Northshore Apartments

My only complaint was that the personnel turnover was too great, so I never had time to get to know the worker bees.

My husband and I were looking into apartments as we were planning a move to Utah, and Mya was amazing to work with. She was so friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of our questions and walk us through everything during our tour. Although our plans changed and we didn’t end up moving, we had such a positive experience and truly appreciated her help!

I just moved in this week and Carroll was great! Very helpful and personable. She made the move in process very easy and smooth.

The experience of transferring to a different apartment was seamless due to Carrolls attentiveness, and wanting to keep me in the loop.

Every time I’ve had the pleasure of visiting the office or attending one of the seasonal activities, Carroll has been nothing short of amazing. She is always helpful, polite, and cheerful, making each interaction a positive experience. Office staff is always awesome to respond to any concerns. Gunnar is who we always go to and he is always quick with submitting our work orders

Apartment hunting is never fun for anyone, but coming to this place and meeting Max was by far the best experience i have received and definitely set the tone of how a customer should be greeted and taken care of. He walked me through the steps and clarified a lot of things for me. He was very knowledgeable in his position, not only did he provide excellent customer service but gained a certified customer along with spreading the good word about this place and Max. The bar is set high, definitely would recommend coming here for your next apartment if you want good pricing let alone amazing customer service.

Happy with Northshore so far. The apartments look modern, the pool and gym are awesome although I only use the gym on oddball hours when VASA is closed. Staff has always been easy to work with. Everything feels clean and well taken care of. I will say, at the risk of sounding paid off, the walls are a little thin so you hear your neighbors more than you’d like, but honestly that’s kind of expected with apartments.

The guys that help me with my lease were great, helpful and fluent in what they were doing especially since this whole process is new to me, great place to get established for sure, thanks to Max for all the help I highly recommend him ! I love the complex

I’ve been living in this apartment for 1.5 years, and it’s been a fantastic experience from the start. The unit itself is modern, clean, and well-maintained, with great natural light and thoughtful finishes. Everything from the appliances to the flooring feels high quality, and any minor maintenance requests were handled quickly and professionally by the management team. Amenities like the gym and the pool are a huge plus and always kept in excellent condition. Location-wise, it’s hard to beat. It’s close to nearby grocery stores, and restaurants, making day-to-day life super convenient. Management and staff have been consistently responsive and courteous, which makes a big difference. Overall, I’m really happy with my decision to live here and would absolutely recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-run place to call home.

We have lived here before since old management, and I have enjoyed it since new management took over. Gunnar used to be the assistant manager and recently came back as the manager and enjoy seeing him back in the office. He has always been the guy we've gone to as he will drop what he is doing to assist us. Everyone here is friendly. We love that we are tucked away in a neighborhood but still very close to downtown Saratoga Springs. We've had to call in for packages that have been left in front of the building but when we call in it's never an issue getting ahold of someone to go out and retrieve them. We enjoy staying here and can't say enough good things about Northshore Apartments!

Excellent community, all areas very clean. The service at the leasing office was very good. A place I highly recommend.

Truly we had the best time living here. Management was really great and also the maintenance team was very very friendly and fast. After living here almost 3 years, there was only 2 “bad” experiences. 1, is how dirty the hallways get, I think some cameras in the hallways could help fix the problem of residents being so lazy that they leave their trash bags in the staircase making the hallways smell awful, I honestly think some having a fine should help get rid of this problem. Another one was the amount of poop that residents would not pick up. I think taking dna poop sample from the dogs could help fix this issue, being able to pin point the apartment of who is being lazy, if people don’t pick up after their dog, then don’t have a dog. But overall we truly enjoyed our time here. We are grateful! We will miss Fernando from maintenance, he truly was such amazing person, and cares for the residents.

Easy to move in, and the office staff were amazing!! The apartment was in good condition, for the most part, but there were some things not quite as clean as we would have liked.

Kierra was extremely helpful with helping me find my apartment needs. She gave such a good tour and was so kind, helpful, and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend!

The staff is very friendly and helpful! I have lived here since 2023 and have never had any issues. I look forward to another year here.

The best consultants. The best community. So nice clubhouse

My son and I have lived here for almost 2 years. We moved from out of state and did everything on line. When we turn in any request it is care of in a timely manner. On the 1/3 I turned an about 4 maintenance request for a few things in an our apartment. Wow, all of them were taken care of except for the refrigerator filter, all in the same day. The gentleman (a new team member) said he would tell his supervisor and get one this coming week. This is how Janice, runs her amazing staff! There are all very kind and very helpful. I recently had cancer surgery and they even sent an amazing care package. I don’t know of any other place so this. If you are looking for a new place to live check these out. We have been really happy here.

