The Arza Apartments

Arza Apartments is absolutely beautiful and easily one of the nicest apartment communities I’ve been to! The property is modern, clean, and feels really upscale while still being warm and welcoming. The staff was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and made the entire experience feel easy and stress-free. The amenities and shared spaces are stunning, and you can tell the property is very well cared for. The apartments themselves are thoughtfully designed with great finishes and layouts that actually feel livable. The location is also a huge plus with easy access!

I’ve had a great experience here so far! The complex itself is beautiful—everything feels super modern, and the finishes in the units are high-end, which makes a huge difference. The amenities like the pool and fitness center are always well-maintained and definitely a big plus. Also, I have to give a huge shout-out to Isaac in the leasing office. He made the entire process so much smoother and more personal. He’s incredibly helpful, easy to talk to, and actually takes the time to make sure you’re taken care of. You can tell he genuinely cares about the residents and the property. If you’re looking into this place, definitely try to work with him! Highly recommend.

We love The Arza. After six months, no complaints—maintenance was handled the next morning, and the leasing staff is always friendly and helpful. It’s quiet at night, the gym is well-equipped to handle an actual full body workout routine, and the pool and spa are top-notch. At least in Building B, everyone’s upbeat and friendly. Our favorite place we’ve lived so far.

We’ve been living at The Arza for almost a month now, and I can confidently say it completely lives up to the hype! The apartments are beautifully modern, and the amenities are absolutely top-notch. What really stands out, though, is the team here. The staff is incredibly friendly and always eager to help, and the maintenance crew is lightning-fast—they resolve any little issue almost immediately. If you're on the fence about moving here, you won't regret it!

The Arza property is gorgeous! All the amenities for luxury resort-style living. I was worried my furniture wouldn’t fit in their one bedroom floorplans, but my rep knew my needs, didn’t give up, and she found me the perfect plan—and it overlooked the pool! I’m thrilled! The staff are warm and welcoming, knowledgeable and fun to be around!😊

I’ve really enjoyed living at Arza overall — the apartments are nice and well-maintained, and the amenities are great for an apartment complex. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the community itself feels clean and safe for the most part. Since my last review, there has been a significant improvement. Management has clearly made an effort to enhance safety and security throughout the property. The staff is friendly, responsive, and quick to assist with any concerns. I feel much more confident living here and appreciate the positive changes.

Our stay at Arza has been nothing but good I know it was a little rough during the transition of teams but no other places compares to this place especially in my opinion how fast they get back to you either that’s email or phone call . I don’t have to wait to talk to someone and I don’t have to wait to get things fixed if something is not working properly this is our second year here and no complaints . The amenities are awesome and they are so involved with everyone and always hosting parties and trying to get everyone involved which is fun .. like who doesn’t want free pizza or planting your own pot, etc so many fun things they provide which I haven’t seen in other places and I’ve been to 2 different apartments . The apartments inside are so spacious and are really nicely done . We love you guys

The Staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. Maintenance knows how to solve problems and keep us updated on current repairs. Amenities are in abundance, with the pool, hot tub, golf simulator, mini arcade, basketball area, 2 off leash dog areas, there will be what looks like a movie theater space, gym and all of which looks like it's 24 hour access, minus the pool which does close at 10pm. All in all, it's the best and they really care about the people they serve

We have lived here since Aug 2023 and it has been overall amazing! Our favorite apartment by far. Since I HAVE been here so long, here is my input: PROS: - The windows are huge in each room! Like a whole wall (basically). - Main areas smell nice and clean. Just don’t be by the dumpsters in the garage on the first floor. - Tons of available uncovered parking and on the street. Never an issue, even getting home late. Parking is free for residents too, you just have to register your car. - Well insulated windows so I’m not paying for heat and A/C that just goes out the window. - Maintenance team is amazing and super responsive. Special shoutout to Chris, who’s been here since day one. Also, they just deep cleaned the carpets in the main area of our building which was awesome. - I’ve only had the pool/ hot tub closed a handful of times since they opened. Pool is super nice and they have cracked down on the 10pm closure (video camera). Hot tub is huge and clean and perfectly hot. - Elevators are only ever down less than a day and this has happened maybe 3 times. They are spacious and a life saver for grocery trips and moving in. - Office staff works hard to host activities like a Christmas wrapping party with donuts and wrapping supplies. They also started pet of the month on their instagram and Halloween door decorating contest. - Rent is straightforward and done through the portal. User friendly. Can use FLEX if needed to split up payments. - Trash valet is fantastic and consistent! The trash chutes are so convenient on each floor. - If you’re lucky to face Mt. Timp, that view is phenomenal and not going anywhere. - Rent is affordable in comparison to anywhere closer to SLC with the same amenities. We have lived in MANY apartments and this complex is the best. CONS: - There was a time when the doors of each building had to be locked 24/7 because of stolen packages. That was rough. Now it’s after 10pm which is nice. - I’ve seen the package room try everything with no luck. Packages are still stole despite cameras, parcel locker, and key card entry restriction. It’s unfortunate but more of a community issue/ delivery person issue. - Some dog owners man. Even the management has said to report to them if someone doesn’t pick up after their dog and still people don’t care. Just avoid anything that isn’t pavement is my advice. - Thin walls. If you are next to a studio, their kitchen and laundry may be on the same wall as your bedroom and yes, that tenant will do laundry and dishes at 2am. - If you are in a building along 860 E, you will hear speed racers.. all day.. and night. Just the nature of the location. If you use that entrance of the parking lot to leave, it’s dangerous. White noise machines are magic. Well, there you are!

