I recently moved in here and have loved it so far! The staff is so helpful and always understanding when I come to them with any issues.

The team is aways quick to respond and does a great job fixing issues in a timely manner. The staff has also been very helpful, friendly, and professional whenever I've needed assistance. It's nice living somewhere that feels well-managed and where the employees genuinely care about the residents. Overall, I would definitely recommend this apartment community to others looking for a comfortable place to live.

I've lived here for the past 7 months and am always blown away by the professionalism of the staff, as well as the personable way they run the complex. The owners know me by name and are the nicest people I have ever worked with. Today, maintenance came by within an hour of me sending a report for a broken kitchen sink. Connor was a delight! He did a great job with the sink and worked quickly and thoroughly. He also was just a pleasant person who seemed genuinely happy to help. Thank you Connor, and thank you Viewpointe!

Chynna is always so helpful! She makes sure that the residents are taken care of and she is very understanding. Everyone is the office is so nice! Me and my roommates have been living here for a few years and have had very few issues. Also maintaince is very quick to respond to work orders and fix things. :))))

I haven't been living here that long but Amanda is absolutely amazing she's so sweet very helpful and will listen to me ramble while still getting the job done in a timely order I swear if she ever leaves thats my sigh to pack up and go too hahah just kidding but she definitely makes this place worth living at that's how amazing she has done. Amanda is a 10/10 employee keep up the great work. I LOVE LIVING HERE :)

Had a wonderful conversation with Amanda the maintenance tech here while she was fixing a problem with my kids door. She took her time to get to know me and my family while there. It was the most care I've ever delt with in a situation like this. I just want to take the time to leave this review and to say this property really has a keeper with Amanda. Thank you again!

I have been living here for one year and have decided to renew my lease for another year because this community offers the best overall conditions I have found, especially in terms of amenities like the pool, gym, hot tub, parking availability, and being pet-friendly. The community is very clean and quiet, which makes it a comfortable place to live. I would also like to highlight Jeanice, the property manager, for her exceptional service—she is very professional and attentive. The rest of the staff has also been friendly and helpful. Overall, it has been a very positive experience living here.

The front office has been so kind and understanding! They helped me get out of an awful roomate situation safely. They didn’t charge for screw holes and many other dings that they could have. They were helpful in mitigating my former roomate and fees. They were so kind and helped me work through it all. They made each charge clear and concise as to what it was for. They always answered questions and explained things I didn’t understand very well. I’ve never had such a kind and wonderful experience getting out of a lease. They made it so easy and understandable.

Jeanice is truly one of the best managers I’ve come across. She works incredibly hard and it shows in everything she does for her residents. She’s responsive, attentive, and genuinely cares about making the community a great place to live. You can tell she goes above and beyond, not because she has to, but because she actually wants to. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated and consistent, and it makes a huge difference. Residents are lucky to have her.

I’ve had an excellent experience at this apartment complex, and a big part of that comes down to the outstanding staff. From the very beginning, Chynna Watson was welcoming, professional, and genuinely helpful. She took the time to answer all my questions and made sure everything was clearly explained.

I’ve only been living at Viewpointe Apartments for about a week, but my experience so far has been very pleasant. I plan to provide a follow-up review after I’ve been here longer, but I wanted to share how great the move-in and first week have been. The front office team has been incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful throughout the entire process. Any questions or requests I’ve had have been handled quickly and professionally. Maintenance has also been excellent — I submitted a couple of non-urgent requests and they were completed within two business days. My apartment was very clean at move-in, which made settling in much easier. The community itself feels welcoming, and my neighbors have all been friendly. I’ve also been really impressed with how well the amenities and common areas are maintained. The gym is beautiful and always clean. One evening I noticed paint spilled outside in a common area, and by the next day maintenance was already there power-washing and taking care of it — which really shows how much they stay on top of upkeep. Overall, it’s been a great experience so far, and I’m looking forward to updating my review after living here longer.

