The Sage Apartments & Townhomes

I had the pleasure of visiting The Saga Apartments to inquire about an apartment, and it was a true privilege to be assisted by Alessandra, whose professionalism and dedication shone through in every detail. Her explanations were clear, and her answers to all my questions were truly enlightening. The way she guided me through the application process and The Saga’s requirements was exceptionally helpful. I really enjoy living here. Modern and open setup, that is kept clean and beautiful! The staff is really friendly and helpful! However, Wasatch Property Management continues to increase the rent, sometimes more than once a year! Very frustrating!

I’m giving a four star because I haven’t moved in yet, however, from the moment of contact regarding the apartment I’m interested in, Athziri has kept in communication and helped with the entire process and has made it stress free! I look forward to living here and will be back to update my review after moving in— UPDATED: so far my experience living here has been so great. Office and maintenance has been so great, the complex is so clean, I appreciate the fellow tenants who have pets and clean up after them. I actually opened my blinds the other morning and saw this on the sidewalk and it made my day! I would recommend anyone looking at low income to come here. * UPDATED* — I’ve been living here since February and I love it. The grounds are ALWAYS clean, the building I live in has occasional noise (which is expected, especially with kids), but outside of that it’s very quiet! I had requested one small maintenance fix for one of the bedroom door handles and they came the next day of me submitting the request and were able to get it taken care of. Prior to moving here, I did look at other low income properties and they were horrendous, like people shouldn’t be allowed to pay to live in those circumstances. You wouldn’t think this is a low income property because of the way it’s taken care of. I will also so it’s much appreciated that other residents do their part to maintain this for everyone else in the community. The ONLY thing I don’t like seeing is residents disregarding the sign on the garbage area of what items to NOT be putting there. Aside from that, I have no complaints and have loved my time being here and excited for the pool to finally open!

I really liked the Sage apartments. Very beautiful place, quiet, clean, new apartments, wonderful neighbors. The view from the balcony is amazing. The yard is clean, we are happy to be in these apartments and extended our time here for another year. Schools are nearby, the pool is just super. And the employee in the office is just wonderful ❤️❤️❤️. I just adore her, she is very cool, she does everything quickly and answers my questions instantly, as soon as I write to her by mail she immediately answers, thank you very much 🙏. I also want to thank 🙏 all the Sage employees for your care of the residents. and for the quick response and for the help. Also a huge thank you to the guys - the masters - you are really nimble and professionals in your field.

The lease manager was punctual to our meeting, she provided all information we needed and guides correctly. She was awesome!

We've enjoyed living here since they opened. Brennon was great! Whenever there are maintenance concerns, the team always responds & fixes the problem quickly.

This has been my first apartment experience and my I just say it’s been the best. I heard horror stories growing up about the first apartments and how horrible management can be but Sage has completely changed that narrative. I’m also quite anxious and can rarely feel at home in places but almost immediately I was sleeping safely and soundly. Thanks for homing me :)

Our experience at The Sage has been awesome. We had a minor gas leak and Athziri didn’t wait for maintenance, she came straight to our apartment to let the gas company in. The gas had to be turned off until it could be fixed. So, Adrian and (I forgot his name) set up a space heater for us while we waited for the HVAC part to arrive. We stayed warm and it was resolved quickly! Thanks guys!

La atención con Athziri fue en verdad muy buena. Resolvio cada duda que tuve y estuvo al pendiente de todo lo que necesite. Si están pensando en mudarse a un lugar tranquilo y cómodo. Sería genial que lo consideres. El lugar es muy bonito. Y aparte toda la atención que te dan es muy acogedora!

So I have been here over three years and I love it here. The apartment are nicely built and everything is up to date. If you have ANY issues they are there and it’s just such a peaceful place. I’ve lived here for three years and recently moved into one of the Sage Townhomes. I’m incredibly grateful to Atziri in the leasing office, she went above and beyond to make my transition from a two-bedroom to a three-bedroom smooth and stress-free. As a single Mom, it’s been such a blessing for me and my children. I also want to thank the maintenance team for their quick and reliable help while I live here. Their response time and professionalism have made living here a great experience!

Kayla and Atsiry in the office and the mantence guys works so hard to take care of everyone! We are so happier to continue living in our home

This place is fantastic. The management is very attentive to every detail of the community, all the places are very clean, and they provide information on every detail via phone or email. I have to highlight Cayla's attention; she's always very kind to any questions I have. She's very willing to solve problems and help with anything I need. I'm sure she's the same with the entire community. The Sage is the best place I've ever been.

Kayla is cool. And helpful. I've lived here 3.5 years for a reason. Peaceful.

The Sage has been the most incredible place to live. Management is incredibly responsive, as well as maintenance. It is very family friendly with a lot of children. The gym is clean with high quality equipment and the pool is great and rarely busy. Very grateful for Kayla and Athziri (management) and Brandon (maintenance).

I have lived here for a year and it had been a great experience. The staff is always kind and helpful. And maintenance is always done quickly.

Exceptional experience, I went looking for a 1 bedroom and I was pleased to meet up with Athziri. Although they did not have any 1 bedrooms available, I made sure to write my name down to be notified when one was available. Not only did the office smell incredible but the property was very well taken care of. Thank you for all your help Athziri!

I honestly had never ever wanted to move back into apartment/townhome communities. My experience in the past was not great with other communities. But I will say that this time around it has been nothing but positive with the Sage. I’ve had issues with my heater and they have been quick to address it. Really any issue has been handled immediately. The grounds always look so good and the pool is like luxury style living kind of pool. I take pride wherever I rent from and you can tell that not only the maintenance team but the office staff do also and it shows.

We were running late moving from another state. The office stayed open late and waited for us. They couldn’t have been more accommodating! The apartment itself is fantastic!! It’s beautiful, clean and quiet. Staff is always helpful and considerate! I couldn’t be happier to be here! I’d like to add J.C. In maintenance is quick and efficient when it comes to any problems.

This is the the most positive team I've ever had at an apartment complex. The management answers all questions and concerns before I think about asking again. Maintenance team J.C and Brayden are super fast! Wow! We really appreciate they care about helping. We've made a good decision moving here! Thank you guys!

This was definitely an experience. Yes, the process might be a little bit slower but is just because is in a hugeeeeee demand and you really don’t need to worry because brennon will help during all the process. I cannot be more grateful and I’m so excited to move to the sage ❤️❤️❤️

The gentleman assisting us was very nice and friendly and sat with us and explained and showed us floor plans and everything he said he explained very well. We were put on the waiting list , he was very professional and friendly

Was looking for the office and wasn’t having any luck, the maintenance man realized I was lost and gave me direction to where the office was located. And came into the office to have all my questions answered by Brennon. Not once in my apartment search have I encountered such thoughtful & informative staff.

The Management team and maintenance team are so amazing here! J.C. Is very passionate about his job, gets things done quick, and does a top quality job! Every interaction with Brennon is pleasant and you tell that he cares about tenants. We are lucky to live here!
