We have only been here a short time, and we have been super happy with how attentive the team is anytime we have needed anything. Great customer service, very supportive to their tenants, and professional.

I can't say enough good things about this apartment and community! I have been here at ICO for a year and the staff here has been amazing! Michele made the move in process extremely easy and she continues to reach out and go above and beyond for the people that live here. The communication is prompt and organized. There system for any apartment repairs have been resolved same day and the maintence employees are so kind and efficient. I would recommend anyone to live here!

I recently toured this apartment/townhome community and had a great experience. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and took the time to answer all my questions without rushing me. The property is beautiful and well maintained, and the staff really made the tour enjoyable. I’d definitely recommend checking it out if you’re looking for a new place to live.

I recently moved into these apartments with my spouse and the management team has been exceptional! Michele, the community manager, has been such a big help making the move in process so smooth! The maintenance team, Lukas and Max, have been on top of making sure our apartment is up to standards and are so quick to respond to maintenance requests! (Very impressive and attentive) We have loved and enjoyed our experience living here the past few months and recommend it.

I have lived here since the summer of 2022! We have enjoyed living here. The management and maintenance teams are amazing and easy to talk to! Love having them onsite!

Went on a tour w Alise.. she was very friendly, and knowledgeable about the property and amenities she gave us a good cost estimate for moving in. Our lease isn’t up until May but we are pretty sure we will be moving in to your community

Great place and amazing staff! I needed a place quickly! Jessika and Bria were very understanding and worked promptly with me to get all the paperwork and approval done as quickly and smoothly as possible and I was able to move in within just a couple of days after viewing the unit… which by the way is amazing! Highly recommend living here!

Great and friendly great place to be at. Really fast on getting stuff done. Update: Living here for almost three years has been a fantastic experience. The friendly and welcoming neighbors make it feel like a true community. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a place to live, and a big plus is that they're pet-friendly.

Great apartments to lease-all enclosed with individual parking garage if desired for minimal additional rent. very clean, dog friendly and great and productive residents. Wonderful staff!

We moved in after only seeing the apartments online. Nice apartments, like the floor plan. Enjoy the natural light. What sets this apartment complex above is the maintenance team. Quick to respond. Keep the grounds and surroundings nice. Fixed things in and around the building in a timely fashion. Please note there is no elevator. And the great windows in the corner 2bedroom2bath unit's master bedroom also make it cold in the winter. (They are working on a solution.)

Our family of 3 moved here in early 2021 and the experience has been very positive on all counts. The grounds are well-maintained and everything works well in our unit including the blazing fast internet connection. Having access to the recreation facility just across the street is tremendous, and it's a very professional feature, not just a gimmick. Quiet peaceful neighborhood, skyridge high school just a block away, and stunning mountain views year round combined with McCayla's awesome help whenever we have questions add up to three thumbs up! (the girls and I).

Mindi and Mckayla from the property management team at ICO Ridge made our relocation across country very pleasurable. They were extremely helpful when it came to our questions/concerns before and after arrival. The apartments are spacious, the grounds are well maintained, and the location is very desirable. An added bonus includes membership to the swim, fitness, and tennis club. My family and I would highly recommend ICO Ridge!

We have enjoyed our stay at Ico Ridge. The amenities are pinpoint and McKayla and her staff are super responsive. Grounds are tranquil and well-maintained, proximity to Murdoch Trail and mountain-scape makes this an oasis for the outdoorsy type. Pet friendly with plenty of green space and disposal stations. All in all a wonderful place to live.

They’re always so responsive and eager to make living here comfortable. I’ve had a couple repairs done on the apartment, including a poorly timed dishwasher breakdown during thanksgiving, and they fixed it right away. The team here is exemplary.

My wife and I have been here at the ICO Ridge apartments in Lehi for three years and we are very happy with the size and space of our apartment. McKayla, at our office, is very helpful and great when we have a concern. Also, Tony has done an excellent job when he has arrived to repair an item in the apartment. Overall, we are very pleased with the staff here and the apartments themselves. We would recommend ICO Ridge to anyone looking for an apartment.

I have lived at ICO Ridge for over a year and a half now and in two of their floor plans. Here are some of my thoughts... - Floor plans are well designed and spacious (both the 2 and 3 bed) - Pet friendly (near several grassy areas and parks) - Fun amenities (I love the outdoor tennis courts and gym right across the street) - Property management is very professional, kind, and not overbearing - Maintenance team is responsive and helpful - Convenient location (stores, restaurants, church buildings, and schools all super close by) It's been a fantastic place to live! Highly recommend living at ICO Ridge!

ICO Ridge is the best apartment complex I've lived in. Management is friendly and helpful, prices are fair, and the internet package? Phenomenal. Definitely check it out if you're looking!