Devan, Chyna and Jeanice are the absolute best team I have met. Super attentive and super easy and helped get into the one I wanted for a great price. This is an apartment I don't mind spending extra since they have all the different amenities and trash valet. Love it so far!

I'm going on my 4th year of living here. There has definitely been some sketchy management on and off. The last one within a 2 year time frame was the worst of all ! Thank God he's gone. Finally there's a great management team! Disregard any bad reviews because all of the complaints have been addressed. The maintenance gets done in great time and the property is maintained to standards all of the time.

Great place to live. Friendly people in the office and a good maintenence team. Pool and splash pad open in the summer, and the hot tub is available year round.

I wanted to wait until I had lived here for a while before leaving a review, and now that I’ve been at Viewpointe Apartments for 7 months, I feel confident sharing my experience. Maintenance is always relatively fast whenever I need something checked or fixed, and the rent payment process is super easy. The staff is friendly—especially the manager, who has always been helpful and welcoming. The community feels cozy, the pool is nice, and I love that they host little events every month to bring everyone together. Overall, it’s been a wonderful place to live for my family!

I’ve lived here for almost 3 years and have loved it! Quiet neighbors, responsive management team, and updated amenities! The new dog park looks great and is cleaned regularly so you’re not stuck with the smells during the hot months, pool area is large with new chairs and umbrellas and they redid the gym! Jeanice has been so helpful with answering questions and helping us move to a larger apartment and Chyna was kind enough to give us a tour of available apartments over the weekend! Cannot recommend this place enough with the new management team!!

I wanted to leave this review to highlight my recent experience as a tenant regarding maintenance needs. The new management here is really great! Chyna who works at the front desk is phenomenally helpful, same with the maintenance people. My shower broke in the morning and I was panicking as I really needed it to work by the end of the day. I put in a maintenance request, called the front desk, and Chyna had maintenance come by and fix it within 10 minutes! Out of anywhere I’ve ever rented at I’ve never had that kind of fast and efficient response. Shout out to her and the maintenance team!

The management here is amazing!! they made the move in process so easy, even offering flexibility when needed. I always smile with everyone I meet in management. I just moved in, so I can't give 5 stars yet, but I hope to be able to soon!

When we first moved in we had a lot of issues with the old management. Ever since the management changed, living here has been stress free and so great. The front desk is always so kind and helpful and maintenance is quick with fixing any problems that may pop up. They also host events and seasonal competitions like pumpkin carving and costume contests that make it feel like a real community. It’s quiet, clean, and safe. Couldn’t recommend living here enough!!

I lived at Viewpoint for about two years, and if I had written a review after my first year, it would have looked very different. The new management—especially the new manager—has completely changed my experience for the better. It’s clear she genuinely cares about doing right by both the tenants and the company, which is never an easy balance to strike. During my recent move-out, I experienced firsthand how kind, understanding, and professional she is—a huge improvement from the previous management. I honestly never thought I’d want to stay at Viewpoint, but after seeing the transformation over the past year, I can truly say that if work hadn’t taken me to northern Utah, I would have been happy to remain there. 10/10—would absolutely live here again.

We had a great experience with Devin over the past week while searching for an apartment. He was always very attentive, gave us a lot of his time, and consistently followed up with us. Even though the unit we wanted ended up being taken, we truly appreciate the excellent service he provided. The office is very friendly, and Devin definitely gave us the best service. We’ll absolutely look to move here in the future!

I am amazed at how not only easy this was but how amazing and nice all the staff was in helping me get into an apartment. They have been great and so so nice I've never had a better experience moving into a place but the whole experience at viewpointe was fast easy and so so good I love my new apartment and I really love how easy they made everything and for friendly they are.

Thank-you Janice for your help on working with my Daughter and myself while getting this apartment, you were very nice and friendly in doing so. Everyone that I talked to since I have moved in here have been awesome, the maintenance staff have been amazing and speedy, first I called about wasps nest on my patio they came within 10 minutes, second time when I turned in a repair report I had just left the office and was walking back home and Zack the repair man got to my apartment before I got there, i was amazed at how quickly they both came to get things done. I would recommend Viewpointe apartments to anyone that wants friendly, kind and speedy management, and a well kept apartments, and so much more...

