I have lived here for a couple of weeks, and I love it. My brother actually lived here for a year before me, so Rivulet just runs in our family! The office staff is always very professional and friendly. The apartments are very well-maintained!

We have lived here for almost a year and have loved it. They have very good office staff. They are prompt and go out of their way to help. We have also put in a few mantinence requests and it's always either day of, or next day that they come to our home and fix everything. Parking can be a tad difficult but if you want to skip the hassle you can just pay for a covered designated spot. Have recommend many friends to live here!

The maintenance is so quick, good priced apartments and I love the community activities they do! I do wish the gym was a little more updated though.

Update...... We are loving our place again!! Things have really changed for the better. Things get fixed in a timely manner and the management has been great. Things seem to have cleaned up quite a bit!! The pool was great this summer and kept cleaner by far. I love living here again!! Another update... Again... Pool and spa are closed with no explanation, no mass text saying why it's closed. This place is a complete joke. Spider webs and bugs fill the breezeway and parking stalls. There are lots of apartments going up around us. You'd better step up your game, or all your tenants will not renew their lease. I'm sad to see this place go downhill. It was beautiful.... Once. Update... We lived here for about 5 years.. Loved it. We moved out of the area for just under a year. We decided to cone back... But have not had the same experience. Our apartment was less than clean. I had to spend 3 hours cleaning it, before I could move my things in . They also gave us a garage that was full of someone's things. Our parking spot that we arranged to get when signing the lease, well... it was already taken. The pool is almost always closed. This is unacceptable!!! The pool was always clean in the past. You guys need to step it up and get it taken care of!!!!!!! We have had the same garage since we came back. Management went in and they threw away the stuff we had in there!!!!! They said that it was abandoned. But yet they have been charging us for it. Maintenance took over 3 weeks to fix our air-conditioner. It's one thing after another with this place!!! It seems like it gets more expensive every month. We signed another lease, but may not sign another one, unless things improve. It makes me sad because other than these major things, I love my apartment. Please step it up and fix the pool that we all pay for!!!!!!! We have lived in our apartment for almost a month. We love it so much!!! Our whole experience has been amazing!! Sometimes I have to pinch myself because I can't believe I live in such a wonderful place.

Great staff here. I submitted my request and within an hour maintenance was at my door and fixed my problem quickly and completely. Can’t say enough about an apartment complex like this one. Amazing support.

I’ve lived here a couple months now and it has been great! Some communication hiccups here and there, but Mason and Ella are always so responsive and helpful. The maintenance staff are awesome as well! They answer all requests we have put in within minutes! The staff are why I’m giving 5 stars!

Everytime I need a maintenance done, they are so quick and helpful! And the front desk staff always call to make sure it gets done. I appreciate their hard work and kindness!

Maintenance is amazing! Thankfully it’s not needed often, but when it is, they are quick and thorough!

Maintenance team is awesome and super responsive! We love using the portal to submit claims it makes it faster and we don’t have to make an actual phone call .

Technician was quick and efficient

Management and maintenance is absolutely wonderful. Anytime I have an issue they are so quick to show up and fix the issue. Rent is reasonable compared to other complexes in the area. I would highly recommend this complex to others.

Rivulet is an amazing apartment to live in. They are well kept around the grounds, as well as all updated apartments. The management is very helpful and easy to work with. My husband and I have lived here almost a month and have had no trouble with hidden fees and maintenance has been quick and helpful as well!

I loved living here at Rivulet! I had a 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment which I considered quite spacious. The apartment felt light & bright which was exactly what I needed! I lived here for 2 years & loved waking up to the sunrise over Mt Timpanogos. The maintenance department was very timely when I turned in a request, & the front desk people were always so friendly to me. I loved the nearby walking path, & I also loved its close proximity to shopping, restaurants & I-15.

I loved living at Rivulet! I lived here for 3 years and I enjoyed it so much! Maintenance is very quick to repair whatever needs it and it was always fixed the same day! The office was always kind and amenities were great. I will miss living here!

I had a couple small issues when I moved in and their maintenance jumped on them and the maintenance guy was super nice. YAY. Two items I think they need to stay on top off a bit more. 1) LOTS of cobwebs/bug "houses" on the outside of the building EVERYWHERE! It's kinda gross. They said they have pressure washing scheduled when the weather get's warmer. I'll be keeping an eye on this. to me, it should have been done in the fall-the cobwebs look like they have been there for awhile. 2) Another item that I'll be monitoring are 2 cars (that I can see) that look like they've been abandoned (one even has one of those "orange stickers on the driver's side-so obviously "they have been warned". In the contract, it specifically states that's a "no-no" and that they'll be towed within "X" amount of time-I think it said 2 weeks. We'll see how long they stay there. (both are ugly and give me the creeps)-one is in a spot I'd like to park in that's closer to my apartment, which is also under a bright light, which would be nice for safety, but I park further away (no lighting).

This place is awesome, I’ve lived here over a year and everyone is super nice from the office to the maintenance people. They are always very professional, if you have any issues they take care of them super quick! I would recommend this place to anyone!
