Fantastic communication all throughout the searching, signup and move in process. Everyone was very helpful, polite and made the entire move way way easier. We’re very happy.

We had a couple of items to address at move-in, but Bob & Hunter (maintainance showed) up right away and had things taken care for us. We really appreciated the time they took and their genuine effort to make sure everything was perfect. Breanna and the whole team made the move-in as smooth as possible and has given us a great start in our new unit. Thank you!

We met with LuLu and had a very nice tour. We actually took several tours with Lulu and she is terrific! She answered every question and worked hard for us. We now have a friend at Seasons!

Love living here! Every time we have a little issue, it gets resolved very fast. They are nice, friendly and respectful. If I could rate them more than five stars, I would FYI, living here and seeing the view every morning brightens my day.

Beautiful location and apartments! Staff was so kind and helpful when I went to tour. Appreciated the extra time spent with me even though it was pretty busy. TY!

We love our apartment! Brianna and Adrian helped me out and made the move-in process very easy. I loved the apartment at first sight and we just moved in yesterday and I couldn’t believe how perfectly clean and ready to go. Everything was the grounds of the apartment are absolutely beautiful. There is so much grassy area for my dogs and it is very quiet I have met some neighbors and they are very friendly. I feel very safe here. I highly recommend seasons of traverse Lehi once again thank you to Adrian and Brianna!

We toured the community with Lino and had such a great experience! He was very knowledgeable, transparent, and took the time to explain everything clearly. It made a big difference for both me and my wife

I love my new apartment, any issues I have had have been quickly resolved and the leasing office was very helpful. The maintenance crew also has been very helpful. Especially Arturo when I was locked out of my garage, he handled it very quickly and professionally.

Amazing management and team! Adrian, Leno, and Brianna were amazing to work with and made the out of state move seamless.

I had a great move in experience with the help of Breanna and Lino into our apartment. The move in process was easy, and they were always willing to answer any questions (and continue to answer questions) as we have lived here! It is a great area and I really enjoy living here.

Took a tour with Maria and she was wonderful. So polite and very helpful throughout the tour. I loved the location and view from this property, but honestly Maria was definitely the highlight of the tour!!!

My husband and I have made this our first home since being married, we love our new place and amenities they offer. We greatly appreciate the mechanics on site who have been quick and helpful with our maintenance requests. A huge shoutout to River and Abel thank you for being kind, and quick to fix our sink, dishwasher and more!

I love my new apartment, it is very spacious and very bright. The best part is the view and the calm of this great place, the price is reasonable to the comfort that these apartments provide. The people working at the reception are very friendly and the manager Claudia always looks for ways to help in everything she can, looking for the applicant to feel comfortable in the process and after the process. The common areas are always clean, pool, gym, jacuzzi have everything you need.

From the first second my roomate and I walked into the office, Vincent was amazing!! The application process was so simple, easy and fast. He made sure to answer all the questions we had and was so kind about it as well. Also- when the hot tub was broken they got it fixed in less than a day!! Very fast service which is always appreciated:) This location is so beautiful and I have absolutely loved living here!!

Everyone was so welcoming when my daughter and I walked in. It was a first stop and we were prepared for a long day. The receptionist is fabulous at her job. Eric is a wonderful young man, who has made the process easy and kept in touch through emails. The apartment is going to be so homie and comfortable. But I feel in love with the view.

It was very pleasant experience would of loved to stay but didn't have the chance to. The place is very quiet and the whole community got along. It was a very pleasant place to return home too the community definitely felt like home. Claudia was nice to me since she started working there. And she was very nice to me even when I put my notice to vacate.

Impressed so far! Been here about 2 months. Vincent and Ethan were super helpful in the application process and getting set up. The apartment was in excellent condition, and the area is gorgeous and well-kept. Management takes issues seriously, and the maintenance team is blazing fast.

Such a great experience living here and having a great staff in the building as well. All of the staff members are so kind and helpful. Claudia specifically who works in the office is always willing to offer a helping hand and I couldn't be more appreciative for everything she does for me. Would recommend living here to anyone!!

I had a fantastic experience working with Reggie! From start to finish, they were super helpful and made the whole leasing process easy and stress-free. They listened to what I was looking for in an apartment and showed me several great options that matched what I was looking for.