Take negative reviews of leasing offices and apartment complexes with a grain of salt. Living somewhere is such a personal, unique experience for everyone. I've been living here since September 2024, and have had a fantastic experience. Maintenance comes out timely when needed, and everyone who works in the leasing office are friendly, and extremely accommodating. You can really tell this when financial situations happen that require you to have to pay your rent late--and the office manager responds directly, working with you the entire time. Jeanice is an angel, and this is a fantastic community.

I've recently moved to Viewpointe in September and so far I am really happy with my choice. The common grounds are very well kept, the gym is one of the best I've seen at an apartment complex, and the hot tub and pool area is great. My transition into moving, the management was great and easy to work with. I do have a couple minor issues. The residents can do better at throwing their garbage away and making sure it goes into the dumpster. Garbage left out of the dumpster can attract rodents. Also residents can do a much better job at picking up their dog messes. It has become a huge problem in the complex.

Nice apartments with great location. Maintenance is always helpful and responds quickly. They are the most affordable in the area, still high but everywhere is nowadays. They keep the common grounds clean and do lots of upkeep to the buildings and the roads. Will update this review with move out experience when we do!

Sheyla was awesome! She made us feel super welcome and showed us all the cool spots around the community. The apartment was clean, modern, and just what we were looking for. Her enthusiasm and helpfulness really stood out. Thankyou for making us feel comfortable.

I have been enjoying my new place so far. Plenty of parking for visitors and maintenance has been quick in addressing situations. I am also impressed that management has enforced community policies. As neighbors that live in this type of community, we should be responsible and respectful during quiet hours and in keeping our common area clean, especially those of us that have pets. All the office staff has been Very accommodating . One of the best places I’ve lived since moving to Utah . I’ve lived here since August and my only heads up would be the common area charges and fees that are in addition to the rent

We love living here. But it’s has some negatives points. -1 The property is pretty dirty. There is a lot of dog pop, the floors in the common areas are dirty, same for the doors and walls. -1 The pool and hot tub is always dirty. +2 Management now in 2023 is awesome. They are laid back and as long as you pay the rent on time they don’t bother you or add any extra hidden fees. Maintenance is also fast and helpful. +1 Gym is nice and simple. It has decent equipment and is open 24/7 -1 Some of the appliances are old and keep breaking but I know they are replacing some of them. Overall is a nice place to live. The location is the best and the neighborhood is quiet and safe.

I've lived here for two years now, and the new management is the best it has ever been. There are plenty of things about the complex that could be improved, but I feel like the new management is aware of them and will do something. I get the impression they just need the time and resources to get on top of everything that slipped under previous management, and I can't begrudge them that. I think the majority of move-in problems I had will no longer be an issue, now that there is new management. There can be internet outages, but nothing I think the complex is responsible for and nothing routinely problematic. Maintenance requests are taken care of quickly and kindly. I can't speak to the shared amenities since I've never had interest in using any, but I imagine they'll improve over time too. The only thing that needs mentioning is that the dog park smells awful after it rains, and I'm thankful my building isn't next to it. Unfortunately it's probably gonna be a little while before they can overhaul the whole park, but I'll try to remember to update this review if it gets fixed! Overall, chill place to live and pretty good location. Groceries are available within walking distance, and there's convenient interstate access. I'm sure I'll stay here for awhile longer :) UPDATE: Taking off a star because of a few issues lately. We got an eviction notice even though they had accepted our full payment already, which is unacceptable disorganization at best. They also did a fire alarm test with no heads up, so it doubled as a very much unappreciated fire drill. We're now looking to move when our lease is up.

