Breathtaking. The sanctuary is a standout against every other apartment weve toured over the past few days. The biggest take away was the overall feeling the complex exudes. The lighting, the sound of water everywhere, the decor and material used. It's genuinely relaxing. We had a wonderful tour with David today as he was very knowledgeable, showed us several different options and answered all of our questions with a smile. Thank you again David!

The reviews here speak for themselves, I’ve been living here for a week now (moved from Terra Vista) and I’m blown away by the attention to detail, remarkable hospitality, and the level of focus that went into creating this complex. What a breath of fresh air! Staff has been amazing, I worked with Hannah and she made the whole process so easy and is always there when we have questions. Everyone I’ve met, both staff and residents, are clearly a level up — best in all of Utah hands down!

The staff here made moving in super easy. Take a tour and you will love this place.

They are professional, responsive, and truly care about the residents at their property. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful community with an amazing management team.

I worked with Madi and she showed me and my wife around the apartments. She was the best. She was no pushy, laid it all out and no hidden agenda. We went through an absolute amazing tour. We couldn’t believe this place exists in Utah. Its brand new and still under construction but not very noticeable and will be finished soon. It’s like walking into another country in Europe. The people who built this place knew exactly what they were trying to accomplish and did a phenomenal job. Attention to every detail and has everything we could ever ask for in a new apartment and more! Thanks Madi and can’t recommend this place enough.

I toured, I signed, I brought everyone I know back to see it. The Sanctuary is unlike anything in Utah. There are places you visit and then there are places that stop you in your tracks and make you rethink what your standard of living actually looks like. The Sanctuary in Lehi is the second kind. I toured it, signed my lease, and have since brought what feels like every person in my life back through the doors because I genuinely cannot contain my excitement. I move in at the end of August, and it cannot come soon enough. The buildings are architecturally stunning. Not in a show off way, but in a deeply considered, beautifully executed way. Every detail, every finish, every design choice tells you that the people who built this place actually cared. I toured the full range of floor plans from the studios to the two bedroom, two and a half bath units, and I was equally impressed by every single one. The studios are some of the most intelligently laid out, spacious studios I have ever seen. The one bedroom I am moving into is bigger than the two bedroom, two bathroom apartment I have happily lived in for the past three years. Let that sink in. The amenities read like a luxury resort and then actually deliver on that promise. Saunas, steam rooms, a yoga studio, cabanas, a library featuring a mantel brought from overseas, retail spaces at the ground level. You genuinely never have to leave, and why would you want to. What I was not fully prepared for was how extraordinary the team would be. Maddie, Milena, David, Hannah, Atley, Sigifredo, and Caesar from maintenance have each been incredible to work with throughout this process. They are warm, present, and personable in a way that goes far beyond professional. They remember your name and the conversations you've had. They have welcomed me back with the same energy and care every single time I have returned with more people in tow, which has been often, because I keep bringing everyone I love to see this place. They have all been remarkably patient with me and I am so grateful for every one of them. The resident events reflect the same level of care. Horseback riding, a catered breakfast from Kneaders, a Bonsai Bai Me earth day experience. These are not passive amenities. They are active expressions of a team that wants to build a community worth being part of. And then you learn that when you sign your lease, they ask you whether you'd prefer red wine, white wine, or sparkling cider for your move-in gift basket. It is a small thing on paper, but it is the kind of thing that tells you exactly who you are dealing with. People who pay attention. People who genuinely care about the experience of the people they serve. I love my current apartment. Three years there have been wonderful. But it does not hold a candle to what The Sanctuary offers. Not in beauty, not in warmth, not in community, not in quality. Ten out of ten, without hesitation. This place is a sanctuary in every sense of the word. Go see it for yourself.

Easily the most impressive community I’ve ever seen. Design is breathtaking, and the leasing office is unbelievably helpful and responsive. One of the few truly luxury places to live in Utah.

Dave gave fantastic tour and the building is stunning - highly recommend! No brainer

Dave is the MVP! He is a genuine dude and is super welcoming and heartwarming. We arrived one day curious about what Sanctuary had to offer, a bit skeptical about this $400 amenity fee (tldr it covers like everything, like gas). Dave greeted us and treated us like family, showing us around the complex and pointing out the amazing amenities, and ones still being constructed. He answered every question like a pro and was very personable. You can tell he genuinely cares about Sanctuary, and im psyched to be moving there soon. The Good - Amenity fee is all encompassing. Legit all you'll pay for is renters insurance and electricity. - The architecture is stunning. If you want to live somewhere that aws people, this is the place. They have an old imported fire mantle and its pretty cool. - The views: Units built for the view of the mountains do not disappoint. They are breathtaking. - and more, honestly just go there and look. The bad - Coworking space is outsourced to some company named Havin, which is $100/month for residents. Its honestly not a very impressive workspace area as is. - Units showing availability past June in the new wing arent constructed, so double check when looking at the site map. - You have to pay for the coffee in the lobby. This was surprising actually, given the co-working spaces are outsourced. Given the bad, its the best place I found in Lehi, and I looked at over 20 places. Call and ask for Dave, but beware - you may end up signing a lease.

We (me and my dog) are not moved in yet but the service that we have received from Dave is exceptional! The facility, meaning the amenities and the apartments are awesome! I highly recommend them. I am sure all of the other staff are great but Dave has been an excellent asset and resource. We recommend him.