We absolutely love living here. We moved here about two months ago, and they are already making renovations on their amenities without raising rent. Usually other apartments we have been, they increase the rent with no reasons. The place is beautiful, great location, amazing views to the river and very green. Perfect for dogs. They also have a soccer field, swimming pool, gym, grills all over the place, pet spa, movie theater … the list is long!

Even though Regie is the newest addition to the leasing office, he will make sure you are taken care of and all of your needs and concerns are met and resolved. I have never met someone so on point, professional, polite and give excellent tenant service.

Claudia the manager was absolutely amazing. She helped me get all the stuff in my car onto a luggage cart and even went inside and got another one for me. I didn’t know where the trash place was and came down with boxes and she broke them …

I looked at a handful of different apartment complexes in the area, & this was by far my best experience. Luanne DeForest was extremely knowledgeable & accommodating to my unique situation. She was the most present, "real", & kind leasing agent I've ever worked with & she didn't compromise integrity just to make a sale. (Which did commonly happen at the other complexes). The whole staff is consistently friendly & positive, always available to answer questions or quickly meet maintenance needs. Thank you!!!

So far I am loving it here. The views are amazing the 1 bedroom that I rented is large enough for me The fitness center and clubhouse are very nice.

Prior to choosing to move into Seasons of Traverse Mountain, I had many questions. Jake, Cassie, Cameron, Hannah & all of the office staff were very kind answering my questions. After deciding to move in and reading the lease, I had more questions. Everyone took time to help answer my questions. When there was a small glitch getting me approved, all were extremely helpful. I'm very happy so far with my experience. The apartment is amazing, and so far, it appears the grounds staff does an excellent job keeping the walkways and parking areas clear of snow/ice. I recently had the internet service submit a maintenance request so that my ethernet port could be activated. Rob & Shawn came the following day. They assured me that the damage caused by them removing the wall panel to access the ethernet wiring wouldn't be charged to my account upon move out, and made a note in my file stating this. Both very kind, courteous, and professional, and answered the few questions that I had, and also showed me what they were doing. So far, the first month of my stay here has been very nice. Over the six months that I stayed at Seasons, I really enjoyed living there. The apartment was extremely comfortable, the maintenance staff very helpful and quick with work requests, the office staff went out of their way to answer my questions, help me with ideas to locate a couple of mis-delivered packages, and the community did a couple of kind things (a cute little seasonal gift in December and then a lovely breakfast on the go in June) that really made me felt like they cared about the residents. I also used the theatre room amenity at one point, and it was amazing. I made sure that it was clean when done, so the check for the deposit hold necessary to use it was returned to me upon move out. Yes, there are rules that need to be enforced, but since I'm not one to ignore community rules, I never had problems. One minor annoyance was a neighbor with a very "growly" car who would leave it idling at all hours for an hour or more, at 2, 3, 4 AM, right outside my bedroom window, so always woke me up and kept me awake, even with white noise machines. When the upstairs tenants got a new puppy, the running around at all hours woke me up. Their late night/early morning arguments also woke me, in spite of 6 white noise machines going around my apartment. So, you'll hear your neighbors, and some make more noise than others, but you'd find that at any apartment complex. The apartments at Seasons were modern, and more recently constructed than other complexes I looked at, so I feel the energy efficiency and noise reduction in between the units was better than older complexes. One other bother of apartment living was the very small capacity of the washer and dryer in my unit. It was a stacked style, and having been a home owner with my own washer and dryer for over 13 years prior, it was a bit of a rough transition (and I adore having my own washer and dryer back now), but that is also another aspect of apartment life to be expected. The view and grounds all around Seasons of Traverse Mountain were amazing. Near my apartment, there was an absolutely gorgeous west facing view of Utah lake, the valley, and the mountains. Outside my patio, there was a tree that had gorgeous flowers in Spring. The staff takes great care with the upkeep of the grounds and the upkeep of the shared public areas. The rest of the winter, they continued to make great efforts in keeping the snow/ice off of walkways and the parking lot. Once spring came, the grass, plants, trees, etc, were amazingly well maintained. I never used the pool myself, but it seemed very well kept up. The move out experience was quite easy, and Cassie was great with answering the questions I had about the process prior to my move out. I ensured that my apartment was clean according to the move out checklist, and I just received a refund check for my entire security deposit in the mail. Overall, I'd recommend Seasons to anyone looking for a wonderful, friendly, comfortable apartment complex.
