The Vue at Traverse Ridge

When my wife and I first moved here, we wanted to find a perfect spot, and once we got to the apartments, we were sold before we even finished the initial walk through. The views and what they had to offer were spectacular and just what my wife and I were looking for. Thank you TyLynn !

Loved living here! Easily out of all the apartments I’ve lived in Utah this one was my fav:) very friendly and communicative staff, very friendly community, it’s just a whole vibe. One time my cat ran away and I called the office and they helped me find her and all the neighbors were looking to help, very wholesome and great experience, nothing is ever dirty too in the club house spaces! Special thank you to Mitchell and Derek at the leasing office! Thank you for making my move up here to Lehi a good experience!!

I love it here. I love that we know what we are paying for every month and that there’s not stupid add ons that rack up my bill.I love that they don’t play head games with you. It’s a super nice apartment and community that is very safe and well kept. They know us by name including my dog which they are super friendly with. They are very inviting and fun to just go say hi to. When I’ve had maintenance needs they were so quick and the maintenance team are wonderful and excellent and prompt. They also take time to greet my dog when we are out on walks. This place has been transparent and honestly a dream to work with. It’s like they fully understand customer service with a smile that is genuine. It is great knowing what my rent is and all that’s included with it. I am so happy with living here and so grateful for the entire team who work diligently to assure a fun safe place for all of us to call home. Thanks team, this place is a game changer because they just get it! I Would a thousand percent recommend everyone move here.

Living at The Vue at Traverse Ridge has been an absolute pleasure! The amenities are top-notch, from the well-equipped fitness center to the stunning clubhouse and relaxing pool area. The location is perfect—close to everything you need while still feeling peaceful and private. What truly sets The Vue apart is the exceptional management and maintenance team. They go above and beyond to ensure everything is well-maintained and that residents feel valued. The staff is incredibly personable, always greeting me by name and even knowing my dog on a first-name basis—which speaks volumes about how much they genuinely care! The customer service here is unmatched. Any questions or concerns are addressed promptly, and they create a welcoming, safe environment that makes The Vue feel like home. If you’re looking for a community that combines luxury, convenience, and a caring atmosphere, this is the place to be!

Beautiful community, well kept units and grounds. The unit is spacious with a great layout. Huge clubhouse, great pool and rec options, with frequent fun events in the community hosted by the managers. Trivia night is our favorite! Pet friendly, with a dog park and good pet policies/charges. We love that they have short contract and month to month options. The staff are friendly and eager to address concerns. Maintenance requests are solved promptly. A couple of downsides are that they are on the pricey side for the room count/size. Although the grounds are mostly well cared for, but the snow removal at our building is inconsistent and the walkways are sometimes frozen over.

I have been living at The Vue at Traverse Ridge for a little over a month now. I chose The Vue because the apartment was modern, clean, well-maintained, and it had a good layout to optimize the square footage. I was thrilled that the apartment also had a garage. The complex was lovely. It offers a lot of amenities and green spaces. The location is nice. It is conveniently located, but the building I chose is quiet and near a newly developed residential area. The great management team consisting of Mitchell Byrd, Caleb Jenkins, and Derrick Park are an asset to The Vue. From my first walk through to the present, they have been professional, welcoming, informative, and efficient. I had a couple of small concerns that were quickly and efficiently resolved by the friendly and hard-working Jeff and Jax from the maintenance team. I am grateful for both the management and maintenance teams for helping to make my new apartment feel more like a home.

Pretty views of the valley. Good location. Staff is friendly and helpful. Maintenence went above and beyond with a few fixes I needed. Built quality isn't the best in certain areas of my unit.

Living here at The VUE has been such a delight! They worked miracles to get me into an apartment as quickly as possible and have been super responsive and helpful with any questions I’ve had as well as any maintenance items. The front office staff are super kind and have gone well above and beyond the call of duty in helping me. Conner, Mitchell, Stephanie, Murray, and Whitney have all been the best!! They know their tenants and care. The amenities are also fabulous. We have a great gym that is super clean with nice, new equipment. My apartment is beautiful and new! I could not ask for a better experience with an apartment complex.

Great location and nice buildings. I like that rent is one flat rate - not a bunch of extras to add on (parking and internet are included, for example), and I only have one utility bill (power). The staff has been helpful the few times I've needed anything. Overall, I've been very happy with the Vue.

Great place to live, when we first moved in our fridge went out and they were on top of having it switched out and replaced. Every issue we’ve encountered (simple things) has been solved fast and the staff has been understanding and very great to work with. We also love how much open grass areas they have, great for dogs and kids!

I have been absolutely pleased with living here so far! The staff has been very friendly and helpful. We had an issue with our water heater and it was fixed almost immediately! Also the amenities have been wonderful and very clean. I would recommend living here to anyone!

Brand new apartment complex in Lehi near Texas Instruments. The Vue has great amenities, a great gym, virtual golf, theater room, pool table, and a pool area open year round with hot tub and a kid's splash zone and a BBQ. We've lived here for just over a week and the staff have been really great at servicing our needs. Each apartment includes one, one car garage. Your rent includes high speed internet. You just have to pay your electricity. So far really loving this place. We even have a view of Utah Lake.

One of the highlights of living at The VUE is the breathtaking views of the lake. Whether it's enjoying a morning coffee on my balcony or taking a leisurely stroll around the property, the serene beauty of the lake never fails to impress. Additionally, the property itself is incredibly quiet and peaceful, providing a tranquil retreat from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The amenities at The VUE are top-notch. The gym is well-equipped with modern machines and free weights, making it easy to stay in shape without leaving home. The pool area is beautifully maintained and offers a perfect spot to relax and unwind during the warmer months. Moreover, the community offers several other fantastic amenities, such as a stylish clubhouse, outdoor grilling stations, and secure parking facilities, all contributing to an elevated living experience. Overall, I highly recommend The VUE to anyone looking for a beautiful, well-maintained community with exceptional customer service and outstanding amenities.

The staff is great and genuine people that actually want to help you. The apartment is the nicest complex I have ever been to. It is brand new and super clean. The view is insanely something you want to wake up to every morning.

The staff was super nice ended up putting money down for an apt there. Will be moving in November. Have a good amount of amenities while they are still building to make it a nicer place.

We have enjoyed staying here. The management is great and very easy to work with, the facilities are well cared for and provide just about everything we need! Would recommend living here!

Awesome amenities - best fitness room I’ve ever been to, the pool & hot tub area is spacious, they have a deck above the pool area to hang out at, and a theater & TV room with movie size screen for sports! The staff is very friendly and helpful. Best apartment I’ve ever lived in!
