We have loved living here! Our apartment was clean and really nice when we moved in, and the complex itself has been amazing. The apartments are in good shape, and whenever we speak to the front office they’re always so kind and helpful! The complex is also really quiet and in a great area to access a lot of things in UT county!

Aylin helped me the other day and I was impressed how she remembered a detail about my daughter from back when we first moved in. She helped me with my issue trying to work with my portal and even stayed past closing time to help me finish. I really appreciated her help.

We’ve lived here for a few months and it is genuinely the best place we’ve ever lived as a family. Lots of kids playing, grass and animal waste is well and beautifully maintained, the maintenance for the apartments is taken care of very promptly and the office staff is so wonderful and kind (to where the even the kids in the neighborhood love to visit the office staff). It’s super easy to rent the pavilion for family get togethers as a bonus. If the management has an issue with your apartments, or something that they need to communicate, they are very professional and respectful. One instance that stands out for our time here: We lost track of one of our kids and we were looking all over for her, one of the office staff heard that we were looking for her from another kid and the staff found out who we were and called my cell phone asking if we needed help finding her without being asked. We’ve never been happier or lived under better property management, and we hope to live here as long as we can!

So it has come to my attention while reading reviews on multiple types of businesses that these have become nothing more than a place to air dirty laundry. As a local to the PG area I have witnessed quite a drastic change in our community. I would like to take a moment to give you an insiders perspective to a few of these reviews you'll see on this apartment complex. 1.) This is ACTUALLY 2 communities in 1. There is the family side as well as an active senior community. The office staff work together to ensure no resident slips thru the cracks so if 1 office is unavailable the other is ALWAYS willing to assist any way they can. 2.) As with ANY rental this is your home. BUT it is also a place of business and thus there are rules and guidelines that are in place to ensure a safe environment that the majority can enjoy. 3.) We as a nation have decided we are ENTITLED to act in any matter we choose. Just remember your actions have consequences. It seems to me several of the reviews written about this community have been done so by fake accounts or people who do not actually reside here and do not have a full understanding of what really goes on here. No I do not work for Triton INV and yes I created a new profile to post concerning information. This is due to the mentality of others and to prevent retaliation. In closing I would like to say I have had encounters with Triton from office staff all the way up to the owners and still remain a resident. Obviously they are doing something right!!!

I have been living on this property for going on 4 years. Absolutely love it here. The office staff is always kind and friendly and eager to find suitable resolutions to ANY issue that may arise. The grounds are well maintained and the maintenance guys are friendly fast and do excellent work. I would recommend this place time and again.

I have never been so impressed by a property manager in all my years of apartment living! The location is VERY convenient to bus lines banks and stores! They even have ADA access throughout the property. I think I have found my next home

Aylin has a wonderful way with people, characterized by her kindness and expertise. She is humble, has great empathy for the residents, and any problem with her is easily resolved because she has the knowledge, attitude, and aptitude to provide effective solutions. Hopefully, in the not-too-distant future, she will be the manager of this apartment complex.

I have been living here for two years. It is a very quiet place. I like it a lot. The maintenance team is very attentive in their work. They help us with great pleasure in the offices. I love their kindness, especially that of the manager Nancy. I love the place.

For the most part, it's been a pleasant experience living at Thorneberry. I love the pool!! The rent is reasonable for the space and quality of the apts. The rooms are very spacious as well as the main bathroom. The only thing I would suggest is never get the apt on the 3rd floor facing west cause the A/C isn't equipped to handle the heat in the summer and Thorneberry offices, apparently, can't and won't do anything about it. Some of the office staff could be nicer, but overall, it's a great place to live.

We have enjoyed our apartment and the people. This is a very nice, clean, and quite place to live. The people here are so friendly and caring, everyone helps one another. The office manager is so kind and if you need anything she is on top of it. The maintenance man is also on top of things. You don't get this help in very many places, they are awesome. We would recommend THORNBERRY to anyone, great place to live..

We love living at the Thornberry Atrium. We have been residents for over 5 years and enjoy the activities and comradery of our fellow residents. It definitely gives you a "feeling of home." Maintenance is responsive to our requests for repairs. The staff are friendly and welcome our comments and concerns. My husband and I are librarians for the Atrium and love how everyone is appreciative of our efforts. Jerry & Gail Matthews

Lived in Thornberry for the last 3 years. Within that time, I resided in both a one bedroom and a three bedroom apartment. It's a great place to stay. Clean, quiet, affordable, and comfortable. The rates are fair and the staff are amazing. You are well taken care of. Would definitely recommend.

