Just moved in here, and am absolutely loving it Jacob, Tattiana, Katelyn, and Daniel have all already made this place feel like home!!! Nothing but amazing things to say about this apartment, the area, and the staff who have been so helpful in my move in process!

My favorite apartment community I’ve ever lived. - Major Thank you to Tatiana, Jacob, Daniel, and more! - The property does not rely on its location alone to bring quality of life to our community - Wonderful emailing and communicating over the phone - Helped me out adding a dog to my lease - The property does perform lock outs, unlike competitor above Target - Saved me when I needed to get inside to dog after losing keys - Work Orders handled quickly and cleanly - Thank you so much team for working so hard to cover your residents - Events are lovely - Yoga on the rooftop or food on the go - New Property Management seems to be going smoothly - Keep it up!

We want to thank the leasing staff for the courteous assistance we recently received when we came in from out of town to move our son into a new unit. Jacob could not have been more helpful in granting us access to start the move and in addressing our related issues. His prompt assistance went far in helping us get a jump on the move. Well done!

All the benefits of being right on 6th without the drawbacks of being right on 6th. The apartment is nice. The location is fabulous. And the staff is super helpful and accommodating. Very happy I chose this location and Jacob helped me.

Recently new resident. Great complex situated in the heart of east austin with access to downtown, major highways and an amazing and responsive leasing office. Jacob was especially incredible from my initial tour through getting my keys as well as helping with my move in and unit set up making things super easy for my cross-country move.

Tattiana and the rest of the team are incredibly helpful and so sweet! I always enjoy my visits to the leasing office, they really make you feel welcome here. Highly recommend!

I just moved into Eastside Station and I couldn’t be happier with my experience so far. The location is perfect—there are so many great places within walking distance, which has made settling into Austin incredibly easy and fun. The staff here is amazing. Everyone is so friendly and helpful, and they truly made my move-in seamless. I relocated from the East Coast and had never even visited Austin before, so I had a lot of questions. Tattianna was incredible—she took the time to answer everything over the phone and made me feel confident about the move. When I arrived, she personally gave me a tour and showed me to my new apartment, which meant a lot after such a big move. The maintenance team has also been very quick and helpful whenever I’ve needed anything. Overall, Eastside Station has been a fantastic place to call home, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking to live in Austin.

Amazing location & great value here for a sweet pool, parking, big gym, and nice community. Cannot emphasize enough how convenient and fun this location in sprawling Eastside Austin Texas is! The staff is very supportive & responsive, especially Tattiana Munoz, the Assistant Community Manager!

Good value for the money here on the eastside. Location is hard to beat. Maintenance is quick and helpful for every request. The office staff is very helpful and Tattiana has been my go-to since day 1, making sure things always go smoothly.

We’ve been living at Eastside station for two years now and love it. The apartment is modern, comfortable, and well taken care of. The neighborhood is my favorite in Austin it’s super walkable with tons of great restaurants, bars, coffee shops, plus Whole Foods and Target just down the street. The management team, especially Katelyn, is amazing. They’re friendly, responsive, and really care about the residents. Maintenance is fast and always gets things done right the first time. It’s a great mix of convenience, comfort, and community. Highly recommend living here!

I’ve lived here for almost 2 years and have loved all of it. Leasing staff like Jacob is always so kind and attentive. Marlin came to fix my AC within 20 minutes of me reporting it. It feels like home in the middle of the city and near all the best spots. Always close to something to do but never too loud when you’re inside your apartment!

Maintenance team, Daniel and Yasiel, are both very responsive. Leasing office is helpful as well!

I have been living in this apartment for a couple of years now, and overall, my experience has been very positive. One of the standout aspects of living here has been the exceptional management, especially the support provided by Tattiana. She has consistently been great and very responsive whenever we’ve needed anything, which makes a huge difference in feeling comfortable and well taken care of as a resident.

I popped in for an informal tour last week and Jacob was so nice to make time for me even though I hadn’t scheduled anything… There’s lots of options around but the wonderful staff here make me think this is a great option!

