog to socialize with other pups. The complex is also located near pet-friendly trails and parks, making it easy to take my dog for longer walks. Plus, the sidewalks and green spaces within the property are clean and safe. I would for sure recommend this area for pet owners.

    We have enjoyed living here at Parkview Towns. Jim and Ellie in the front office were very informative and helpful from the beginning. They addressed all our questions and some issues and made sure things were set right. The common grounds are nicely kept and super safe and quiet. Our neighbors are friendly and its nice that there is a park nextdoor to the neighborhood. Nikolay and Dave on the maintenance team are very prompt and efficient with any repair requests we submit. They are typically handled on the same day which is great! Overall, we are trilled with our unit. We have definitely recommended Parkview Towns to our friends and will continue to do so!

    We moved in about six months ago and at that time, Jim and the rest of the leasing office were great in coordinating our move-in. The unit was in great condition upon move in and is situated right next to a small park with a walking loop. The maintenance staff is awesome and have been able to knock out most requests same day! The only possible downside if it bothers you is that many units are situated in close proximity to the freeway which adds some white noise. For us, it’s no problem, but just something to be aware of.

    Last week, I went through the application process for renting a town home from Parkview Towns. I was really impressed with the professionalism and kindness given from Jim Pratt, the housing manager. Although he had a scheduled appointment for showing from another prospective tenant, as a walk-in, he still respectfully answered my questions and gave me a showing without turning me away. Jim was very personable with me to answer any questions, and always got back with me quickly. When I expressed an urgent need to move in quickly, Jim did everything he could to make that possible. I recommend Parkview Towns as a reliable and respectable company to rent from. From my experience, they truly care about their tenants and will do everything possible to warmly welcome new tenants and provide a comforting family atmosphere for the community.

    Leasing staff worked really hard to get our application turned around before the end of the month when our other lease would end. On-site maintenance has been great. Quick responses and friendly people all around. They check in occasionally to see how we're doing and yet always feel like our privacy is respected.

    Marquelle and the staff are wonderful and kind! Very quick to respond and assist us during the application process and we just moved in a week ago. We placed a service request and it was finished in just a couple hours. My husband and I are very happy to have chosen Parkview Towns and plan to be here quite a while. We can’t believe how in love with this complex we are. This is the best choice we could have ever made and we both highly recommend this complex!

    Marquelle is amazing! She made the whole process easy, she responds quickly to any questions you have and will text you back instead of emails after emails. The place sell themselves! Ivory homes did amazing, with all of the different layout options, plus different color combinations to chose from, and there's a community garden. Plenty of parking spaces for your guests when they come too. I've only been living here for a week, but this was a place I knew was home from the moment I stepped into the barebones of one of the homes they were still building.