I am on my second lease now and absolutely love the management at Northshore! Jeanice (The head manager) is absolutely the sweetest and always doing her best to make sure things are completed promptly on her end, Gunner is always on top of his A game, and Kierra makes sure things go smoothly! They are an amazing team together! Whenever I’ve had a question or concern they are always quick to respond and go above and beyond to accommodate me whenever or however needed. When moving to a new location in the community on the bottom floor they did their best to make sure things went without a hitch and were amazing through the whole process. The move out fees weren’t bad like some other reviews have claimed and I’ve been vigilant to be considerate of my neighbors, the sound coming from my apartment and the time frames that we are making noise. In general if you’re a decent person that is considerate of your neighbors and managements time, you’ll love living here. I’d have to say there are some terrible reviews that are simply due to the fact that some people struggle with a sense of entitlement and lack of respect for others. Management will host community events at least once a month for the residents where they provide free food, gifts and activities for the kids, and are even considerate of the fur babies that live within the community. Also I have to say that our community is maintained by the best maintenance crew and they do a wonderful job getting things cleaned up and fixed as soon as there is any issues or messes! They are always smiling and waving as they go about their work day! I love it here!

Kierra was so helpful with getting my application submitted and giving me information about the community. Gunnar was very helpful with everything with the move in process and getting settled into my new home! Northshore was very accommodating and very welcoming! They made sure I had everything I need and made sure I was comfortable! The apartments itself are very nice as well! Highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking to move into an apartment in the area! They’ll take good care of you!

We have had an amazing experience working with Northshore to get into our new apartment. The entire process from application to move in was efficient and easy. Kierra in the front office has gone above and beyond working with our traveling schedule this summer. She has come through in every way! She made sure we had needed forms and paperwork and then continued communication to ensure our move in and set up was successful. Everyone at Northshore was helpful and competent👍

I recently move here and I had some trouble while doing my application and the office team help me through everything with professionalism and understanding I couldn’t have asked for more and one person that helped out the most was Mr.Garner

I lived here for 18 months in a large apartment on the first floor. Very spacious, very quiet and safe place. The condominium offers a very spacious luxury lounge where you can hold your parties with elegance. The pool is huge and very clean, as well as the jacuzzi. There is a playground for children to play as they please. There is a mail room where you can receive your packages safely. If you need to request a repair in your apartment, they are ready to assist you. The office attendants are always ready to serve you with politeness and friendliness. I'm just moving because I'm going to live in a house closer to my daughter's school. More I loved living here during this entire period. And I recommend this condominium. Very good!

Gunnar and the staff have been extremely helpful and supportive during my process of renting and moving into my new apartment. I'm new to apartment living so I’ve had a lot of questions and they’ve been there at every turn. They’ve made me feel extremely welcome as a new resident to Northshore. My apartment is beautiful and I’m absolutely thrilled with it.

We just moved into these apartments and so far we really enjoy it. The staff here at Northshore treats us well. We had Kierra as our representative and she did amazing! She went above and beyond for us and made our move in smooth and easy. Highly recommend this place!!

Northshore apartments are amazing, we have been here for over a year now. The previous management that was here is nothing compared to the new team. Jeanice and Gunner show interest in their tenants. There are awesome amenities that are easily accessible and there are trails to explore around the lake and the jordan river. They are pet-friendly and have fun events almost monthly.

My wife and I moved to UT from NJ and this was our first choice and we do not regret it! The whole application process was very easy and straightforward, we were fortunate there was an apartment to move in asap and it was more than ready! Staff are really friendly and helpful and so far we love living here! Last but not least the price is very affordable for such a great apartment with amenities.

Northshore Apartments is a clean place and very well kept. Tom Elliott was very helpful and informative with the question I had. Tom does a great job looking after the apartment complex.

We have really enjoyed living here. The front desk is easy to communicate with and very friendly. The maintenance staff is absolutely amazing! We had a problem with our water heater one morning, Tom and Wes had everything taken care of and fixed within 20 minutes. Overall we’ve had a good experience and would recommend living here!

So far the experience and the help management has provided has been excellent gunner has been really helpful with all of my questions and have given proper answers.

Recently moved here from Florida, without seeing the apartment or location first. Gunnar and everyone in the office was super helpful answering all my questions and moving the leasing process along. The apartment is great and location is great, and have had nothing but a positive experience so far.

Me and my girlfriend moved into this apartment complex recently. We’ve been here about two months and out of those two months any issues that we’ve had whatsoever the Northshore team has bent over backwards for us. Gunnar in the front office has been extremely helpful and understanding of any issues that we’ve had in our apartment and has gotten them taken care of immediately. The maintenance supervisor Tim has been the same exact way. Tim is extremely caring and checks up every time I see him in passing and making sure everything in our apartment is running great and if there’s anything he can help me with. If you ever need any help from the staff, Gunnar and Tim are your guys!

Great apartment complex. Maintenance has always been same day to fix any issues we've had. I've lived in several complexes in multiple states and Jeanice is our favorite community manager that we've had. leasing and staff are extremely nice and communicative. Truly a great community with genuine people, you don't see that often.

The maintenance supervisor Tom has been fantastic while being at Northshore. Anytime I need something he very quick to get it fixed and if he can't he will have a vendor come out and makes sure to communicate with me. He makes being at Northshore a great experience.

Me and my husband decided to come take a look and the apartments here and fell in love and we just moved in and I have nothing but good things to say Gunnar was the one who showed me and my mom around the complex and was super informative and could answer any questions we had, and still is helping me with any questions or concerns! I would 100% recommend living here!

Well, Some weeks ago I was looking for place to live and I tried many places until my wife find this place. Since day one we start texting with Gunnar he was very professional and friendly and that is so valuable for me and my family and he take us to all the processes to rent in Northshore Apartments. I Highly Recommend.
