The community is nice, the office staff is always professional, and maintenance requests are handled quickly. It’s a comfortable and welcoming place to live!

Ashlyn has always been so helpful since I’ve been living here for past two years. She help me in when I needed to move buildings and she was on top of it making sure I was okay. I love living here all the ladies in the office are so sweet.

Ashlyn and Aliya were helpful through the process and helping us understand everything. The apartment has been okay our first week, a few things like wall patches/ paint can be improved.

Just got back from the tour and applied immediately. Aaliyah gave us the best tour we have ever had. We move in on Saturday!

I have recently just moved in, and have loved the whole experience. The amenities are amazing and so is the staff and leasing department. The property manager, Lindsey has made the whole experience seamless and smooth, she has provided amazing customer service. So happy to be living here for the foreseeable future!

They have been very helpful with some small simple fixes. The management has went above and beyond with helping us getting moved over to a townhome. The staff is friendly and welcoming anytime we go into the office.

We just moved here from California and theses apartments have been by far the best I’ve lived in since we moved to Utah. Property is very clean and so love how there no squatters in the area and neighbors are so friendly. Leasing ppl are so nice maintenance Manuel is so nice.

It’s been wonderful working with this leasing office since I’ve moved in! Had some issues with getting packages but was wonderfully handled in a timely manner. The apartment is beautiful and it’s so quiet it’s a great place for families to feel warm, welcomed, and well at home.

Huge thanks to Ashlyn and the entire leasing office team for making my move-in experience amazing! Everyone in the front office has been super friendly, professional, and always willing to help with anything I’ve needed. Ashlyn made the whole process smooth and stress-free, and the rest of the team has been just as awesome with their support. I also want to give a shoutout to the maintenance crew I had an issue with my balcony door, and they came out the very next day to fix it. Great service all around and a great community to call home!

We moved to Utah from California 2 years ago into Valley View. Starting from the tour and the application process the management team was spectacular! Once our first lease was up we upgraded to a 3 bedroom due to baby being on the way, the transition was amazing. There were some hiccups with the cleaning company but management made sure to make it right. They have been nothing but helpful, supportive, friendly, welcoming, and easy to talk to regarding a y questions, observations, or maintenance requests we may have. They make us feel like we belong here. They know our entire family and always welcome us with big smiles when we walk to the office and clubhouse. Many thank yous and appreciation to management and maintenance, you guys are terrific, thank you for everything you do!

These apartments are very nice, very modern, just what I was looking for such a great price! The office staff are kind and respond quickly, so far there isn’t anything I’ve had issues with but parking is very limited. My favorite amenity is the gym which has a kids playroom to keep an eye on my child while I work out. Definitely recommend!

We have been here 2 years in May, and we love it here. It is pricey, and some things are a little crazy at times (parking, crazy kids egging the hallways), but management and maintenance have always been very quick with handling any issues we have had! This apartment has been an amazing home, I have never really had an issue with bugs/rodents ( I found one black widow in the garage, we killed it and haven’t seen anything since) we did unfortunately decide not to renew our lease, it is a bit expensive if you have long term goals of saving to buy a house, and we wanted a shorter term lease, but believe me when i say if we could stay we would, it’s home. :)

I have lived here for about 4 months and have really loved it. The unit is beautiful with a super functional kitchen. My kids are so happy they each have a walk in closet which is so rare to find in an apartment. The valet trash service is so convenient and everyone I’ve met so far on the staff have been super friendly and helpful. At my old apartment I used to have packages lost or delivered to the wrong place all the time so the parcel lockers here have been AMAZING. Highly recommend Valley View.

Ashlyn has been super friendly and helpful during this process. She was super prompt and addressed all of issues and concerns in a timely manner!

I signed a lease in December of 2024 and I can ,so far, say that I love it here. Admin is extremely friendly and proactive. Ashlyn is especially helpful! We had one issue with the closet and the maintenance crew took care of it swiftly. I always see them in their cart on the move to get some work done. I have also seen in the early morning, the cleaning up of dog feces, ( which should be the responsibility of the owners!) but they do a great job of keeping the area clean and safe. The apartment building is always so clean and smells amazing, which I have yet to figure out how it smells so good all the time! The amenities are great, 24hour access to a well equipped gym with a private play area for kids. I will say, I don't think the television works in the gym, but I gave up after trying once, so I can't really say if it works or not. The parking can be a challenge, if you don't a have a garage, so I suggest getting one. The apartments themselves are really great, I love the bedrooms sizes and the layout. The kitchen is my favorite feature of the entire apartment, it is large and has a great look and feel. The balcony is a great size and I have a nice view of the mountains. The only gripe I have is that I can sometimes hear the stomping of upstairs neighbors and suspect my neighbor downstairs can hear mine, but that is to be expected. Overall, I am glad we chose this apartment complex.

We’ve been in this complex for about 2 months, signed a lease though in December 2024. Since then, the service has been great from both the leasing manager, agents, assistants and maintenance. We’ve also spent some time on campus with them and the culture that we see is good. Service from maintenance is timely and done well. Communication is good and kind. Currently no complaints.