Staff-great. Location-great. Neighborhood-very peaceful. There's a store basically in the backyard. Everything is kept in working order. Maintenance issues are always tended to in a timely manor. Property is clean 95% of the time. The grounds are constantly tended to. Management has done a decent job of getting people to clean up after their dogs. Neighbors are friendly, but not nosy. This is an overall great place to live! Would happily recommend to friends and family, as well as others!

I currently live at viewpoint and it has definitely gotten better since being bought out. However it isn’t luxury living like advertised, it standard simple living compared to actual luxury apartments built today. I am glad to see the new management caring for the property and updating the apartments. Because the individual unit is amazing but how the apartment grounds were unkept prior was an issue. I have loved the people in maintenance and appreciate their daily hard work. The neighbors are all wonderful and keep to themselves, but understand the majority who live here are the untraditional individuals of Utah county. Which means people are smoking around the grounds so it is something to consider. I have a dog and can attest the dog area is atrocious. As it’s just pebbles which are mostly outside of the area. While it also doesn’t allow room for adequate play. While some dog owners don’t allow their dogs to socialize with others. Which makes it hard to use the dog play area. While some tenants don’t pick up their dog waste. However maintenance is the best and try’s to pick up the waste left by others.

The apartment has some issues. Like not moving equipment at cleaning and not cleaning sinks and drains before moving in. But, the staff is helpful and increasable at aiding this process. All things were taken care of and I have no complaints with the move in.

The tour was very helpful, everyone was very nice and greeted us when we walked in the door. The apartments have a cozy feeling. Pretty nice gym and amenities. Only down side is the spa is closed for the winter.

DO NOT MOVE HERE (office lacky called police on me because Xavier didn't want the manager to know how terrible he is at his job. Here is a story. I work as a night nurse. I was awoken by a fire alarm in the middle of the day. I called the office to see why a fire alarm was going off. Xavier said "We are allowed to test the fire alarm whenever we want". If he would have said "sorry for the inconvenience, we can talk about warning you in the future" but instead he said "We don't have to give you a warning, now stop yelling" (I was not yelling.) I went to the office to get his boss's number and he gave me a number that did not work (probably because he wants to hide his incompetence from his boss). After a while of Google searching, I found his boss's number and when I gave it to him, he proceeded to call the police on me for trespassing. Truth is Xavier is doing a bad job. DO NOT MOVE HERE

We took a tour, it was great. Rami was professional and very explicit about any costs above the rent price listed on the website, which was very nice.

Cameron did a great job replacing our thermostat .Rami did a great job getting ahold of him.

I am writing specifically about our rental agent Nick and his work ethic. He has repeatedly demonstrated strong willingness to help and take all the time necessary to solve problems in the application process (which could use some simplification, frankly). Viewpointe is not perfect, but from my perspective, it seems as good a value as can be found in the area (I've explored a lot of options!). The clubhouse is first rate, and the apartment my son is moving in to is clean and well appointed. If the maintenance and other support staff turn out to be even half as committed and competent as Nick, I feel confident the experience will be a good one for my son, who is moving in to his first solo apartment. Thanks, Nick, for all the hard work.

I was overdue to change my previous review as we are here now for 5 years. Maintenance: Jason is the best worker I have experienced here. He is exactly who I would want in charge of my properties and working with my residents. He wears his heart on his shoulder and genuinely cares about his interactions, his affect on residents and making timely and correct repairs. Leasing office: I have been impressed with the recent change in PM. Olga is very pleasant with every interaction I have had, and professional. Myron definitely needed to go and that was heard I believe. Much more professional and honest interactions in the last month in my experience. Community: As for the property, the apartments are very comparable to most nearby properties. Viewpointe is at a high price point but so is everywhere else. Neighbors and residents tend to be pretty quiet and mostly keep to themselves. However this year, more kids come to play outside together and it creates a really family friendly environment. In five years, I have never had any problems with other residents. The poo from pets has become much better controlled. The park area needs to be better taken care of as the wood chips are very sparce in spots. The dog park is very messy and looks and smells aweful compared to when we first moved in. Rocks are always on the walking path that passes it as the pebbles that were dumped instead of grass, go everywhere. The grills were new but never maintained and now look pretty bad. A few of the residents have supplied their own grill brushes and have tried to help maintain them. The current management has really made efforts to clean up the pool area and furniture, fix up the fireplace and splash pad. Things are definitely on the up, and I appreciate it. For years I have felt like prices and fees keep creeping up more and more, but I'm seeing changes being made that make it more reasonable to be paying so much. The breezeways desperately need help and acid washes on the windows. Trash valet contract should be absolved. They make our community dirty, trashy and stinky as they drag trash bags and allow them to leak through the breezeways. Overall, I would recommend viewpointe, but some changes need to happen in order to improve my review and the quality of product that we receive on a daily basis. The management is heading in a Greta direction and maintenance seems on top of things now more than ever.

