    I have lived here since May and I absolutely love it. The management is incredible, the location is so convenient, the floor plans and interior is absolutely gorgeous designs. Very dog friendly as well. I'll live here til u buy my house, I love The Kelton Apartments so much.

    Always prompt. Quick to respond. Both maintenance guys are a pleasure to work with. Very efficient and polite. I love it here. Jet, Olivia and the staff are friendly welcoming and make you feel more like a family than just a tenant.

    This apartment complex has been great, and has had a great management transition (both old and new were great). Really have only good things to say about the Kelton. Sure, there are things here and there that could be better, but I’d have to be very picky to point them out. Edit: Editing my review to be 4 stars since the hot tub has been closed more than it’s been open for the past month :( Edit 2: it’s been fixed after a long delay, but coming to say maintenance here is phenomenal. Any issue you have, and they on it as quickly as is reasonable. Very much appreciate it, especially during the holidays! Back to 5 stars!

    Living at The Kelton has truly been such a wonderful experience from the very beginning. I’ve been here since February, and everything about this place has felt easy, warm, and welcoming. Jett and Olivia have been absolutely amazing through it all—always so kind, so helpful, and so genuine in everything they do. And of course, their little office helper Bella adds the sweetest touch every time you walk in. The maintenance team deserves so much credit too—they’re quick, efficient, and always friendly, which makes such a huge difference in feeling at home. Overall, I can honestly say I love living here. This community, the people, ..it all feels like a place built with care. I’m truly grateful to call The Kelton home. 💛✨

    We love living at the Kelton! The office staff are the nicest people. The complex is very dog friendly with lots of grass and an interactive dog park. We also love the layout of our apartment and how affordable rent is!

    I recently moved into these apartments and overall the experience has been very good. The management was quick to resolve the maintenance issues I had when I first moved in, which I really appreciate. The only downside is that sometimes parking can be limited, but aside from that, I’ve been happy living here. Looking forward to have the hot tub working so we can enjoy the cold weather

    I’ve had the chance to visit The Kelton Apartments several times, and every time I walk into the office, Jett Wade greets everyone with a genuine smile and such a great attitude. You can just tell he truly cares about the people he interacts with. Having personally met over 300 property managers in the apartment leasing industry, I can honestly say Jett stands out. His human connection skills are next level: kind, respectful, and always professional. He treats everyone fairly and makes you feel welcome, whether you’re a resident or just stopping by.     I lived at the Kelton for 2 years. Overall, it’s pretty nice but mainly bc they did a great job with the apartments. Best layout and finishes. Where the places fails is on the residents it attracts and some of the management. When I moved in the pool was delayed for over a year. When they finally got the pool done, they charged residents to fill it. The cost for shared bills was always >$100 per month which they never discussed during my initial lease. It’s interesting to see how everyone loves the staff so much. I think they are nice enough but definitely not warm and friendly. I once locked myself out of my apartment… asked the open office to help me and was lectured on why I don’t know my code and why I had no phone or key on me. I also had a crazy neighbor who I had to call the police on multiple times for stealing my packages, which was caught on tape. They were plenty helpful but not sure how this guy was allowed to stay his whole lease before getting evicted. A police car was at the apartments at least once a week. Another issue I had was with the previous manager herself. Ironic to see her send emails about dogs on leash when she owned 4-5 dogs and two of them ran the parking lot off leash. You can also hear her yelling at them from her apartment located right across from the office. She also had a problem following the parking rules since she had two cars for a bit, she had no problem pulling out of her garage and using what the office called precious parking in front of the office. None of this bothered or impacted me but someone should provide the feedback on how hypocritical the office is. There were multiple units that kept their dogs outside all day crying and barking. If you look around you can see poop stains all over the patios bc dogs are not taken care of by residents. Some of the patios just have blankets and poop sitting all over. Finally, I had my apartment cleaned before I moved out, and communicated this, I also patched all of my holes and sanded walls. My final bill had a sanitizing fee in it and a paint and patch fee. I can guarantee you the only way I could have returned that apartment in better condition was by not living there for two years. I even swept off the patio. This place could be great but it’s just not.