Once this place is complete and construction done, I have no doubt that this will be THE PLACE TO BE in Utah County....hell, Utah. I had a full slate of apartments to look at after seeing this place and it felt completely pointless once David showed me around Sanctuary. David was a great guide and gave an excellent tour. I signed up immediately.

This place let me speechless it is amazing and the staff is so friendly and kind David was incredibly sweet he gave us a tour of some of the property which is beautiful so many amenities. Have to say that the best part was how wonderful David was to us he made the place even more vibrant.

The leasing Manager, Davis Altman was AMAZING! His welcoming spirit, professionalism, and salesmanship was outstanding. I can’t wait to live at Sanctuary! It is unlike any property I’ve ever seen in Utah. The pool, balconies, reading room, gorgeous French quarter looking views, water features, reading rooms, gym, saunas, hot tubs, you name it! Thank you so much, David!

I cannot say enough good things about our experience working with Dave. He was incredibly genuine and went above and beyond to accommodate my wife and I, even when we requested last-minute viewings. At one point, he spent four hours personally helping us tour several different units to ensure we found the perfect fit. His patience and dedication made a normally stressful process feel seamless. Beyond the excellent service, the apartment complex itself is stunning. The amenities look gorgeous and are clearly well-maintained - we are excited to have an actual gas stove. If you are looking for a place that combines high-quality living with a management team that actually cares, I highly recommend checking this place out!

I had a great experience touring Sanctuary! The community is beautiful and the amenities are truly impressive. A huge thank you to the leasing manager, Dave, for being so incredibly patient and accommodating. He toured us around the property three separate times to make sure we had all the information we needed. Even though we walked in without an appointment for the first two visits, he made time for us. On our third visit—the same day we finally made an appointment—he still squeezed us in despite being busy with paperwork and other tours. His professionalism and willingness to go the extra mile made a huge difference. We are really looking forward to living here and are hoping for a hassle-free move-in! Highly recommend asking for Dave if you’re looking for a tour.

I had a fantastic tour with Sigifredo! The interior features are gorgeous with stunning views! To top it off, the resident event for the evening was chocolate tasting. What a fun experience!

The property is absolutely stunning, with thoughtful design and exceptional attention to detail throughout. The team is truly outstanding—both the leasing agents and management are warm, professional, and consistently go the extra mile to ensure ab informative and enjoyable experience. Their responsiveness and genuine care set a high standard. This community is easily one of the premier highlights of Utah County. While the images showcase only the first-floor common areas, the exterior, upper floors, and full range of amenities are equally breathtaking and impeccably maintained, creating a living environment that feels both elevated and welcoming.

I recently toured The Sanctuary Apartments and had a wonderful experience. The welcome tour was friendly, thorough, and made me feel truly valued as a guest. The team took the time to answer questions, highlight the community features, and make the visit feel personal rather than rushed. The property looked great, and overall it was an excellent first impression.

My husband and I toured this place today with Madison and she was the best and the place was beyond beautiful. We 100% are going to move there and everything was planned out perfectly. the pool on the skydeck, the gym, the sauna, ice baths, steam rooms, restaurants in the other buildings, etc. We are SO excited to move in and Madison was so knowledgeable, kind and so fun to help us get everything situated. We cannot wait to make this place our new home! We also love how much they appreciate feedback and suggestions although it pretty much is already perfect!

As an ex-travel nurse turned full-time flight nurse, I have lived in many apartments across the country, and The Sanctuary ranks #1 on the list. I decided to stay in Utah full time now and have been searching for the perfect place to meet all the expectations I have for a new apartment complex. The Sanctuary is THE place. The aesthetics are absolutely stunning, between the actual apartment itself and the additional amenities. You are super close to the highway, without any of the noise. I can open my sliding glass door and hear birds chirping while looking at a beautiful view of Timpanogos. Maddie was my leasing agent and I can't give her a high enough review on here. She was incredibly responsive, thoughtful, and kind. When I moved in, I had a very cool gift basket with wine, chocolate, and a super cute magnet pic of my dog Gracie. The rest of the leasing staff has been just as responsive. They make you feel like you matter and want to make sure your move-in goes as smooth as possible. They know you by name and care about your experience (which has been very hard to find at other complexes I've lived at here in Utah). I seriously can't recommend this complex enough, and although I've been here for just a couple weeks now, my experience here has far exceeded any other place I've lived in. You won't be disappointed. : )

Location: if you have to live in utah county, this place is ideally located off the freeway. it's close to grocery stores and traverse mountain. Staff: David, Sigifredo, Maddie, Hannah, Milena; all fantastic to work with. they respond quickly, make sure that the residents are happy and have their needs met. Building: cleanest, coolest apartment in utah. Interior: look at the pictures of the apartment. Cons: parts of the building are still partially under construction.

Sanctuary is out of this world. This feels more like a hotel that you get to live at 24/7. I referred my cousin to apply and Dave is a one stop shop. He helped him apply gave him recommendations for insurance helped with paper work. Iam so happy that I can refer my family to a greystar property and know that they and in good hands. The attention to detail that the staff provides feels more like concierge than office staff. I am so glad that my family has a place to stay and rest assured that he will be taken cared of. Thanks again Dave !!

My girlfriend and I did a tour with David. He made the experience so fun and enjoyable. The place is like a resort on steroids, it’s so incredibly nice! We’re definitely wanting to move in there. It has everything you could want for living. Highly recommend checking it out and definitely ask for David.