This place has been great. Even with the new management coming in and them catching everything up, they seem to still be on top of any issues. I've dealt with only a couple of people from the new management team and I'll say Nick has handled issues as if they were his own. Which is really reassuring.

I love living here. Maintenance is prompt and will make sure the problem is fixed before they close the repair request. The office staff is helpful and courteous. I would recommend Viewpoint to my friends and family.

I am updating my review and completely deleting my old warm. And the reason why I'm doing this is because view point apartments is owned by a new company. The previous owners did not take care of this property well and the new company is getting persecuted for the prior company's mistakes. View pointe apartments is a good property they have good in amities and a do you care about their tenants. The grounds keepers are nice people and the maintenance workers are awesome. Just understand with this Corona virus situation going on that it might take a little longer for them to do things because they do have to worry about their safety is well. So what I recommend it view point apartments, yes I would so if you're looking for a new place to stay he would not be disappointed with viewpoint Apartments They will make you feel fight at home. Our family will be moving out of you pointe apartments only because we need a bigger place, we will miss this apartment complex. They will make you feel right at home while the warm, welcome and a smile. I want add to this review after we moved out so you know what our moon out experience was like because ID see some derogatory reviews and like I said before I want you to see how the new company does take care of their tenants and their former tenants.

Beautiful, quaint community with the nicest neighbors and friendliest, most responsive, professional staff. Centrally located—just minutes from I-15, great restaurants and grocery stores. Family friendly amenities including a playground, a pool and spa, fitness center, clubhouse, business center, and ample parking for residents and guests alike. ViewPointe office has been beyond helpful throughout my move-in process. Paperwork is clear and easy to understand. Property is kept clean and beautiful 24/7. I especially love the location! Right around the corner from grocery stores and restaurants, and just 5minutes from I-15.

Management was very understanding of our situation and did everything they could to ensure that everything went smoothly for our move in. So far, we are loving our new home! Thank you!

My kids and I love it here at Viewpointe! We've been here for about 3 months and we still feel like we're on vacation. It's spacious and cozy. Not to mention the amenities that we enjoy like the pool and the gym. The view from our balcony is so beautiful and relaxing! The grass and common areas are very well kept and everyone at the office is so nice and helpful!

Overall I love living at Viewpoint! The staff is all really friendly and the common areas stay clear of trash. My only issues are the smokers and the lack of clean up from residents from their dogs. I wish these rules were enforced more. The maintenance staff is amazing! Always professional and quick to take care of issues!

Love the office staff professional and friendly. The maintenance staff are great and any problem has been addressed and fixed in a timely manner. If you don’t love pets or children then maybe you should look elsewhere. Being around both is actually good for a person. Have had no problems with excess noise normal noise for living in an apartment. Love living here.

