    Safety

    I have GENUINELY enjoyed my time here. The managers are truly one of a kind. I have lived in MANY apartment complexes and I have never been so mind blown by how rapid and passionate the management is here at Sprinkcreek. I am so so so sad that I have to be moving states, however, I know this places is in good arms, because of the management. Living here as a single woman for the first time in my life, I couldnt have ever felt more safe.Thank you S and L for EVERYTHING. You two are God sents.

    Maintenance

    Owner not great, but the manager is very good at his job. Often stays up for days/nights with little sleep,fixing up & cleaning apartments left damaged & filthy. Very kind to tenants. He can't be everywhere at once, but does his best to help everyone. A far cry better than the previous manager, before he & his wife became manager. Gets very little appreciation from some tenants & owner. Owner should be ashamed at the way he treats this manager!

    Currently rent here the neighbors are all very kind people and it is pet friendly which is nice yard is well kept and maintenance man works hard to keep everything looking good we really enjoy it here

    Maintenance

    This is a great place to live, hands down. The manager &maintenance man both work very hard to keep this place well kept! Love the friendly environment! I definitely recommend renting here. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
