I’ve loved living here! Very clean, the pool and fitness center are never crowded and I adore Anna, Michelle, and Ismael at the office! Anna does an amazing job answering questions and addressing concerns. Everyone who works here from the front office to maintenance has been very kind and efficient.

Beautiful location and has great amenities. The property manager, Anna, was also great...she answered all my questions and was very professional.

The apartments here has been a great place to call home. The management team has always been friendly, professional, and quick to help whenever questions or maintenance requests came up. The apartment itself is well-designed, comfortable, and offers a lot of space compared to other places in the area. One of the things I appreciated most was the atmosphere of the community. The property is well-maintained, the neighbors are respectful, and it feels like a welcoming place to live. I always felt comfortable around the property, whether coming home late or spending time outdoors. The location is another major plus, with easy access to the freeway and bangerter making everyday errands and commuting much more convenient. Overall, it's been a very positive experience, and I would highly recommend this apartment community to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable place to live!

Anna has been an excellent property manager. She’s consistently kind, quick to respond, and always willing to help with anything that comes up. She makes everything easy and communicates clearly. I really appreciate how reliable and professional she is.

The apartments here are very nice. The area around here is growing. There's a little dust that comes in but the grounds are well maintained. A great place for animals, kids and the staff treats their residents very well. Anna and Michelle are top-notch management. I've enjoyed living here for the last 2 years.

Amazing place to live. Anna the property manager is a life saver. She really takes care of all her tenants and will go above and beyond for them.

Michelle and team were great upon my arrival! I was from out of town and had just got a new job within a very short amount of time. I was super behind with paperwork when I showed up. She was very patient with me and was super helpful about completing the paper work. It’s been a month now and the property has been clean and everyone has been very nice

It’s a beautiful complex with excellent management. Maintenance requests are resolved same day and the location is perfect if you want to be close to the city but don’t want to actually live in downtown Salt Lake City. The surrounding neighborhoods are adorable with splash pads, parks, and walking paths throughout.

We’ve been living at Rockpoint apartments for a while now, and we couldn't be happier with our experience. The amenities are fantastic, especially the pool and the big gym, which are always kept clean and well-maintained. The apartments themselves are luxurious, with high ceilings that add a spacious feel. The management team is incredibly nice and proactive, always addressing any concerns promptly. The only minor downside is that the area can be a bit dusty due to ongoing construction, but it's a small price to pay for such a great living environment. Overall, we highly recommend these apartments!

As of now, I can say we had a great experience with the leasing office at the open house. My pregnant spouse and I spent the day searching for a high quality apartment in the area, and everything we found looked like something we would suffer several months through and urgently try to move out from. We're selling a house while we look to build another, so having a nice place comparable to a quality of life we're used to was our number one. We got that with Rockpoint Apartments. The community center looked nice, nothing too unrealistic in the lease agreements, and the complex feels safe and decently located. This is my review of the leasing experience, I'll be sure to add one when we go through the move-out process as well.

I love Rockpoint! I literally have no complaints except I do wish they kept the pool open longer. Maria is so nice she keeps it real.

I've been living at Rockpoint for about 3 and a half years now. This place has been great! The interiors are really nice and management has been very responsive when I had any questions or maintenance requests. Anna is the only reason I renewed my lease, as she is easy to work with and understanding. I would recommend this place and the surrounding area is being developed constantly, so it will only keep growing.

Rockpoint is a beautiful community with a wonderful staff. The property manager, Anna, is amazing. She and her staff go above and beyond. The property is very nice and is in a growing location ! All of my dealings with Anna and the rest of the staff has been awesome. They seem to be well organized and care about what is going on at the property.

I moved here 3 years ago and it's the best place I've ever lived. The community is amazing. Not just Rockpoint, but Bluffdale in general is such a beautiful place to live. Great people, parks and trails everywhere, and a mayor that truly cares about enhancing the city in a positive way. As far as Rockpoint, it starts with the manager, Anna. She has always been so kind, helpful, and truly cares about the residents. It's a blessing moving here and having here run the place. The hot tub is amazing with the fire pit and television. The neighbors are quiet and considerate and there is plenty of parking for guests. The valet trash is a huge bonus as well as the internet and DirectTV. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else.

We just moved here and Jordan and everyone in the office Maria and Anna, has gone above and beyond to help us settle in and make sure we’re happy. Everyone’s super friendly and the apartments are nice and taken care of. Staff goes above and beyond.