I decided to leave a review here detailing my experience living here, there are a lot of negative reviews from upset people who were charged money on move out due to the condition they left their unit. I wanted to post an honest and more accurate review for those considering moving here and why it's a great place to live. My wife and I moved in last year and my experience here was great. The application process was very easy it was $35 for my wife and myself. However with my wife working for doTERRA she had her fee waived and we even received a discount. We chose to use the bond deposit option instead of the traditional security deposit. Living here has been wonderful. The apartments are quiet and the leasing and maintenance staff are very friendly. We did have issues with the dryer and fridge so maintenance replaced our both very promptly and we had no issue since the replaced them. The staff hold events and competitions during the holidays and families and kids are invited to participate. It's a great opportunity to get to meet other residents and become more familiar with the staff. The common areas such as the pool, gym, and barbecue areas are great. I have had family over to barbecue and swim and had a great time. In the winter months they do plow and shovel which helps a ton. Parking is available in your own garage or car port. There is additional uncovered parking for any additional cars or guests. Whenever family or friends came over it was very easy for them to park. There are dogs in the area and are kept on leashes if any feces are left in the area it's because of the dogs owner not the staff. It's not the staff's jobs to walk around cleaning up after owner's dogs. The tennants are quiet and most don't really bother you. There are a lot of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. The areas around the apartments are great for walks and the area is also very safe. The apartments are also really close to the highway. When we moved out of the apartment it was a little different due to COVID. The move out inspection was video recorded. I recorded one myself on move out showing the detail of the cleanliness of the apartment. Braxton from maintenance recorded it as well. He pointed out issues he saw and called me after to explain them. They will send you a final bill with move out charges and the final gas and electricity bill since Dominion and Rocky Mountain charge utilities in arrears. Other than the move out process was quick and easy. I would recommend living here. It is a great option and I had no issues that were not addressed by the staff. It was wonderful living here and I would live here again. I hope my review will help those on the fence about moving here, my wife and I decided to and didn't regret it at all. On the contrary we loved living here and I would recommend these apartments to anyone.

We haven't been here long but everything has been incredible! The people in the office are great and friendly... the apartments are stunning... and there are plenty of things to do like the gym and pool!

I can't begin to tell you much I love these apartments! The staff are super friendly and they are so kind to my pups! They even gave them a BarkBox for being the pet of the month!!

Living at Viewpointe as been to the best experience anybody could ask for. The ladies in the office are always so helpful and easy to work with.

I lived here for a year and moved out this last summer. Initially, I wasn't impressed at all because the apartment I moved into was dirty, pretty much all of the blinds were broken, and there were issues with two of the sinks. I reported it to the guy that did my initial walk through, but after a few weeks of waiting, it hadn't been done. I think it was just that particular maintenance guy. I heard later about him having family problems of some kind. But once I called in, they sent someone right over and the sinks were fixed. They never replaced the window blinds, but I did get new ones for the door. So, whatever. My major complaint came from neighbors. My upstairs neighbor would keep his dog on the porch and it's toys would fall down and they wouldn't pick them up. Many of the dog owners wouldn't bother picking up after their dogs. The one across the hall would leave her trash out and stink up the hallway. But I never had issues with management. I never had problems with fees or the lease, or the move out fees, because, like others have said, you literally get all that in writing. Everyone I talked to in the office or for maintenance we're always very nice and enjoyable to talk to. We did decide not to renew because of the increased proposed rent, but, I would live here again.