I toured this community recently and worked with Brooke, and she was great. She was friendly, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly without pressure. She answered all my questions and made the whole tour feel comfortable and easy.

Living at the Arza has been great! The staff is wonderful and prompt with fixing things when they need fixing. The new management team will take advice and see things that need to be fixed and push to have the owners fix them, which has been so nice. They have added a lot more cameras and everything is locked up in the middle. The maintenance team is on it. Chris, Amanda, Andrew, and Levi do their best to respond to each maintenance request as soon as possible and I haven't ever had to wait more than a day for something to be fixed. I think the only issue I have is the lack of cameras in the stairwells and elevators. Other than that the amenities and and staff make it so worth living here.

I have consistently had nothing but positive experiences with the management team. They are supportive, approachable, and genuinely invested in creating a positive environment. Their communication is clear, and they handle situations with professionalism and care, which makes working with them a great experience

The management is great! They are very good at helping with problems that come up. Apartments are really nice and the public utilities are amazing and allow you to bring some friends so it's great for hangouts.

The Arza Apartments are great quality, especially for the price, and the staff is incredible. They went above and beyond in order to find the right unit that works for me. When I found out my lease was ending 1 month before my move in date for my next apartment, Mikka at the front office was able to effortlessly set up a 1 month extension on my lease when I had no other options. Mikka you are the BEST! Big props to Arza and Mikka, they actually care and take care of their tenants!

After living at various apartments across Utah County over the past 6 years, The Arza apartments provided the best experience out of them all. Management was great and actually listened to us. Not to mention was always available and easy to contact. Maintenance requests were always promptly resolved. The amenities they offer are outstanding. They offered more than any other apartments. I was like living in a luxury hotel. I can only think of two downsides. When outside, the area sometimes just smells bad for some reason. But that's more of a location issue than it is an issue with The Arza. At least that smell remains outside. The hallways have air fresheners so it does always smell good inside. The other downside is that their dog parks are very small. It's mostly just a place to take your dog to use the bathroom, but it doesn't provide them much space to actually play fetch.

I recently moved to the Arza, and unfortunately ran into some plumbing issues with my new apartment. I had called the maintenance line on a Sunday, and had a call back within 5 minutes and someone came over to address the issue. Mikka and Michelle from the leasing office were super helpful with keeping me up-to-date and in the loop with what the updates were with the apartment. When the worst case scenario happened, there was an immediate turn around to solve the situation and provide me with the best care possible. And to keep me from additional stress, which meant a lot to me! I had so much help from the leasing office, and the maintenance team. Thank you thank you thank you, to the Arza! I would recommend living here :)

We had an amazing experience with Charity! her customer service was truly five-star—friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout the process. Even though we might not be able to move forward with the apartment due to my husband's job situation, we absolutely loved the place and the service we received. If anything changes, we will definitely be back for this apartment. Highly recommend working with Charity for a seamless and pleasant leasing experience!

We moved in a few months ago and have been totally impressed! We love it here! For starters, the staff is so kind and willing to help! They create a really inviting environment & make sure the units are comfortable for residents. The Arza is also in a really great location. Not on any main roads, and fairly quiet, but close to the freeway for easy access. We also love our unit! It’s well-made with large windows for great natural light. I do wish we had a *tiny* bit more water pressure here, but the water is always hot! We also love the in-unit washer and dryer and the expansive storage space. The pool and hot tub amenities remain unfinished for the time being, but lots of areas to take your dog out, which is awesome :)

Abbey, Charity, and I believe her name is Morgan have been awesome. I’ve asked about repairing some things and they were quick to fix it. I was locked out of my apartment and they immediately came with a cart and opened it for me. I asked about a mistake in fees and they immediately fixed it. Extremely satisfied with their service.

Michelle and the rest of the team at Arza were great. They are very knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. We hit a couple of snags during the process and everyone was understanding. The amenities at this place are fantastic it's much better than our last apartment complex. I highly recommend it here.

I wanted to take the time to write a review about the Azra Apartments. I wanted to say that I really enjoyed Jaiden showing me all the apartments have to offer she is a great leasing agent , I don’t know everyone in the office yet, since I moved from 300 miles away in St. George, Utah, and hardly talked to anyone in the office, prior to moving in,and did the entire leasing process online but the Azra kind of sold me on there amenities and Jaiden did a great job of showing me everything that the Azra has to offer I do consider it home and so I’m very particular about having rest and peace when I’m at home . But overall it’s been a great apartment so far and I hope to get to know the staff better since I didn’t have much interaction before moving in . Arza really is in a great area and beautiful I picked it according to where I got my job offer .I know they strive to make others to feel welcome .

