My family was needing to move to a new place, but there wasn’t any availability that matched our timeline. The manager here, Gabriella was super helpful through the process and let us know that they could give us 6 weeks free at the front end of the lease to ensure we got a place. That was a huge help to us! They have been great to work with through the whole process and have been extremely responsive any time a question has come up!

Mi familia y yo estuvimos viviendo en este complejo por un año exacto y durante nuestra estadía allí no tuvimos ningún tipo de problema, ni dentro ni fuera de nuestro townhouse. El área es muy tranquila, y el personal del condominio es muy amable y atentos. la sra Amarilis quien es la manager y el sr Ciray es el encargado de mantenimiento, ambos siempre estan dispuestos a ayudar y con la mejor actitud. Muchas gracias por todo!!!

First off let me start by saying Amarilis was the reason I moved to Rockwell village. She was nothing less than absolutely amazing and helped my wife and I through the whole leasing process. She made it quick and easy for us to move into our townhome and she went above and beyond for us. I truly appreciate the kindness and effort she put into getting us moved in. I will be staying at Rockwell village for as long as Amarilis is the manager!!

Office staff is amazing! Had some internet troubles maintenance staff came and was not able to resolve the problem immediately. The office manager Amarilis came out personally making troubleshooting a priority same day, and within minutes. I cannot give her enough praise for going the extra mile!

Skylar is the community manager and she is amazing and got us such an awesome deal. The places here are so nice as well. HIGHLY recommend!

These townhomes are just what we were looking for! They are really spacious and I LOVE that every unit has a driveway and garage. It has a really nice community feel in a quiet area. The manager was really helpful and kind on our tour and has been super quick to respond to all our questions.

The ladies in the leasing office made moving here an easy, wonderful experience!

Quaint, relaxed and peaceful community located at the heart of Bluffdale. Spacious rooms with large windows in each, making those gorgeous mountain views even more irresistible. Amanda and Fernando - keep it up! Whatever you’re doing, it is working!

Rockwell Village is an amazing quiet community in a great location off the freeway! The staff is attentive and make everything easy. Edit about 6mos in: Rockwell has a very relaxed and happy vibe. Family's are together out here running around with dogs. I havent seen that kind of stuff since I was a kid. My neighbors even smile at me when I run into them on the way out or something. I have a sense of community here even if I am a horrible introvert :) Its great here!

Downsizing from a single family home into a townhome, I admit, was hard for me. There were so many things I worried about. It's been a long time since I've been in a multi-family unit. I balked at the idea of living at Rockwell Village at first, but as the months have gone on, I realized just how much I like it here. Jamie and Nick are very helpful and prompt in any questions or requests. The area is very quiet and peaceful. I can even see the stars at night out my window! And the view. Wow! I love watching the paragliders at the Point. I enjoy the spacious master bedroom and the closet. I am thrilled that I haven't heard any noise from my neighbors at any time--and I hope they can say the same for us! I am greatly appreciative at how pet friendly the Village is, there are a lot of pets here. The neighbors are always waving or saying hello. Being so close to the interstate exit has been awesome. Large windows mean there is a lot of light and the pantry is ginormous! I have an unfinished basement and the storage availability is a huge plus. Then there's the kitchen. It's actually larger than the one I had in my single family home. It is beautiful. Dark cabinets with a white quartz counter top and lots of space are just stunning. New appliances, complete with a ceramic stove top. Then there's the faucet. It's a work of art and so much fun to use! I don't even know how to describe it. I didn't expect to have such an amazing kitchen in a rental unit! I would definitely recommend Rockwell Village to anyone who asks.

Just wanted to say if you are looking for a nice, quiet place to live, I would suggest Rockwell Village! We are starting on our second year here and we truly love it! Both Seanice and Mario are wonderful and truly care about the residents here. We have felt welcomed since Day 1!!

I love this community! It's so quiet, but has easy access to the highway. Mountain Point Elementary is close enough to walk. Seanice is AMAZING! she worked closely with me and my wife to address our questions and concerns, and was very responsive when we called or emailed. The management office is SO responsive! I would definitely recommend to my family and friends!

This is a very nice community. Erik was great! He answered all of our questions and helped us get in to a unit very quickly. He was very accommodating, and we are very happy with our new home.

I have lived here for 2 weeks and highly recommend. The employee Erik White was a huge help in expediting my move in. Every time I have had a concern or question he responds very promptly and politely. Thank you!

These are awesome Town homes! its a quiet and beautiful community. Whenever I have an issue the management is quick to respond and always gets it resolved. Definitely plan on staying here for awhile! Love being able to call this place home.

We just moved in a couple days ago and nothing could be more amazing then our new town house! Brittney our leasing agent was very helpful and so kind. She’s our kinda girl!! We love our new place!

Rockwell Village has been the best place to live that I've seen! Everywhere else was too over priced and low class. Rockwell offers affordability AND luxury which those two thing's don't always come as a pair. With Rockwell, it doesn't feel like a rental. It's a home. I would never deter anyone from this gem of a community. Neighbors are stellar like Kevin, who I see had great things to say too! It's not a lie. If you abide by the contract, you really don't have any issues. The staff is always helpful and eager to work for you and explain the contact in detail if you want. It is great customer service skills that should be valued and taught at more establishments. You can't go wrong with living at Rockwell.

So I don’t know what the guy above is talking about, but our experience with the management has been outstanding. I’ve lived in multiple communities in the past 14 years and haven’t received the same customer care/service from management like I have here. As long as you follow what is in the contract and community guidelines you shouldn’t have any issue. I’ve already recommended this place to countless number of acquaintances and will surely continue to do so. Both the maintenance and management personnel have helped us not only integrate smoothly but have helped with any issues in a timely manner. I will continue to recommend Rockwell Village Apartments to anyone that asks.

Rockwell village is so beautiful! I absolutely love the office staff and maintenance. They are extremely helpful and welcoming. I definitely reccomend these town homes to anyone looking in this area!

I come from Mexico and I'm just to other type of lifestyle; being here has been an awesome experience, the houses are pretty, the neighbors are friendly; Jamie Hancock does an excellent job teaching a person like me that does not know anything about leaving on the US,... it has been a wonderfull stay in general!! Rockwell village staff are always here to help, they respond very quick to any request!! Keep up the good work Rockwell village staff!!