My wife and I lived in a one-bedroom for 2 years while I attended BYU and she worked as a nurse up at the U. Viewpointe used to be a hassle to live in, but since management changed, my wife and I have had no complaints! The new management does a good job of being attentive to tenant requests and enforcing the rules (picking up dog poop, bringing in your trash cans from out of the hallways, abiding by pool rules) so everyone has a pleasant living experience. The complaints I had originally were all about the rowdiness of my neighbors. Management can't be held responsible for that, unless they don't enforce the rules, which this new management does. Since my neighbors moved, this place has been great! It's frustrating to see so many negative reviews about this place, most of the ones I saw were about move out fees and how rent increases when you have to renew your lease, which are both examples of tenants not understanding how apartment living works. Most people who post about dishonest fees upon move out did not understand the upfront move out fees and use their review as a platform to vent. We ended up paying about 330 in move out fees and that is standard (a modest cleaning fee of 50 dollars, a standard carpet cleaning fee, and the last 2 months of utilities which are back billed. That's where the majority of the fee comes from). Every apartment complex by law has to clean carpets and viewpoint will tell you that they charge everyone a cleaning fee upon move out, more if you don't clean well but you still have to pay a little even for clean apartments as they still go in and professionally clean out of courtesy for the next tenants. And when your lease expires, it is standard procedure to extend a new offer based on current market rates in the area, and anyone from Utah will tell you Utah housing rates keep increasing, so that's why rent goes up. So don't listen to the naysayers about the fees and rent price hikes, that's them being ignorant. And don't get me started on people complaining about app fees, literally every complex charges an application fee, that is not them stealing your money! And if you don't read your lease contract (which outlines what is refundable and that you have to give them a written 60 day notice to vacate by going into the office), don't be upset at them when they charge you those extra fees, that's on you. Other negative reviews I have seen were about rowdy neighbors (which is the luck of the draw and comes with not having your own house) but from my experience this new management is good about addressing issues. Our apartment was very clean and all the appliances were new and in great shape. The kitchen is awesome, lots of space and has granite countertops. Other reviews mentioned dirty and rundown apartments, maybe it was the luck of the draw, but we did not experience that at all! Also, maintenance is awesome here! Very nice and hardworking. The washer and dryer were also great and so nice to have in the unit! I gave this place 4 stars as it's a pretty good place to live, but not quite at a 5 star level of a luxury apartment complex (which would cost you more to live in). Bottom line: for the price range, it's a good place to live! Nice area, close to the I-15, we always felt safe, and it does have good amenities like a small but decent gym, pool, covered parking, washer/dryer in unit, pet friendly, and a nice kitchen. The only negatives in our opinion: if you live here, you have to pay for their cable and internet (95 a month) and their valet trash fee (20 a month). You could find cheaper internet and not pay for cable or a trash service elsewhere (it's not hard to take your own trash to the dumpster, I don't need to pay someone to do that for me). But those fees are spelled out in the lease beforehand, so it's not like they hide them. Also, you end up paying around 15 bucks a month for the common area utilities like the clubhouse and gym. Other complexes I've lived in pay those as a courtesy, but it's not the end of the world.

I have lived at Viewpointe for 4 years. I have quite enjoyed it. I found the maintenance staff and office staff to be great. I haven't had to call for maintenance often but when I did, they came within 1 day to repair the issue. My apartment has been great. I moved in when the apartment was just finished being built. All appliances have worked wonderfully. I enjoy the large kitchen. I rented a one bedroom, one bath and admit it is really small. The closet is small if you have a decent amount of clothes and shoes. I installed a second bar above for my t-shirts and skirts. I think my time at Viewpointe has been more enjoyable for me because I live on the outside of the complex, away from the pool. I never see the police or smell the drugs or see dogs running around as I read on other people's reviews. It's quiet and my neighbors are so nice. The issues I had was paying $25.00 for valet trash service I rarely used and could easily and did take to the garbage bin myself. KSL, Channel 5 was dropped from DirectTV months ago and Viewpointe did not change from DirectTV so we were not able to watch KSL anymore and KSL is my favorite channel, yet we still have to pay full price for cable/internet. The trash being left in the hallways was disgusting and stunk but that was cleaned up after I called to complain a few times as I’m sure other tenants had.

We have lived here for just about 1 week and 2 days. So far our experience has been great. The only complaint I have is the maintenance, the first day we got here we found some things needed to be fixed and it took over a week to fix it. It's understandable as to why which is why I'm partly not to upset, but only upset at the fact it was never told to us in the beginning. We just kept getting told they will be there tomorrow and so know so on. Once I heard exactly what was going on I then understood. Other than that everything is great and me and my husband enjoy our time living here.

View Pointe Apartments is a great place to live. It is within walking distance to alot of amenities which is great for us, we would rather walk then drive. Walmart grocery store is right behind the complex. Gas stations and restaraunts are all right around the corner. The staff are super friendly and helpful, always smiling and willing to do what they can to make living more comfortable. I'm glad we chose View Pointe as our new home

This has been the best apartment complex I have stayed in. I am so impressed with how well they take care of the apartments. Any problems as solved in a timely manner. The community is wonderful. There was a problem with dog poop but they have emailed out the policy and asked residents to be aware. Really appreciative of that. I hope they can continue to enforce those types of rules.