We've lived here for over a year now and started in a 2 bd. We moved to a 3 bd now that we have a baby. The management and maintenance have always been super professional and kind during every interaction. We even had a ton of issues with our new apartment but management and maintenance are always quick to respond and take care of our concerns. I just wish the pool were open longer during the year 😂

Thorneberry has such great management! Nancy and Sam in the office were able to answer some of the tough questions that I had when I was asking about taking up residence here in the future. Just based off of this interaction you can tell that they really care about their residents. For anyone looking to find residence in Pleasant Grove I would highly recommend this place.

Can't imagine why people would not enjoy living here. There is great management, fast maintenance responses, and the grounds are vey well kept up. Would definitely recommend at least checking this place out.

Easy management to get results. Friendly environment and no issues with neighbors. Great location easy access to anything and everything within minutes.

I'm changing my review. I'm also posting picture to show that we (all 4 of my neighbors) were parked where we were supposed to be. We were in parking stalls parked legally. Legacy Towing...We will be taking them to small claims court for hassle, time not at work, gas lost, schooling missed... but I'll get into that later. During the early hours of morning.. around 3 am LEGACY TOWING came onto property and towed away all the cars parked in parking spaces south of park. They somehow thought they were fire zone area. Went to go to work at 6 am.. every single car that was there the night before...gone My neighbors right next to us, across from us, 4 down from us...all of our cars gone. Called dispatch and they said Legacy Towing had taken them. Called legacy... no answer Called to file police report of stolen vehicles. Officer was very nice, but said towing company felt they towed them legally and it would be a civil matter with HOA and towing company. Finally got someone to answer at LEGACY TOWING. TODD said management told them to tow them. LIAR He said management wanted that area for fire zone. Hmmm LIAR Even if management did change it to a fire zone, they would have notified residents. It would not have parking lines. It would be painted red. We would have received email about change. Waited for office to open at 9. Samantha and Shantae were amazing and so sympathetic to situation. Neighbors came into office about their cars being towed while I was in office. Samantha called Todd and said "We have a problem with cars being towed last night. We have put those parking spots south of park there for extra parking and have always allowed our residents to park in that area." Todd again LIED to managment now claiming "the city told me they want that area open for emergency vehicles" At this point Samantha said she would have corporate look into it. We couldn't do anything except wait. Shantae came down from corporate. She called that afternoon to tell me and other residents affected that LEGACY towing had to release all the vehicles NO CHARGE. This is where LEGACY was horrible. I had called 7 am asking if I could at least get school project that was on seat of car out of vehicle so that project could be turned in on time. They would not allow it. They wouldn't even tell me where vehicle was being held. So missed classes. Assingment turned in late. Missed work. Now for a company that took vehicles illegally... you would think they would bring them back.. nope Not only that but vehicles were in old salvage yard at point of mountain. No one is readily there to unlock gates. We had to make appointment to get car back that they took wrongfully and I had to find someone to drive me there at 7 p.m. Waste 30 minutes each way to get to salvage yard. Pitch black. No lights. Remote road. They had vehicles all the way at end of salvage yard. Had to go through 3 gates. Pitch dark. Muddy as can be. Only 6 cars total on entire property..yet they took them as far in as they could. Sketchy as can be. (By the way.. they have key for gates hidden down on ground, west side of main gate by abandoned office) And LEGACY TOWING still tried to make me pay towing fees. So after knowing THORNEBERRY managment did not tell them to tow vehicles, and advocated for their residents wrongfully put in inconveniences... I am impressed by how the management has changed. I feel they really do care. I am adding pictures just so others can see where we were parked.. and that LEGACY had to dismiss fines. Thank you Triton and Thorneberry for prompt response to negative situation.

I've lived here for a little over a year now. The office staff is really wonderful and responsive to our needs. Maintenance is awesome too they are quick and efficient with all of my many complaints, and they are constantly working to better the community. The only thing i would change would be the parking, it can get a little rough for multiple car households.

Lynlee has been great and an amazing help!!! Staff is all kind and helpful. I love the amount of space our 3 bedroom gives us.

We have had a great experience here. Lynlee, the on site manager, is superb. Her attention to detail and warm demeanor made us pay attention to this place and decide to move here.

