    Amenities

    My husband and I came for a tour last month and had a great experience. We loved the layout of the 2 bed 2 bath and were really impressed by the pool and outdoor entertainment area. Augustine was helpful, funny, kind, and relatable. He made the tour feel enjoyable instead of tedious, and even gave some suggestions for room setup and furniture orientation when we had questions. Thanks!

    Everything is kept so nice and tidy around the complex, like gorgeous. When I had an issue that turned into needing my washer to be replaced, maintenance man Jonathan H. came and took care of it all so fast and was very kind. I expected days and days but it was the same day 👀 The office was very sweet when I called because I didnt understand the system 😅💕 Anyway, love it here. It's beautiful ✨️

    I recently moved into the Copperwood apartments, and I have to say that management and maintenance have been amazing! I had a few hiccups with the leasing process, but they handled and corrected issues that came up so fast. Then I had an issue with my refrigerator and maintenance literally had it handled within a few hours. I am so thankful for their empathy and their promptness with making sure that issues are handled in a timely manner. As for the apartment itself, it is quiet and I haven’t had any issues with some of the complaints that I’ve seen in other reviews yet. I think it’s just evident that the apartment complex is taking these reviews seriously and continuing to provide a safe place for us to live. Thank you so much!

    We have really enjoyed living at Copperwood. The staff has been so kind and they’re making great progress in improving the area. Our favorite part about living here is the Kids Club and the Community events! Miss Theresa has been so kind to us and she provides a safe space for my kids! She also plans the best events!     I had such a great experience working with Jesus at Copperwoods at Harrisville! From the moment I toured the property, he was welcoming, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. He made the entire process smooth and stress-free, answering all of my questions and going above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and confident in my decision.     It's been a nice place to live so far, Some of the residents can be annoying as they don't follow rules and are loud and obnoxious and they wait till the office is closed to blast Their music or yell super loud. As they know there's no one to talk to and all you can do is leave a message. It's a no smoking community but there's a few in our building up above us of that don't leave the property to smoke and a few smoke weed on their balcony or Apt even though they know they shouldn't, but most say they don't speak English, or understand and use it as an excuse to not follow the rules, I think they really do understand and say they don't but other than that most keep to themselves. And the complex managers are really good and nice and do their best to run the place very well. I haven't lived here long enough to get out and check out the community, I'll update this post at a later time when we have lived here long enough to really know the place, If you can ignore the minor annoyances, it's a really nice place. §∆[ EDIT OF REVIEW ]∆§ I've Enjoyed the Pool, and Gym and I like how the Office Staff and Patrols get problems Taken Care Of. The One Complaint I have is the Cultural Music that we Have to Hear Loudly Through the Wall of the Adjoining Apt, That were Not a Fan Of. But other than that it has been a Pretty Great Place to live, They have a lot of Rules, but it's a Good Thing Because it Helps keep Most of the Residents in Line, a Few Still Don't Understand, or Don't Care about The Rules and Still Smoke Things They Shouldn't, Especially since It's a No Smoking Complex, But We Still Enjoy the Patio. Overall it's a Great Place to Live.

    Just moved in and so far it’s been amazing! I was really concerned about past reviews from over a year ago but the new management team has definitely turned things around here!     Update, previous review deleted: Previously I had left a terrible review because this place sucked SO bad. They have really cleaned it up though! They added a kids club which is so cool, and trash service which is very convenient. I appreciate the efforts made to make this a community and whatever they are doing is working now.     My husband and I love it here! We moved in May and have had a great experience so far. We love our apartment; it’s cozy, clean and modern and we love the vaulted ceilings since we’re on the fourth floor. The management team is amazing and is always kind and helpful!!

    The office staff have always been very professional with me anytime I have had to deal with an Apt. issue. I had to call this last Thurs. about a Humidity and a severe dust issue again, Megan answered my call and was quick to get my issue resolved ASAP! and had Lalo the Maintenance guy come check it out. He was very professional, and gave me some pointers on how to control the humidity in my Apt, although he didn't know what to tell me about the dust issue. I hope his advice works! Megan called me again to see if everything went smooth. I really appreciated her professionalism, and how she went above and beyond! Thank You