McKay was very knowledgeable, helpful and patient. He answered all my questions during the tour and even after. The apts were really nice and the amenities are amazing. I hope to move in soon.

I don’t have a single bad thing to say about Rockpoint! It’s by far the best apartment complex I’ve ever lived in. It’s clean, has fantastic management, the people in the leasing office are awesome, and the amenities are great. The leasing office was flexible and helpful with my move out (which changed multiple times as the date my new build house would be finished got pushed back), and they have been great to work with throughout the entire lease as well. Professional, knowledgeable, thoughtful— top tier. The amenities have been a highlight of my time living here. Other reviews complain about how the hot tub was closed for a bit, but this was due to a nationwide chemical shortage and definitely wasn’t their fault, it was happening at all other apartments in the area too. They communicated this with residents and gave frequent updates. They have food trucks multiple times a week in the warmer months. The leasing office does contests and giveaways for residents. The gym was always clean and has tons of equipment. The apartments themselves are beautiful, we were on the top floor and loved the high ceilings and big windows. Also loved the clean white walls, cabinets, and countertops. I’ll definitely miss this apartment— I highly recommend Rockpoint if you’re looking to rent in Bluffdale!

I've been through many apartments in the valley and dealt with a lot of different staff. They're by far the most thorough. That's the spine to a good stay IMO. Thank you guys!

I have lived here coming up on two years now and I haven't regretted anything about it. The location is perfect. It's close to the highway with shopping and food not far while you are still able to enjoy the suburbs. Great place go for a walk with the trail right next to the complex. The staff is also amazing. I've had a couple of maintenance issues arise, but it has always been quickly resolved (normally the same day). I seriously couldn't imagine living anywhere else.

I have been so impressed since moving in. This has been the most responsive and helpful property management company that I've had to deal with. There were a couple of thing we weren't too happy about when we moved in but, once we brought that up to the front office, it was taken care of immediately. Every interaction I have had with the office staff or maintenance has been great. As far as the amenities are concerned, again, very happy. The gym is huge and is never over crowded. The hot tub and pool area are spacious and are always clean. The apartments themselves are big, modern, and have so much natural light. I would highly recommend Rockpoint to anyone looking for a new place to live.

I have rented many apartments in Utah and this is by far the best place I have ever stayed. Thank you to the amazing staff. Anna, Danielle, Jaycee they are always happy and willing to help. The location is right next to I-15 to go north or south. the amenities are the best I have ever found. the apartments are in mint condition. I would highly recommend these apartments to anyone.

I don’t usually leave reviews but I’ve had such a Wonderful experience with Rockpoint Apartments! I recently had to sell my beautiful home and was not looking forward to moving. The amazing people here, have made it such a good experience! Jesse and Anna have been incredible in helping me through every step of the way. I’m grateful they’ve been so patient and understanding as I made this difficult transition. The apartment complex is absolutely gorgeous and well-maintained. I had a few questions for maintenance and they came here immediately and addressed all of my questions and we’re very helpful and friendly and even helped me set up my satellite! I can’t express enough how grateful I am for the wonderful staff here and their accommodations to me and my kids. I absolutely love my Beautiful apartment and being a part of this amazing community!

I have recently moved to rockpoint and it has been a great move and great complex. The girls in the office are always so easy and friendly to talk to. I have recently had some intermittent issues with my key fob to get access to clubhouse, Jaycee has been nothing but amazing. Today as soon as she heard about my problem she didn’t hesitate to get the issue resolved. She also went out of her way today to contact me to let me know that I had some packages in the office that had been very important and I was waiting for. Thank you Jaycee always a pleasure working with you.

I would just like to say that I have loved working with Jaycee, she has answered all of our questions and has gone out of her way to make sure we are comfortable with everything! I really loved the tour here and it felt very professional and my Girlfriend and I are looking forward to living here. Jaycee and Chelsea are amazing!! From the beginning they were helpful and always had a smile on their face! The customer service is beyond exceptional! Maintenance requests are fulfilled very quickly too. The amenities are phenomenal, and the entire complex is to die for! The unit is brand new, with all up to date appliances! We could not be happier living here, thank you for making this home!