We have lived here for about 6 months now and have thoroughly enjoyed it. The amenities are nice and the neighbors and staff are very friendly. I recommend it!

Living in Thorneberry Apartments has been a wonderful experience. The staff are friendly and easy to work with. When we moved in, the apartment was well maintained and the cleanest I have ever seen (and my wife and I have lived in 7 apartments prior to this). It’s easy to pay rent online. The appliances are in good condition and maintenance has been quick to respond to any issues. If you’re looking for an apartment in Utah County, this is the community to check out!

We moved in around June of last year. We have been impressed and satisfied since we met office management checking out the apartments. Management has been kind, understanding, and professional. If we had a complaint they have addressed it quickly. If we needed maintenance work done those have been addressed quickly and professionally as well. We enjoy living here. It has a good safe feel. It is located in a beautiful spot by the mountains.

Me and my family have really enjoyed being tenants at the Thornberry Apartments. Great Amenities and kid friendly. Easy access to the freeway and grocery stores, cute little businesses to walk. The staff has been great, the ladies in the office are on top of things and never hesitate to help, the maintenance crew is so friendly and do such a great job day and day out.

Ah, Thorneberry. The place where you can get a nice apartment at a decent price. I, myself, have an apartment where for the first time a person can't reach the sink OR the tub while sitting on their toilet. That says a lot. It also helps that their maintenance crews are constantly on top of repairs and upkeep. A great example is that recently some trucks came through our parking lot and left mud, rocks, and debris everywhere. Within the week it was completely cleaned back up and the road looked like it never had a problem. I've never had a landlord of any kind that would have done that for me, until Thorneberry. The girls in the office genuinely care about their tenants, too. 10/10 would recommend.

I’ve been living in one of the townhouses on the property for 8 months and enjoy living here. the apartment itself is nice and the girls in the leasing office have been very easy to work with. maintenance is quick to respond to any repairs we’ve needed.

Love living here! The apts are high, the prices are the best you can get foe the area, the maintainence crew is quick friendly and respectful. All the management peraonelp we've had contact with have been polite and helpful. The pool and hot tub are well maintained and there's lots a green space with spend outside with your kids. The only issue we've had is since they've started allowing pets on a case by case basis there's dog poop everywhere. People need to clean up after their dogs if they're gonna have them. No excuses! Esp when there's a dog area AND bags provided.

This a nice place to live with family. Clean surroundings, neat swimming pool and pleasant play area. My kids enjoy their stay here. Good thing is we have near by day care for kids and also have basketball court for playing. Management here organizes fun events and several prize giving events on special occasions.

I have lived here for 4 years and just signed a new lease. I really like this neighborhood. The management has always been friendly and taken care of what few maintenance requests I've had in a timely manner.

Thorneberry apartments are a excellent place to raise a family, the pole and gym on property are amazing and fun. The office employees are very helpful and always pleasent to work with. 5 stars out of 5 stars because they make me feel like a star.

It's a great place to raise a family. Close enough to everything but not to busy around us. My kids love living here. The staff is great and anytime we need anything fixed they are great at staying on top of the repairs if needed.

The office staff is very friendly, neighborhood is nice and quiet, and if you have any maintenance issues they are taken care of in a timely manner. Plus, the guy definitely knows what he's doing and is very professional. Definitely recommend it!

Best appartment i loved in. Front end staff are nice and understanding. The maintnance is on point, and anytime I have put in a requedt it has been done same day.

Management is on top of things. The apartments have very low quality appliances, especially the stove. Can't really beat the price though!

My husband and I first moved in three years ago, because our family was growing and we needed space. The apartments are nice, because they provide a lot of space for the money you pay. Management is friendly and they always say hello and ask how I am doing when I say hello. It's apartment living, so it's not perfect, but who and what management is perfect. I appreciate the friendliness and the fact that Thorneberry management does their best to solve a problem. Katie has been great! When I have had a problem with something, she gets back to me promptly and makes me feel at ease. :) I love that a park is close as well. My kids love it!

I loved my apartment here! I lived there with 3 different managers. Katie was the best manager at getting repairs and other things done. The pool is clean and the gym is open late. They were always helpful and try to keep the property well maintained.

We moved into the town homes and they are really nice! Huge master bedrooms and such nice bathrooms, and kitchen. Love this place and the management is super on top of any problems and so nice to work with!
