Millpond has been a nice place to stay with tall ceilings, granite countertops, and lots of natural light. It has been by far, one of our favorite places to rent. In addition, it has been great to have supportive property managers, like Reuben. Not only is he a friendly face around the area, but if you are out-and-about he will check-in and ask how things are going. If problems arise, he is an easy person to go to and will help get the situation sorted. In a world where you feel more distant from your neighbors and your property managers, Reuben, provides that ‘old school’ familiarity and neighborly support!

Ruben & Andreina are the best. They helped me to complete my move in less than 1 week. They work together to fulfill your requirements. I’m happy to be here. Thanks you so much both!

I've lived at Millpond for a few years now and I think it has been great. The complex is well kept and clean, management and maintenance are always helpful and prompt in helping out, and the apartments are very clean and nice. In the years I've been here, I have never had any issue with anything. I would absolutely recommend this as a place for someone to live.

Really nice place. Super clean and the apartments are big and modern. The pool and hot tub are way bigger than I expected, and the 24/7 gym is huge. Ruben and his manager Sydney were both really friendly and easy to talk to. If everything works out, I’m hoping to move in this December.

We had such a truly wonderful experience throughout our apartment search, and it was all thanks to Ruben. From the very beginning, he went above and beyond to make sure we felt supported and confident in the process. He patiently listened to our needs and worked hard to help us find a place that not only fit comfortably within our budget but also felt like home. We feel very comfortable reaching out to him with any questions!

I don’t usually leave reviews, but my experience here was so exceptional it deserves recognition. I showed up for a tour right at the end of the day because of my work schedule and instead of being rushed out, I was welcomed like a priority. Rueben and Sydney were phenomenal. They were genuinely excited to see me, Rueben took time to explain every detail with complete transparency, and even showed me both apartments I requested, all while pushing past closing time without hesitation. Rueben was wonderful to work with—he patiently walked me through the tour, answered my questions clearly, and made sure I had all the information I needed without ever making me feel rushed. Sydney’s warmth and professionalism elevated the entire experience, and she carried herself with the kind of confidence and care that makes a lasting impression. Her welcoming presence at the beginning set the tone immediately, and her polished explanation of the specials at the end showcased the strong leadership and pride she brings to this property. The apartments themselves were beautiful, but what impressed me even more was the property’s condition—spotless, well-kept, and clearly cared for with pride. Unlike so many other places I’ve toured, this community truly stands out. If you’re looking for a home where the staff treats you with genuine care, professionalism, and integrity, look no further. I left feeling not just impressed, but truly grateful. The team here represents the kind of talent and dedication any tenant would be lucky to have.

I can’t say enough good things about living here! The pool is always clean and relaxing, and the location is perfect—close to shopping, restaurants, and everything I need. The staff truly makes this place stand out. Ruben in leasing was so helpful and welcoming from day one, and Sydney, the community manager, is always professional and quick to help with any questions. Darnell, the maintenance supervisor, is fantastic—he’s reliable, friendly, and always makes sure things get taken care of promptly. It’s rare to find a community that has both great amenities and such an amazing team running it. I’m really glad I chose to call this place home!

Very clean, responsive to community posts and make an effort to clear the area of birds and animals ect.

Maintenance is amazing, specifically Darnell! He went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with replacing our dryer. He didn’t hesitate to make sure that before he left, we had a smile on our face. Management did a great job of hiring him!

The apartments a so nice and clean! Ruben has been so helpful with the move! He was honestly one of the pros on my roommates and I’s pros and cons list while apartment hunting. Everything has been so organized and smooth. My roommate and I are very happy with our choice to move to Millpond!

I have lived here for 3 years. My garage broke this morning! Ruben had it fixed before I even got home from work!

Our move in process was really smooth with Millpond. They were really easy to work with and were really informative with all the answers to our questions! Ruben Alvarado has been a HUGE help and made sure we were well taken care of. I really like the space we moved into and looking forward to my next phase of life living here.

I've loved it here at Millpond. Recently our dog, ran out of our door and escaped. The management here at millpond helped by sending a picture of her to all the tenants within hours if the incident. Going that extra mile just shows how wonderful they treat you here!

Sydney has always been so kind everytime I come into the office to ask questions about my rent. She is on top of things! Ruben has a great rapport with people and truly cares about the people. He is fast to resolve issues when they come. I really appreciate these two working together to make Millpond better.

The recent change in management has completely changed what my wife and I thought of Millpond and the staff here. We had a pretty rough experience with the original management upon trying to move in. However, Sydnee, the new manager was extremely helpful when we renewed our lease recently and was precise, quick, and a joy to work with. Even when there were a few changes that needed to be made, she and the maintenance crew got them taken care of within 24 hours. We are super happy we gave this place another chance! Couldn’t have asked for a smoother lease renewal/transfer.

Kirstie was very helpful and friendly. She took me in as a walk-in even though she was completely busy, having been the only agent working today, and made me feel really welcome. If everything turns out right then she is definitely the reason I am happily living at the Millpond apartments.

Everytime I visit the office staff, they are very friendly and welcoming! Always ensure that I’m taken care of! They got a maintenance staff that gets work orders done, I had an issue with my fridge and within a day it was swapped out! Thanks guys!

We really loved living here. It has everything you need and the office staff is always so helpful. The best part is its location. Right off the freeway and next to literally anything you could need!!

There was a recent change in management and I’m so excited to see things go up from here! I had some concerns and the new manager, Sydney, addressed them accordingly and made me feel heard. I recommend reviewing your lease as the information I needed was in there, I had just missed it. She took the time to go over parts of it with me that cleared up the confusion. Everything is so organized and the resident events are starting to pick up!

Bronwen is an awesome manager! She is very professional and kind and really cares for the residents of Millpond Apartments! We have to move out early due to personal reasons but she is willing to work with us and offering us a great solution! We couldn’t thank you enough Bronwen! We love this place .it's been a year .I have two kids so play area is always fun here ... any requests raised for maintenance.they will address it very soon.usually there will no chance for any issues as it is new home .. if any they resolve it very soon ..I love this house and place around ..after we moved to this home we felt so lucky ..lot of blessed things happened in our home.. new job offers so on.. feeling thankful and blessed and this house is our lucky house.. I wish the same for everyone.

We moved blindly from out of state. On the phone Mindy was so kind and easy to talk to that I instantly felt comfortable. I've moved more than I'd like to and lived in several apartment complexes, and this one tops them all. Mindy and Christian are so nice, helpful, fun and easy to talk to. Moving in was a breeze. Chandler and Ryan are always on top of things when any repairs or random things need to be done. Needless to say, we won't be moving any time soon. Once we found a good place, we are staying.
