Great staff they are always friendly and very helpful. We have enjoyed living here for the most part we just have some very loud and inconsiderate neighbors that we unfortunately are having to constantly complain about.

I love living here! The apartments are really nice and the management is amazing!! I've been here since 2016. I love that I feel at home! I don't plan on moving anytime soon! Thank you for the fun times.

I have lived in green Grove since 2007, for one reason or another we have decided to stay here because apart from the fact that they are the cheapest apartments in the area my children were practically born here, Liza the manager is a very kind person and when we have a problem in the department she immediately sends the repair order but it is unfortunate that they change the handyman every time because they do not always do the necessary work or they make them do it even if they do not do it, several have happened and the best ones have been Amelia and the man who was there before her I think that was him name, Doug. We have a green area, although unfortunately there are children who do not respect the environment and are dirty, and it also depends on the parents who see that the children are problematic, and they do not find it interesting, but that depends on each family. a good environment and I think that Liza as an administrator does a great job and although she puts restrictions and rules, unfortunately there are people who do not respect them ..

It has been great living in here, staff is super friendly and neighbors are great!

My husband and I have been living at Green Grove for the past several years. We love it here, the ladies in the office are amazing and are quick to answer questions. Maintenance is awesome and quick to resolve any issues. We see ourselves here for many years to come. The apartments are well kept and the grounds are lovely. If you are looking to rent here you won’t find better.

IM SO GRATEFUL TO GET APPROVED! Elle and Liz have been so helpful throughout the process. They were able to work with me when no one else would. Other apartments had outlandish requirements and impossible standards like No debt or collections. Others said the eviction had to be completely paid. But Liz and Elle worked hard to get me approved despite my barriers. They truly believe in the mission behind helping people get housed. They saved me from homelessness! All I had to do was provide proof of a current payment plan with the law office that holds my eviction and provide all the documentation they required and pay a application fee it was so easy! Elle was always happy to help and sweet depsite my numerous calls. Liz worked hard to get me approved by the higher ups. I can't wait to move in! They even worked with my voucher and community action. Housing is possible here

Good communication and timely. Great staff. Affordable. Friendly community, can get rowdy at times, but such is the apartment lifestyle. Overall enjoyed my time at Green Grove and would recommend to others.

I moved into GGA in February 2018 and really enjoy living here. Have a 3rd floor apartment and the vaulted ceiling makes it feel more spacious. The common area outside is huge and gives all the kids plenty of space to run around. Management and maintenance are great. The repairs are taken care of quickly. Liz is great and always so helpful! Overall living here has been amazing and I'd recommend GGA to anyone.

Management are very easy to work with. The landscaping is very nice and I love there are so many dog poop receptacles available. Has a homey woodsy feeling to it.

I’ve loved my time here and Liz is extremely professional. whenever I need help or assistance with anything that deals with the apartment she’s always there to do it and get people on task to help tenants out.

We lived here for 5.5 years and it was mostly a good experience! Maintenance was great for the first few years but they became less responsive the last year or so, which was disappointing. I also had a couple packages stolen while I lived here, but that’s not unusual for apartment complexes. The grounds were pretty well-maintained, staff is friendly, and the apartments had their faults but were in decently good shape. Overall, we enjoyed living here!

I have lived for more than 5 years in Green Grove Apartments, and the experience of living there was very good, especially because of the good attention of the property manager, (Liz) is very attentive and diligent to resolve any problems and repairs in the property, their attention is 5 stars and in short, Green Grove is a good place to live and it is not expensive, with many nearby stores and a very familiar atmosphere, I am grateful to have had the opportunity to live there

Our manager Liz was very helpful and very kind and friendly and scheduled a time for me to have my peephole repaired that worked for me and in the same day that I spoke with her! Liz is a wonderful manager and she’s always friendly and helpful! Then later that day Jared the maintenance man came on time and fixed my peephole and he was very nice and friendly and fixed it quickly! Someone, probably kids or teenagers shot something through my peephole and destroyed it and it left an open hole in my door where they peephole was. But Liz and Jared were a great help to me and I thanked both of them for their help.