I seriously have been so happy about my decision to move to this complex. I was worried that it would be like every other apartment complex, but truthfully, it’s the crew that works tirelessly to make it worth living here that makes the difference. The girls at the front are 10/10. They’re so happy and kind and willing to help if I ever have issues. They’re relatable and don’t hide things from you, and make sure that things get done. The maintenance crew is amazing as well! They are on top of issues quickly and my favorite part is that you submit your maintenance request it’s finished within 24 hours and they’re all so friendly and make an effort to make sure that your comfortable. You really won’t regret living here or moving in. They make everything as seamless as possible and make sure that they are available to help whenever and wherever needed.

My garage door and front door batteries were taken care of the same day it was reported. Now when I open or close the garage door is much quieter and the front door lock works. Great work! Thanks for fixing it so efficiently and quickly. Everything went smoothly thanks to the wonderful staff. They were quick, efficient and friendly. I’m never disappointed with the helpful staff here!

We hit the jackpot with Morgan and Abbey. They are the kindest and most sincere people I have ever worked with in any renting setting. They are super down to earth, considerate, understanding, accommodating (as much as they can be). With this being a new apartment complex, they have literally been under a stress that I cannot even comprehend but you would never know it by talking to them. You can tell they love their jobs and truly want everyone to have a wonderful experience. They are so approachable with any questions or concerns. Nothing negative to say at all...the elevator has it's own personality sometimes but overall such a wonderful experience and so glad this is the place we chose as our new home.

I really enjoy living here so far. There is a lot to offer. With the pool and things for the kids to do with the indoor basketball or the arcade. An awesome gym. Its like a hotel

It has been so wonderful working with the staff here! Abbey, Skylar, and Thomas are so wonderful and it is SO refreshing to be treated like a human being as opposed to a money bag. This has been some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced in the apartment industry! Thanks so much for being willing to work with us and help us! Aside from the outstanding customer service…the Arza community and units are beautiful! I’ve loved everything about it so far!

Absolutely wonderful so far! They have been so helpful and responsive with everything even amidst uncertain construction and inspection timelines out of their control (all of which related to moving-in are finished). Very professional and nice to work with! The apartments themselves are very nice and new, with professional-grade amenities unlike other apartment complexes where they have a broken treadmill and a couple sets of dumbbells and advertise it as a gym. This place rocks.

This place is Gorgeous first of all. Beautiful interior, balcony’s, smart locks and thermostats, amazing lighting, big windows, beautiful countertops, and incredible amenities from the roof tops fires, the pool, club house and gym it’s all perfect! Not only is the apartment building itself but the staff. Me and my current roommate were looking at moving out, we came across Arza on an add and went in for a tour. The staff were so personable and kind and very willing to give us the best experience. Answered all of our questions to a T and left us so excited to move in! We’re singing a contact to move into one of their newer buildings and we cannot wait 🫶🏼

Love living here so far, I moved in at the beginning of August and I have no complaints! The only thing I found slightly annoying was the fact that my Amazon delivery orders would sometimes go undelivered because the couriers couldn’t get into the building, but I think that’s been resolved by now, so yay! All in all this is a very nice place to live, the leasing staff is friendly and helpful, very quick to get in touch if you have any issues or questions. I love the high tech feel of the smart home, and the location looking out to the mountains is spectacular. Love it!

My fiance and I had an amazing experience with Tayler as our guide at the Arza apartments. She took care of every need possible and helped us feel so at home. She was very informative and so good at helping us find the exact place we wanted just by our description. We found our dream apartment! I hope everyone who tours the Arza to tour with Tayler. She really helped us realize how much more amazing Arza was compared to the other apartments we were looking at. We are so excited to move here. Bonus: She even offered and took a picture of us the first time we ever set foot in our apartment. 12/10 would recommend.

Tayler was the most helpful person ever through our process of getting into an apartment!! We walked in without a scheduled tour and she was so willing to help us out for hours, explaining every detail to us that we needed. She was very professional. We seriously appreciate her so much and hope she sticks around for a long time! We visited a lot of other apartment complex’s before this and didn’t get even half the help.

Trying to find a good place to live is so hard and it can be such a challenge. Morgan made it so easy and helpful! We were able to tell her what we liked and didn’t like and recommend the best apartment that would fit with everything we wanted. She is so good at her job, very well spoken, friendly and knowledgeable! She answers every single question we have! She is seriously the best! If your going to do a tour here do it with Morgan!

I had a peculiar situation that took a major turn sideways due to unexpected events. Arza worked with me and went above and beyond to help my situation. Whether it's this location or another I'll check with them first for living arrangements. Amazing people here