Awesome amenities, strict rules about a few things which means higher standards of living. Spacious closets and bathrooms, nice fixtures, kitchen is super awesome, Bathtubs are huge and the quartz countertops and cabinetry are modern, sturdy (love the sliding drawers in the lower cabinets in the kitchen), LED lighting is bright and soft at the same time. 9 foot ceilings, all appliances are new, Higher capacity laundry appliances are super convenient. Glad I moved in while they are nice and new. So far I've enjoyed living here for the most part and management and maintenance are generally pretty responsive to any requests and concerns I've had. Most importantly they seem to be pretty friendly and professional to the degree that they know how, which is all one could ask for in my opinion 😄 and they are willing to work with me thus far if anything needs sorting out. Been a good experience so far (especially the hot tub!) Thx guys!😁😷😴🤓😎

This place is awesome! Management has been extremely responsive and friendly, really great people to work with. The units are nice and have a great modern design. Internet is blazing fast, buy yourself an orbi mesh router and you will be loving life. Amenities are super nice too. The gym is great and always clean, and the pool/spa are a huge bonus.

An amazing apartment with all the amenities you could possibly want, along with a fantastic, professional, and caring staff...what more can you ask for. I have lived in several apartments for over 20 years now, and this place takes the cake. It’s simply a great place to call home. 5 stars all the way!!!!

Very nice, there dream home come true welcome , views, people, and I can't thank the staff enough including Avenue 5 . I really appreciated the help when people need a break and some one recognizes that it's better to give someone the benefit of the dought then belittle them and blow them off. Really amazing and I'm going to miss this sanctuary.

Leasing office people are knowledgeable (Anna was great to work with and helpful when initiating our lease!), maintenance is on top of things. All of our neighbors are so nice and friendly. Beautiful amenities (pool is an absolute dream), and I especially love that the property is dog friendly. You want to live here! Everyone you know will want to live here too!

Just moved in and so far so good! Danielle communicated so well with me while I was trying to find a rental but couldn’t tour an apartment because of Covid. She’s part of the reason I chose Rockpoint. I’ve had 2 minor concerns and used the web tool to contact maintenance. The guys were quick to respond, friendly & made sure that I was satisfied before they left. I’ve met several people in two weeks just sitting on my balcony. People haven’t been this friendly in the places I’ve lived before. I hope that means they are happy here.If you haven’t yet, just come see how pretty it is here!

My boyfriend and I had spent a whole Saturday touring apartments and NONE of them came ANYWHERE close to Rock Point. The apartments stunning, with amazing finishes and lots of storage. The amenities are unlike any I have seen around. I am pretty big into the gym and I have never seen an apartment gym with so much equipment and space. The pool is simply breath taking. I can't remember our tour guides name but she was the assistant manager I believe. She was great, answered all our our questions and really made us feel at home. It was a no brainier once we toured Rock point that we wanted to live there. Seriously the best apartments I have seen in Utah.

Rockpoint Apartments are some of the nicest in Utah. The clubhouse and amenities are the best I've ever seen. The pool deck is spacious with a large pool and hot tub, and multiple BBQ grills. The fitness space is HUGE and has nicer equipment than most gyms in the area, so you can cancel your membership. The leasing staff is great and the apartment interiors are beautiful. I would definitely recommend!

Rockpoint is such a great looking complex. The staff has been so easy and great to work with. I can not say enough about the clubhouse! It's so nice! One of the best I've ever seen.

Amazing staff!!! The Pictures may not up to date but they are as close as they can be to what the clubhouse looks like. Great apartments just not budget friendly. Valet trash was great but an extra fee. Pool is heated. Close to parks and schools. They are still building but don't let that stop you from checking out these apartments. Overall, my family and I had a good experience living here.

My husband and I went in for a tour and were very impressed by the quality and price of these apartments. It looks exactly as pictured inside and out. The builders were very thoughtful and gave a lot of cabinet space in the bathroom and kitchens. Mitch in the office was easy to work with and was very open and honest about all potential costs. He answered every question we had. Online prices are accurate, they do fluctuate a very small amount based on your floor level and location.

Rockpoint office staff has been amazing to work with. While it does seem like it's still under construction the leasing office is doing the best they can to help out until contractors are finished. The leasing office and clubhouse are very aesthetically pleasing.

Love living here! Managment is great. Very helpful and responsive. Clubhouse and amenities are incredible. Brand new, well built, finishes and appliances top notch. Ability to control lights, thermostat and the front door lock. Electric car charging station near the clubhouse. Rent utilities are paid using a easy to use App this can be a little intimidating for those that aren’t tech savvy. Managment very helpful to get this setup. Very convenient and easy to use. Great location right off I-15. I Definitely would recommend Rockpoint to anyone looking for an amazing place to live
