Elk Run Apartments

Amo este lugar, y las muchachas en la oficina me agradan bastante, y siempre estoy agradecido por lo amable que son..... lo único malo es que este lugar es muy caro y pues soy un padre soltero y es muy difícil para mi pagar... Lo único que me molesta de este lugar es que nunca he podido usar mi balcón por que las palomas son dueñas del balcón y nadie ni nada puede sacarlas, me siento terrible con todo ese balcón cagado por las palomas y a veces mi hijo está enfermo y eso es por las palomas, me dicen que ponga búhos pero he puesto ya de todo y las palomas siguen tirando huevos y reproduciendose y tirando mas cacas y cacas y cacas, no se que hacer y tampoco la oficina no sabe que hacer.....

Elk Run has been our home for years. The complex is so pretty and close to the schools and parks. The office girls are always so kind. The guys keep the apartments nice.

Elk run is such a great apartment complex! I would recommend this property to anyone ! The units and property are very clean and spacious ! Maintence staff are very attentive and friendly ! The office staff is always very nice and professional ! Terci, Dawn and Wendy do a very amazing job at keeping the complex running very smooth and making it a great place to live !

Elk Run is simply amazing! The apartments are modern and spacious, with great amenities. The grounds are beautifully landscaped too. But what really stands out is the friendly staff - they go above and beyond. I'd give it 10 stars if I could! Highly recommended.

With Terci, Dawn and Kandis in the office, Luis, Yoandris and Hugo as the service staff you can't go wrong.They are all very professional. and dedicated in helping you have the best experience possible renting your new apartment home. They are also upgrading some of the apartments with new Granite countertops, doors and appliances.

This place is the best apartment that I have lived at and the only place I have ever renewed a lease. The office staff is always friendly and will work with you regarding any issues you may have. It's not a luxury apartment, but it's not meant to be. It's kind of a hideaway from the busy parts of town and a true place to come home and relax. Elk Run truly knows how to run an apartment complex!

I recently moved into this apartment complex and I am extremely happy with my decision. The staff is friendly and always willing to help with any issues that arise. The grounds are well maintained and the amenities are top- notch. The location is also great, with easy access to shopping and dining options. Overall, I will recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a comfortable place and convenient place to call home.

The young ladies in the front office were very helpful and kind.

Lived here for years, I absolutely love this place! The staff are so friendly, and the grounds guys are great as well. When the snow starts sticking, they are here, shoveling it away and getting the grounds salted so that everyone can get to their vehicles and can walk outside with ease! Speaking of snow, the giant hill by one of the playgrounds has proven time and time again for the kids to enjoy all day long! And when it came to repairs, they almost always send someone that day to come and fix it for me.

Beautiful place to live. Office ladies are great to deal with. Always so nice and willing to help. Maintenance has been very responsive for any issues. The property is clean and very well maintained.

We are I-Stone Granite & Quartz and install the countertops for Elk Run apartments. The very friendly staff and maintenance crews are very attentive to the quality of their apartments. They are constantly working to upgrade each unit and ensure their occupants are happy and comfortable in their homes. The office managers are the best to work with.

I lived here for 4 years before buying my house. I love living there it was such a nice place to live. Tercie and Luis are super awesome!! They were always so helpful and friendly!

Elk Run is an amazing apartment complex, Terci and the rest of her office staff are very welcoming and make you feel right at home! If you are looking to rent in the Magna area this is place to go!

Management and maintenance are awesome here at Elk Run Apartments, I have always had a good experience with both of them. The properly is always kept so clean and Management is always willing to help me with questions or any problems I have ! Thank for everything !

We lived at Elk Run for 3 years (moved because of a job change), and I really appreciated how family-friendly the complex is. Their resident appreciation week every July is awesome, and it's great having 2 playgrounds in the complex, as well as a park and the elementary school across the street as well. Where I lived in the complex, it was pretty quiet too. The management was really great to work with, and repairs were usually done in a timely fashion (there were a couple of times that repairs weren't made super fast, like with a leaky window and a broken dishwasher), but when I followed up, they were really apologetic and sent someone right over. It's a large complex, so I can see how their maintenance crew can get backed up on work orders, and I feel like it's really the resident's responsibility to follow up if needed instead of sitting around and complaining. ;) They usually have treats for the kids, and things like coloring contests every so often, and free school supplies available at the start of the school year as well. All in all, we were pretty happy living in Elk Run.

I LOVE living at Elk Run! Terci and the rest of the office staff are wonderful! The grounds are clean and I always feel safe. I love that there is a security guard and cameras, to ensure everyone is protected. I enjoy the activities that take place in the summer. I feel at home here! Would definitely recommend!

We have lived here for a year and have been treated very well. We are having to move out slightly before our lease is up and the management has been very understanding and helpful. We have enjoyed the pool in the summer and sledding down the hills in the winter. It's a great place to live.

I've been here almost two years and we absolutely love it here. My family and I couldn't be more amazed at a wonderful home to have. Beautiful place, and super friendly environment. No issues and absolutely love living here. We moved from outta state and even with a yucky past, I have been treated with the best respect. Everyone who works here smiles and says hello daily. Great place indeed.

Terci and Dawn were wonderful and helpful. We rented 3 of their apartments and could not be more pleased with the service and apartments! The apartments were clean and well maintained. Terci and Dawn were willing to help with the little and the big things (batteries for smoke detectors in the office to helping with our furniture deliveries). We could not be more pleased.

I personally love it here, I have lived here well over a year. They are always locking the gates, and the cameras work and I know they do. This place is amazing and if some idiot that can't lock his car doors, well then he never deserved to live here in the first place. The office people are amazing and so are the maintenance. I tell them an issue and it's fixed in no time. The land is great for kids to play and the whole space is beautiful.