My boyfriend and I have lived here almost a year and a half and LOVE it. Walkability is amazing, grounds are well kept (especially the pool), and maintenance team rocks. The office staff, especially Tattiana & Jacob, are always so helpful and kind. Tattiana made resigning our lease SO easy and honestly a no brainer.

From the moment I started the move-in process, everything was smooth, fast, and stress-free. The apartment itself is clean, spacious, and exactly what I was looking for. This complex is like a vacation home. So many great amenities and the staff are Five Star in service. From day one they make you feel at home. The manager is not only friendly and kind but goes out of her way to ensure that your question and concerns are handled immediately. The maintenance crew response time is top notch! If you need something fixed they are there faster than any other property I've lived in. No guessing if it will be fixed. They get it done 👍 If you love fur babies they will love it here also. Your pooch doesn't have to go far to take care of their business. Plus this location is great for walking your best friend. The walking and bike trail is a safe way to get in their daily exercises For all those interested in a top notch gym, you don't have to join an expensive gym. The gym equipment here is high quality and lots of options. Don't want to be stuck in your apartment? There are outdoor options too. From the beautiful pool and lounge areas to a rooftop garden that gives you access to amazing views of the city day and night. Leave your car parked in the safe and secure parking garage. You can walk to so many restaurants and music venues. Need to catch the train? Bam! You are two minutes away from the train. Need a place to work? The coffee bar has free WiFi and coffee to make your day better. The list goes on and on. Eastside Station Apartments a great place to live!

I am far amazed at the leasing agents and management working here! Jacob and Tatiana have helped me with the move in process so much! Jacob is fast to return any phone calls and emails and has always been a huge help to me! This is such a beautiful apartment and the location in perfect! 100% would recommend!!

I have greatly enjoyed living at Eastside Station Apartments. Tattiana and the management team have been attentive and dedicated to always resolving any issues quickly. Location is also great with it being so central and close to many things.

I’ve been at Eastside station for over 4 years now, location, amenities and staff have been amazing, Tattiana M specifically has been very attentive in helping with an apartment transfer I went through and all other questions I’ve had over the years.

I thoroughly enjoy and appreciate my experience as a resident of Eastside Station. My roommate and I moved-in over the summer and have fallen in love with our unit, which is modern and spacious. Eastside Station’s assistant community manager Tattiana is wonderful! From the moment I initially toured to when I signed the lease to now living as a resident, I have always been met with high levels of kindness, guidance and professionalism from Tattiana and the entire management and leasing team. I’d also like to give a shout-out to the maintenance and facilities team for their responsiveness in addressing work orders. The complex is also conveniently located within walking distance to several grocery and convenience stores, restaurants, food trucks, coffee shops, niche shops, entertainment venues and more.

Eastside Station was my first apartment living in Austin and I couldn’t be happier with my choice! I’ve lived here for 2 years and would renew again if I could. The walkability to incredible restaurants, bars, shopping, and most of all Target simply cannot be beat. It’s also conveniently centrally located to all areas of Austin which is perfect for exploring and commuting. The units are well built with high ceilings and thick walls so you hardly hear your neighbors. I can count on less than one hand my number of maintenance requests in 2 years, all handled promptly and professionally. Which brings me to how amazing the staff is. Tattiana and Bree in the front office are absolute gems! They have rapid response time and go above and beyond for resident needs. Give these girls a raise! Both of them along with the maintenance crew who were always a delight helped make my time here a true 5 star experience.

The building is great for me. The staff, especially Tattiana, are helpful and responsive to my requests. The pool and gym are superb. The location is hard to beat. Neighbors are friendly. I learned that hallway valet garbage pick-up is a common thing in Austin.

I am a new tenant at east side station! Wanted to leave a review here mentioning how great the staff has been, particularly Tatiana at the front desk.

Just finished a year here & plan on renewing. I have not a single bad thing to say about this complex. Management is helpful & easy to contact, maintenance requests are filled in a timely manner, everyone on the property is respectful, never had an issue with my packages being stolen, doors are always locked (secure building compared to most) trash room is always clean & never overflowing with garbage. Now it’s a bit pricey but from reviews I’ve seen of other complexes, this one is an A+
