Soleil Lofts Apartments

I absolutely love living here! I have never lived in a place where I don’t have to wait 2-3 weeks for maintenance to come over to fix something. This place is on it with everything! Dolly and Joe are so wonderful! When they come in to fix anything, they are thoughtful and thorough, and always so happy to help with anything! My mom is 84 years old and lives with me and she loves the atmosphere and being able to come down to the pool on her scooter and get some sun! Best place ever! I may retire here :)

Moved in last month, and the leasing team was great about the move. We absolutely love the place: the complex, amenities, services. our apartment, etc. We have interacted with many friendly and helpful neighbors. Maintenance requests are very promptly handled. It’s such a beautiful and peaceful place to live.

I’m enjoying a lot living here and the customer service is always great, they’re super kind and polite. The facilities are kept super nice, organized and clean.

Have lived here a little over a year now and really love it! Everyone in the office is friendly and helpful when I have needed assistance.

I have lived at Soleil since September of 2023. The staff has been extraordinary. Extremely friendly and sore helpful. If there was any issue with the apartment, they immediately got it taken care of. Everyone I dealt with, Morgan, Roxanne, Isaiah, Amy were very pleasant and treated me like I was more than a tenant. The amenities were outstanding and I love the community events during the summer. Such a fun place to live. I highly recommend this as a home setting. Thank you Soleil for the great place to lay my head.

We moved in the beginning of April 2026. This has been a wonderful experience. The staff in the office and the Maintenance department has been wonderful to work with. The maintenance has responded to our request very quickly. Always within a couple hours. Our neighbors are so friendly. We were really surprised how quiet it is when we are in our apartment. We are very happy with our choice to move to Soleil Lofts.

We met with Taylor for a tour and to inquire about this complex. Our expectations and experience went above and beyond what we were anticipating. You can tell this community is very well kept, with amazing amenities and apartments. We felt that Taylor genuinely cared about our needs, and he went out of his way to show us multiple apartments as well as even stayed after hours for us. We are excited to soon be new members of this community!

Toured with Gia and she showed us this incredible community! Looking forward to applying and hopefully moving in!

Me and my son went just to ask about the availability and maybe schedule and appointment. I was surprised that Taylor immediately offered to go see the complex. He was nice and kind, very professional and answered all our questions. Definitely, wonderful apartments, pretty clean, pretty, safe and fun for children.

the move in and move out process was easy and generally everyone you will talk to is polite and patient. maintenance responds pretty quickly to your requests. the units and amenities are nice. the only downside to living here was how nothing got done about my noisy neighbors even though we complained about them and called after hour security on them at least once a week it felt like for partying from 5 pm to 10 am🙄 all. night. long. we also got a false complaint about us smoking in the unit and they didn’t care to come inspect our unit like we insisted or even respond to our emails regarding the issue. came to find out the complaint wasn’t about us and it was a mistake. so that was a lot of stress for nothing. overall besides those issues we had, it wasn’t a bad place to live and i’d probably move here again if i knew for sure i wasn’t going to have party-aholic neighbors.

Move-in was so easy! I can’t remember the gentleman’s name who assisted me, but he was so kind and personable and made the entire experience stress-free! I highly recommend living here. While moving my boxes in, a kind neighbor stopped what he was doing to help! I’ve been here for only a day and already love it.

Our experience moving in was so nice and easy! Our leasing agent, Linda was very attentive and answered all of our questions! So far this community has been so welcoming and warm! Continued to have an amazing experience here! And issue with the shower popped up and the maintenance team showed up right away to fix it! They were super nice! I couldn’t recommend this place more!! Wanted to update that after moving out, the team continued to be a pleasure to work with! 10/10 recommend living here!

Gia was an absolute pleasure to work with. We were deciding between two states, and honestly, the biggest draw for this one was the apartment complex itself. If you’re apartment hunting, I can’t recommend this place enough, I truly wish we could have moved here.

Sasha is excellent person, very kind and friendly to residents, and always helps you with any inconvenience. The truth is incredible.

She is consistently approachable and welcoming. Additionally, the scenic views and the overall beauty of the property contribute to a truly enjoyable living experience. I’m new to the community, but so far everything has been great! The place is beautiful, modern, and well taken care of. There are lots of nice amenities pool, jacuzzi, gym, and even a mini market, which is super convenient. Everyone has been really helpful, especially Sasha who made the whole move-in process smooth and easy. I’m grateful to be starting this new chapter here…

Super friendly energetic staff. Amazing amenities and vibes. Love the 2 bedroom and all that they had to offer.

The facilities are very clean. The staff are very helpful and friendly.

I love living here! It’s beautiful and the maintenance is great! The staff is so caring and organized which makes everything easy. The amenities are the best I’ve seen and I love the store they have! We don’t ever have to leave the complex because they have everything we need:) The lofts are perfect, with the huge windows that bring in so much light and show the beautiful views. Very modern and beautiful patios. There’s nothing to not love here, including the other residents who are all so friendly. Everyone says hi and stops to chat. The TWO dog parks are great! Can’t say enough about it here, and I’m grateful to have found it!

Sariah was incredible help. Despite me living further away and not able to make an easy tour she was able to accommodate this via zoom and show me around. Also was incredibly transparent and gave me every bit of information I requested in a timely manner. Out of all the places I had reached out to, she was the only one who went above and beyond to help me. Thank you for making the stress of moving WAY less stressful!

Soleil Lofts apartment is a very beautiful complex I walked in today with my husband with no appointment or heads up to look for an apartment just out of curiosity, the staff were so welcoming Lucas Moore was our tour guy he did an amazing job showing us everything in the complex and explaining on how to use the facilities they have and clearing the rules out of the places that can be used in the complex he is a wonderful he also answered all our questions we asked and it was a lot of questions he have the power to make you love the place by the way he walk you through the complex and showing you the incredible things in the apartment we’re so excited to move in!!! How ever through reading the reviews I read a lot about the problems when moving out or after moving out which I have to get clear information and answers to my question and concerns before moving in otherwise today was a good day after meeting Lucas Moore.

The staff here always goes above and beyond. Sasha with resident services is awesome! She was very kind and responsive over the phone with our mail issues, and helped us solve the problem promptly.

Amazing staff!!! I was visiting the club house with a friend and happened to lose my phone, and the staff were incredibly on top of things. Found it and helped me retrieve it, even given the strange situation. Greatly appreciated!!!! Was a huge relief and I'm so thankful they were as helpful and receptive as they were.

We've been living at Soleil Lofts for a couple years now, and couldn't be happier with our choice! One of the standout features for us is that the entire complex is solar-powered. As someone who drives an electric car, this is a huge benefit and stress reducer. The staff here are wonderful. They're always friendly, approachable, and ready to help with anything. Whether it’s a maintenance request or a question about the community, they always make sure everything runs smoothly. The atmosphere at Soleil Lofts is welcoming and positive. They even make it point to celebrate and highlight a pet in the community each month. We love this as our little guy got featured once and now we have his cute article saved forever.

I looked at 10+ properties in the area and the biggest reason why I chose Soleil was because of how great/helpful Linda was during the whole process. She made me feel heard and listened to my concerns with quick response times! 5 stars for the property and amenities, and 5 stars to Linda and the staff at Soleil.
