    Going on my 6th year of living here and it keeps getting better. Management and maintenance are great to work with and the community upkeep has improved dramatically. My kids are in walking distance to SL Academy and we love that we are in walking distance of so many amenities. UTA recently started a new line which makes it better to get around. Just nice not having to drive everywhere. I’d recommend this facility to anyone!

    Absolutely loved this place. This was me and my wife’s first time renting and living on our own and we had such an amazing time living at Haven Dell!     This is and has been a great place to live. The only thing that makes it a 4 and not a 5 star review is we did genuinely feel as though not quite enough was done prior to move in to get the place up to full standards and expectations. Fairly minor things in the grand scheme of things but it did leave a less than perfect impression. Nonetheless- I would highly recommend anyone to live here. These previously stated minor inconveniences were promptly addressed by management and maintenance whenever we communicated our concerns. The service and attention to clientele needs are 5 star worthy. As well as the pricing and up front savings. More than worth the money for what you get. And a quick shout out to Galilee in the main office. She was very well educated and communicative about the fees so that we weren't surprised at all by our first bills. She was attentive to our needs and answered all our questions with accuracy and good intent. She deserves her own 5 star review.

    We have lived here for almost 2 years and have been really happy with this place, especially the staff. Andreina, Sonia, and Galilee take great care of us residents, throw a pool party every year, and are all super pleasant and helpful. The maintenance guy is awesome too, never caught his name but he’s a good guy and takes care of stuff quickly. It’s been a great experience living here. Thank you guys!

    We spruced up Haven Dell lately, and wow, it's gorgeous! Vibrant entrances, tons of green space, and inviting walkways—everyone loves it. Andreina was a lifesaver the whole time, making sure everything was perfect. She kept us in the loop, really cared about the residents, and made the whole thing so easy. Haven Dell is amazing now, and it's all thanks to her dedication.

    I have lived here 2.5 years. Six or so months ago, this place would have received 2 stars from me if I was feeling generous. While the accommodations were nice, the place was horribly run, and with new faces in the office about every 6-8 months, it was hard to make any positive improvements. However, over the last 6 months, Andreina and Sonia have really put in the effort to turn this place around, and it has become a much more pleasant place at which to live. Both Andreina and Sonia have made themselves available, when needed, and from speaking with them, I can tell they care about building and maintaining a community where people do desire to live. I give THEM five stars, without a doubt.

    Leginska was amazing to work with. She was very friendly and helpful in assisting us through the application process. She was patient with us when we had issues and addressed everything quickly. If you are considering applying here ask for her. As for the property it is very nice and in a good area. The townhomes are well laid out to maximize the space. Everything is clean and updated. The pricing is pretty fair for what you are getting. Definitely a place I would recommend looking into.

    The folks at Haven Dell are amazing! As I started my journey to find an apartment, I toured many properties. I was about to sign a lease at another property; Haven Dell was on the way, so I stopped. Because of their professionalism and helpfulness, I knew that this was the place for me. The facilities are well maintained and clean. The other tenants have been respectful and quiet. This is the first rental property I have lived at for over 20 years, it has been great.