We were looking for a pet friendly community while we build our house. Contacted ICO ridge and Alisa was very helpful, responsive, informative and patient with us. She made the whole process so easy. We were selling our house had to live in a hotel for a bit so things were chaotic. She kept me informed on the appartment availability, reminded me my to do things, resent links. She made it so easy to navigate through this process. I looked at other places and application process etc and it was all so confusing and time consuming or people were not timely. We were supposed to move in on the 11th Monday but I asked on the 8th (Friday) if there was any chance we could get the keys that day. She and Dusty made it work! It was so much easier to move over the weekend. The place was very clean and maintained. There were couple things that needed to be addressed and when we got with them on Monday they immediately took care of it. What a great service! The response time from these guys is amazing plus it's a beautiful well maintained community. I'm not in a hurry to get to our new house. I really can imagine just living here. Thank you ICO Ridge, Alisa and Dusty! Keep it up! 👏👏👏

ICO Ridge has been a great place to live! Open and spacious concept, stainless steel appliances; if you’re lucky enough to get a corner apartment, apartment access through garage, and a spacious laundry room! Alisa has been amazing, and is always willing and ready to assist with any questions/concerns. Ammenities are great! And common areas/grounds are always well maintained. If you’re living with a rommmate; we lived in a 2 bd/2 bath...the floor plan allowed it to feel like we had our own separate areas that was divided by the common area (livingroom). It was a big plus for my roommate and I; so if thats what interests you ICO Ridge is definitely the place for you!

Alisa was amazing and went above and beyond for me! Not only is she friendly and helpful, she went out of her way to get us in to see the condo. It was amazing and I was more than thrilled with her help!

ICO Ridge is an incredible place to live. I am currently getting my doctorate at the U of U and the quick access to the freeway is ideal and the size of my condo is perfect. The grounds are always immaculate, which is very important to me. The building are always clean and well cared for. I am so appreciative of their incredible team that makes everything seamless and makes me feel like a priority. Moving here was the best decision!!

If you're looking for an upscale apartment this is worth checking out. It's in a convenient location, particularly if you work in the Thanksgiving Point area. The complimentary membership to the fitness center/pool/tennis club is also nice. Management was very helpful to us. Jesse makes sure you feel taken care of. Maintenance requests are also responded to in a timely manner.

Great place to live! Location is great, open floor plans, good sized bedrooms and a large kitchen. Great Customer Service. Christmas morning we were unable to get the garage door open, we later learned it was due to a power outage from the winter storm on Christmas Eve. I called the emergency maintenance line expecting to get an answering machine however I was pleasantly surprised to have Carlos answer. Carlos was quick to respond and had our garage door opened so we could leave on our family Christmas vacation within the hour. Carlos was speedy and friendly when responding to our needs!

This place is BEAUTIFUL!! we looked at this place and we are wanting to move here when we are back in Utah! Jesse was very informative and was super friendly gave us lots of info! I've had lots of experience with apartment management and this one by far has a Great staff

These are fantastic lofts/apartments. The vaulted ceilings, layout, the flooring, and the paint colors make our loft so nice to come home to. The management is super responsive and they always take care of any maintenance issues super quick. We just signed another year lease because we couldn't leave.

I love this place. It is the perfect location, right in between both of my jobs. It has all the amenities we need and more. Plenty of things going on to keep everyone entertained. The property is kept up, is very clean and great management.

We are renting here while we are building our home with Ivory Homes. We love that this complex offers a smart buying program that rewards us monthly until our home is built. We will be given money when we close on our home to go towards our upgrades. The apartment is very nice, very quiet and spacious. We haven't had any problems here at all. We have recommended it to our friends that have sold their homes. Jesse has been awesome to work with and has gotten back to me immediately with any issue or question I have had. Overall it has been an amazing place to rent from.

The Lofts are in the perfect location just up the road from I-15 and Outlets at Traverse Mtn and in a quiet, upscale neighborhood. The kitchen looks great with all stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and white subway tile backsplash. Plenty of natural lighting from the tall windows in the master bedroom and living area. Access to the swim/tennis/fitness club is an awesome perk with free classes for adults and kids. On-site staff is always responsive. They do a great job of keeping the place spotless and taking care of any issues.

Probably one of the nicest apartment complexes around Utah county. The grounds are well kept and the layout of the apartments are amazing. Sierra, the complex manager is also as wonderful. She is very sweet and helpful. She also definitely knows what's she's doing. If you're in the area or market, definitely check this place out!

I love the Lofts! The staff is great and are always on top of every need and fix. I love the location and amenities it provides. There is so much to do at the clubhouse with all of their classes for adults and kids. My kids and I live at the pool during the summer. It is very clean and well kept.