Viewpointe Apartments are wonderful! The staff are great. They are always ready to help with anything you need, and are really easy to work with. The staff are all pretty new which adds fun fresh energy to the apartments. The location is convenient and the apartments are nice and clean. The amenities are a great bonus. I love viewpointe.

Amy in the office sure knows her stuff. When we moved in she had just started here but that didn't stop her for taking great care of us. Robert is the man for any job when it comes to maintenance. He worked very fast to get our issues resolved. I appreciated that he wanted them done before he left so he would not need to come back. 3 months into my lease and i am very pleased.

Viewpointe is home. This community is amazing! From the great customer service, to the easy move-in process I was hassle free. I was moving from another state and the process was very easy, they were patient and explained things simply. The office staff is caring, attentive and the maintenance staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I saw bad reviews in the past online but it’s nothing like they say! The neighbors are nice , there’s a luxury gym with kid area, clean pool and hot tub , and a barbecue area that’s great for get togethers. The floor plans and apartments are beautiful I literally jumped up and down when I saw the upgraded kitchen. Amazing place to live-close to shopping (American Fork mall, Walmart, Dominos) -and great people running it. Viewpointe makes me happy to come home.

We have lived at view pointe for over three years now and we love it. Sure it's apartment living but we made a good choice. The management Callie and Amy are so kind and caring. They go by the rules but they also go the extra mile to make sure things are done. The maintenance crew also goes the extra mile to make sure the get the work orders done on time. I have never waited more than a few hours to get things fixed. They are kind and professional. Sure there are things that is beyond their control but they stay with it until it's fixed. For us it's the place to be. I have recommended view pointe to several people who have moved in and are glad they did. The price is about the same as other places but it's the management and Maintance people who keep us here.

Viewpointe feels upscale but isn't too expensive. The staff is friendly. I have a good relationship with maintenance especially--very important! I work from home, so it's great living in a comfortable, friendly environment!

Nice apartment complex, a great place to live. Grounds are clean, well kept, landscaping pretty. Main office is great with helpful, friendly staff who go out of their way to help. I think this is one of the nicest places in town to live. High rated for me. :)

I love Viewpointe, the apartments are very nice and clean. The staff is very responsive. The community is not loud or disruptive. So far this is a great place to live and it is so close to everything you could need! I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place.

I have been impressed with the way things get fixed fairly quickly when I turn in a maintaince report - I wish more ppl would pick up their animal waste, since I won't allow my kids to walk on the grass, because I'm too worried of what they will bring inside - but other than a few minor things, that are mostly related to the RENTERS not the owners, I really like living here!

What is great about Viewpointe is the people that work for Viewpointe. Whitney and Melissa were very helpful in making my transition into my Apartment Home very easy and smooth. The place itself is beautiful. I have hardwood floors, Brand new carpeting in the bedroom, Washer and dryer and the amenities exquisite. I was a little upset that they didn't offer a personal chef with the place but oh well. If I don't have time to run to the gym I can visit the mini gym inside our complex and it's has everything I need.

For what it is I like living here. Sure the appliances are cheap, but it beats not having them at all. The price is more that just the rent they say it is, i.e. Water, sewage, trash normal stuff like that, but we were informed of the charges before we moved in, not in exact dollar amounts, but we were given a rough estimate. It's annoying we have to pay for trash services since we don't even use them but I guess for some that might be a plus. Over all the staff is nice, we haven't had any surprises. Great location, right behind a Walmart neighborhood market and lots of open space. I love the high ceilings and dark wood cabinets and wood flooring. This is definitely an upgrade from our previous apartments. Obviously it's not perfect, but we like it. We don't expect it to be perfect. It works for us.
