    Safety

    It was a wonderful experience living for about 2 years at this nice place. The unit 2bed 1bath was pretty confortable for me. An awesome view, relax place and super safety. I’m so happy and thankful about Ms. Lori, who is an amazing and professional manager. Thank you so much for all you did during my staying on there. I had to move to another city, so I totally recommend this place for living a long time. God bless you 🙏😍❤️

    Maintenance

    Coppertree apartments has by far been the BEST complex I have ever lived in. Anytime I've asked for things to be fixed or replaced the response times has been amazing. In other complexes, I've had too wait for at least a week. Not at coppertree! If I was not moving our of state, I don't see me ever leaving. Rent is aforable and size is unbeatable. Lori and Josh has made my last renting experience memorable!

    Maintenance

    We moved to Utah from out of state and were very nervous about renting an apartment without seeing it first. However, this complex exceeded our expectations! Lori was SO great to work with and made the transition very smooth. Josh was on top of any maintenance needs we had. Our fridge started making a loud banging noise and with the help of Lori and Josh we were able to get a new one within a day! The rent was very affordable and we loved our neighbors! It’s a super great place to live!

    In January of 2021 I moved to Utah for my job and this was my first time living alone without roommates. From the time I first spoke with Lori on the phone inquiring about an apartment to getting my keys, it was truly a blessing. Anytime I had questions concerns or needed any type of help my my apartment. Lori was extremely help and got back to me instantly! Also the handy men that were around were extremely wonderful and kind. Lori made this pivotal point in transition so wonderful and so easy she truly made me feel welcomed. I recommend these apartments whole heartedly they are beautiful, well kept, and extremely wonderful with all the amenities they offer!