    I want to say I have had a wonderful experience here! My family has grown since my wife and I first signed our lease and we couldn't be more happy! The office staff does make coming in to check our mail a fun and inviting experience by the waves, smiles, hugs, and laughter we all share! They make sure our dog and daughter are just as important giving them treats and showing them love!! We have signed for another year plus and continue to do so. We enjoy the walkability of the neighborhoods as well as friendly neighbors that wave and say hi. We are definitely happy in our choice of residence while we wait for the housing market to become in our favor! We love it hear and can't say enough wonderful things about OUR experience here!!! Worth the look.

    Im so excited to move in today! I caught a great deal this time of year and got an even bigger discount for applying within 24hours. Olivia was my leasing agent and it was so helpful being able to text her back and forth through the application process. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because I had a lot of issues with the online application and it took much longer to complete, but they still honored the 24hr discount :)

    We have lived her for a little over 6 months now and we love it here! The leasing staff is awesome, and their maintenance team is amazing. Anytime we have any issues with maintenance they are here ASAP, and get it fixed quickly! We had an issue with our furnace and hot water and we submitted our ticket after hours, but they called us within an hour to solve the problem. They even offered to bring us space heaters until they could fix it completely the next morning, which was so appreciated and very thoughtful of him! They were here first thing this morning, and after he got everything set back up properly, he noticed my doorbell wasn’t working (I had no idea) and immediately jumped on it! We love living at a complex that cares and does everything in their power to provide a safe and happy living situation for their tenants. Thank you guys!!

    Very nice place, Staff convivial & useful but a little over price. We keep Browsing better Deal. * Our budget is 1500$ with utilities and all fees include. We cannot afford to Pay 1700$ for 1 Bedroom someone else. ( Paying for TV when you do not owned one for the last 5 years and some others fees useless for us was un Turn Off !

    Cleanliness

    We have lived here for just over a year and we love it. We are moving out this month, but mainly due to location. The management has always been wonderful, and we recently got a new property manager who is even better! The facilities are always clean and any time there is any issue it is addressed promptly. I hope move out is smooth, but if our experience so far is any indication we’ll be just fine.

    Beautiful space out here. Cannot wait to explore more of the property! Stairs are awful to move up, but I knew I was going to be on the second floor.     Great place to live! Highly recommend. The staff are friendly, communicative, helpful and understanding. Great views, secluded from the main shopping areas of American Fork. You drive by beautiful farm land on the way in. My wife and I call it our little Ireland. Come take a tour!

    I love the new management at the Kelton! Jett and Olivia have helped reconcile issues that were not taken care of by previous management. Many of the hateful reviews being left are people who don’t know how to read a lease and abide by its rules. Nowadays people pay too much in rent to move somewhere expecting a peaceful quiet environment to be met with hostility, favoritism, and even physical assault. Grateful for my time here, but even more grateful that Jett & Olivia have handled things like they should have been handled all along. Coming from one of the first residents of the property.

    Olivia was super helpful with answering all my questions and getting us set up. I’m usually someone that asks about everything and she didn’t mind getting all the answers I needed.     I have loved living here. We just renewed our lease, actually! The office ladies are so nice, helpful and patient! Maintenance is great as well, and any issues we have, they fix quickly! The only thing I’d say I don’t like is how we have to put down a $500 deposit to use the club house for parties… and if it’s on the weekend, we only get $200 (or something like that) back. Other than that, the amenities are great as well!!

    These apartments are top notch! They are beautiful and SO spacious. Very reasonably priced. Jessica and Devin in the office/management are so kind and respond quickly for any questions or concerns. Always warm and welcoming. The nicest apartment property I’ve ever lived at! Highly recommend! We ended up moving across the country at the end of our lease but if we ever moved back, we would definitely be going back to the Kelton.

    I have been at the Kelton for two months. So far, I’ve really loved it. I did have a problem with the payment system and my first payment didn’t happen. I was charged quite a bit of money and not given a break. The grounds are clean. People are friendly, and my large dog is very welcome. The apartment is very comfortable and the space is used intelligently. I hope to stay for a long time. Jan 2024: I have been here for seven months now. Everyone is so kind and helpful! Maintenance requests are responded to almost immediately. And the maintenance people do a wonderful job keeping everything looking good. I highly recommend The Kelton if you have pets.