I 11 out of 10 recommend this place! What makes it so special is the manager Liz she truly goes above and beyond for her residents and is so dedicated to being as successful as possible in what she does and it shows. If your looking for a place to live long term and want a save environment for your family there is no reason you should not choose Green Grove. Liz is one of those amazing human beings your rarley come across to the point I feel so greatful i am able to live here when she's been here because I will always remember her she is the one of the most professional and lovely people I have ever met and just wanted to do a shout-out about her because she is what makes this place so great to live here. I've lived here for a little over 3 years and have enjoyed calling this place "home." The manager, Liz, has one of the biggest, kindest hearts and works so hard, often times taking on many tasks all at once and going far and beyond. The maintenance team is knowledgeable, professional, kind, courteous and efficient. Many residents take advantage of the kindness and generosity the entire staff provides. I, on the other hand, am extremely grateful.

I lived at Green Grove for 4 years and loved every minute of it. The staff was absolutely amazing and genuinely cared about me and my family. If any issues came up, they were quick to resolve them. Hands down one of the best places I’ve lived at!

I lived here with my husband for 3 years and we had such a great experience. Wonderful staff in the office, impeccable maintenance and services, reasonable price for the area. I’m so thankful for our time there and would go back any time.

We are so glad that we got this place. Its so close to my kids school and its honestly a nice spot. For its age, our apartment has been kept in pretty decent shape. The rooms are smaller than average but the large laundry room and closet space definitely make up for it. The staff was great for helping us get in. Housing is hard to find these days and for them to offer up our move-in 2 months sooner than expected on the wait list was such a blessing. Thanks Green Grove!!!

The management is very nice and friendly. The grounds are beautiful and well-kept. The apartments themselves are well-maintained and adorable. The neighbors are very polite and understanding about issues. I have loved living here and highly recommend it.

We’ve lived here for 3 years and just love it! It’s a very active community with lots of children and nice neighbors! I love having such an amazing office management crew as well! The ladies here are so professional, polite and so helpful with everything and any maintenance that’s needed. We feel lucky to be in such a wonderful place! We love it here!

I’ve lived here for almost two years and it’s been so amazing! Liz helped me get into my place and helped me every step of the way and when I didn’t get a unit on the day o was told she went above and beyond and got me into another unit! Liz always listens to any concern or problem you may have which is not often and every time I’ve had something that’s needed to be fixed Emilia(don’t know correct spelling) is quick and gets it done! It’s always pleasant having to deal with them and they are extremely friendly! This place is now my home and I appreciate all Liz, April, and Emilia do to keep this place going!

The management is awesome..and I will say anytime something brakes they fix it very fast..maintenance is awesome and goes above and beyond to fix things when things brake.. so good job everyone. Our maintenance girl is so awesome! And Liz is always so friendly and amazing to help anyone that comes in and needs anything. When I come in she is always working so hard but she will stop to help and listen if there is anything you need or answer any questions she is so amazing. So thank you so much LIZ!! I love living at the Green Grove Apartments. When I have a problem, they are always quick to get it taken care of. They are always trying to make sure that it is the best place for families to live. They are always so happy to help and always being so positive. They try to do things in the summer that help the kids have a better summer. They are amazing!!!!

My family has lived here for about 5 years. This place has been awesome. The management has always been wonderful and so very helpful. They are very helpful and they work with you on rent if needed, they are quick and efficient with maintenance, and they are great if there are any issues in general with apartment living. My kids love it here as they have made many friends over the years and all of the kids in the complex are close and have a great time. It is fun to watch them all play all afternoon in the fields and on the playground. It has been a great place for my family. Thank you to Liz and to April for being so helpful and patient and supportive to all especially this year in 2020. I am sure it has been hard for all and Green Grove has been amazing in helping and being understanding and informative on everything. Thank you!

I absolutely LOVE living at Green Grove Apartments! The office staff is absolutely AMAZING! Liz, the main office manager is professional, friendly and does an awesome job running these apartments! Any time I have ever needed anything fixed in the apartment maintenance has been very prompt and fast fixing it. And you cannot beat the price of Green Grove! These are by far the BEST apartments I have ever lived at! Beautiful Apartments and AMAZING staff! LOVE LOVE LOVE GREEN GROVE! They deserve a 10 star rating!

I have lived here for almost a year, Liz the property manger is the most friendliest person I have ever worked with. She always greets you with a smile and is so pleasant to talk to. Doug who up keeps everything is so efficient with everything that he does, he really does care about you and your property. He does a great job with keeping the pool Crystal Clear clean. This is such a wonderful apartment complex to live in, I have felt nothing but love from everyone who works here, these guys really care about you, we love it here!!!
