I recently moved into Terra Vista and have really enjoyed my experience so far. The leasing team has been incredibly helpful and welcoming throughout the entire process of moving in and getting settled. The gym is amazing and has been a really great space to work out. The location of the community is also a huge plus with walkable shopping and food options. I’m very excited to continue living here!

I cannot say enough good things about living here. From our first tour with Sonia, to now being here several months, the experience has been amazing. Sonia and Audrey are communicative, thorough, and timely in the work that they do. As for the property itself, the living experience is awesome - and a big shoutout to the maintenance team for keeping the property upkeep! The location in Lehi, the amenities, the cleanliness, the set up…it’s all just really comfortable. The only thing I’d change is the cabinet hardware. IYKYK. But seriously, this place is perfect.

Terra Vista is one of the best places I’ve ever lived! The amenities and views are fantastic. The leasing staff is incredibly friendly and always remembers you by name, which adds a personal touch. The maintenance team is prompt, professional, and quick to resolve any issues in both the unit and the community. I couldn’t recommend Terra Vista enough!

Living at Terra Vista is a dream! I toured a few places in the area, but after seeing this complex I knew it was the place for me! The layout of my apartment actually makes sense, it has updated appliances and tasteful interior. The gym and pool area are so clean and feel quite high end. Everyone in management is friendly and very helpful, they’re the best! The few times I have even needed maintenance they have come to help very promptly. I feel very at home here.

The staff is great! The amenities are top notch. Location to shopping and the freeway is very convenient.

Moving into our apartment has been the best decision my husband and I have ever made. The unit is beautiful, I love the Scandinavian cabinets. Cooking is one of my favorite activities and the kitchen is chef ready. There is a ridiculous amount of cabinet space, plus a pantry! Not to mention the top of the line appliances. The units are very spacious. I especially love the warm lighting above the counter tops. Such a thoughtful touch. Staff is extremely professional. Caila, Sonia, and Erica are amazing, friendly, and very knowledgeable. We scheduled an appointment to tour and were catered to through the entire process. Leasing was a breeze. They were happy to answer any questions we had in detail. There was one problem upon arrival with our dryer and Maintenance was in our unit within thirty minutes, and solved the problem. In regards to staff? I have truly never met more professional and friendly people in my life. I have yet to see a staff member not smiling and giving a quick wave. You also have 24 hour security here. The community is extremely safe and very quiet. The amenities are TOP OF THE LINE. The pool is not only serene but it’s also heated. The club house? Beautiful and very tastefully done. Not to mention the multi level gym with a cardio floor, a bouldering wall, and a yoga room. I could not be happier. The optional add ons are very convenient. Valet trash comes every day. The internet is FAST we have not had a single issue with our connection at our last residence it was constantly buffering. We LOVE Terra Vista!

It’s just been a few days since I moved in, but I can already say that this was a great decision. The buildings are new, everything is very clean. Amenities like gym, pool, hot tub, club house are all well maintained. For me, it’s also a big bonus to have Harmons grocery store, Marshalls, the outlet mall, bank etc all at a 10 min walk! I’ve opted for a west-facing apartment and I’m really enjoying all the sunlight that I get from 9:30am till sunset. Also, a big shoutout to Sonia, Caila and Erica who are super friendly and always willing to help out!

After looking at several other apartments in the surrounding area, I enthusiastically picked Terra Vista for 3 main reasons. (1) Great value - everything is new and clean, pool and hot tub, beautiful clubhouse, and an amazing gym, (2) location, location, location - easy access to I-15, shopping at Outlets at Traverse Mountain, restaurants and grocery (Harmons) within walking distance, (3) excellent customer experience - Sonia was amazing to work with. She made the entire application and move-in experience seamless.

Took a tour with Kayla today and she was amazing. She was able to answer all my questions, showed us the beautiful amenities and had such a wonderful personality. She made us feel super comfortable and was very kind. The property is beautiful and the views are amazing!!!

The rental process was smooth and easy. Kayla and Colton answered all of my questions in a timely manner. Getting into a new place was less of a headache with their help. The property is beautiful and the units are big. I am so excited to live here!

Hi friends! I am from LA and have traveled the world and I don't know any complex that has put this much effort into the quality of of amenities, services and overall architecture/landscape. I've never seen it. I moved in last October and have the most AMAZING view that no buildings will ever obstruct. We are central to EVERYTHING. The amenities are 5 star, I've never seen so much love put into a place besides my own home! The gym, the lounge, pool, etc are so exceptional it feels as though I now live in a luxury resort, cause I do! They left no detail out. I have to give some much love to the staff as well! They are on top of every detail and generally really great people. Colton, Abby & Miguel you are amazing. I feel incredibly lucky! Thanks to greystar and the whole team for taking good care of us!

I love the Terra Vista apartments - luxury with great amenities and awesome views. I really liked how there are multiple floor plans and 2 color schemes so I could choose. I also loved using the latest technology for apartment access and having undercover parking that is light and bright. The staff are very professional and friendly and always try to support your requests. This is a place to call home!

I did a walkthrough of the site and am excited to see the progress on the other buildings! The first building is complete, and you can already see the amenities taking shape—it's exciting to watch it all come together. Being located right next to Lehi's tech hub, it's an ideal spot for anyone moving to the area for work.
