The staff, Janelle and Jackie are so friendly and helpful. They are the best and go the extra mile to help me feel comfortable at a stressful time while moving. I highly recommend this place and these two women. I just renewed my lease with Linden Hill after a year because the experience living here has been the best....it's safe, quiet, friendly and incident free. The management, specifically Janel and Jackie are careing and very professional and more than willing to help me in any way possible...I love the place I have not had any issues with the facilities here and have not had any towing issues. I believe as long as you follow the guidelines clearly specified in lease you will avoid any issues. Additionally, the maintenance team has responded to my request also immediately and are very helpful.

Janel and Jackie are the best. Seriously mean it when I say they’re the best managers we ever had. The apartment worked for us, if you have a lot of stuff I recommend getting a bigger unit. Ours was nice, we had a few little things with build quality( walls bowed, paint bubbles in random spots in the walls, closet doors rubbing, the back door blinds don’t do well with the handles they have for the outside patio door). that’s honestly the only things and that’s on the builders.

I’ve had a really positive experience living here, and a big part of that is thanks to Janel in the leasing office. She consistently goes above and beyond for residents and truly cares about the property. Whether it’s helping with concerns or just being available when needed, she’s always kind, professional, and helpful. It’s rare to find someone who puts in that much effort, and it’s very appreciated.

I've lived here for several months now and have a good idea of what living at the complex is like. First and foremost, this apartment complex has a lot of family friendly policies that I really appreciate. For example, smoking/vaping in the apartments or on the property in general is not permitted. The layout of the buildings is more akin to a hotel layout with your apartment front door being accessed from a main inner hallway. Since a tag is required to get into the building itself, it gives you a greater sense of security. The downside to this is for packages to be dropped off at your door, you have to send it to a third party company (Fetch) to receive your package and then you must schedule a time for them to drop it off. This essentially eliminates food items from being dropped off at your doorstep. While Fetch's delivery service is much faster than I'd anticipated (and for the record, I have never had an issue with them) I personally don't like having a middle man between me and my purchases. It's essentially another potential failure point if something weren't to turn up. The other downsides to have your front door accessible a common hallway is that it forces you to be actively present to let family and friends into the main building. Secondly, noise from the common hallway can be heard throughout both day and night. My first month living here was particularly difficult for me. It just takes one person carelessly on a phone call walking in late to keep you up. For this reason, I'm glad I don't live on the main floor where foot traffic is unavoidable. Now I've learned it really helps to have your bedroom door closed to reduce noise as I try to sleep. This place for the most part is wheelchair accessible, which is great for me since I'm partly impaired and have a brother who is fully handicap. However, if the power goes out or if the elevator has issues (each building only has one elevator), you won't be able to access the upper floors. Pertaining to the culture, I like it here. People seem friendly and generally speaking kind. Generally speaking, I think people try to be aware of the amount of noise they make. If not, you can call security to address any issues that arise. The hallway on my floor consistently has a really bizarre smell that is truly awful. I'm not sure if it is some kind of drug or someone's awful cooking that produces that scent. When I leave for work in the morning, it's not present. Thankfully it doesn't permeate into my personal apartment, so I've never complained to management about it. Linden Hill is headed up by Jacky and Janel, who I really like working with. The day I was moving in, Jacky had to take care of another important matter before I could get the key from her. While not ideal, she was quick to inform me of the situation so I knew what to expect. I really appreciated that. Most importantly, to address pricing... The baseline price feels high, but then you realize there are fees on top of that to maintain the common spaces and grounds, plus fees for utilities, parking passes, etc. By the time everything is added up, it's likely going to be an additional hundred dollars or more of living costs. That being said, I think generally speaking, housing costs everywhere are ridiculously high, and I can say Linden Hill doesn't feel like a ripoff once you've gotten settled in. All in all, I give Linden Hills a five out of five star review. Is it perfect? No. However, the location is amazing. Our parking lot literally connects up to the back of the Walmart parking lot. Lots of restaurants are located nearby, and I like having a balcony that overlooks the valley. The floor layouts are great and I love having a personal washer/dryer. As I mentioned earlier, management is great, and the common areas are nice (swimming pool, hot tub, workout room, a common room with pool table/etc. and grills for BBQs). Thank you Linden Hill for letting me live here. It's been great.

I love this apartment complex and I love how close it is to everything and the office staff is amazing! They are always there to answer any questions that you might have. They’re very knowledgeable and they’re very helpful in getting things resolved quickly. If there is an issue. I’ve lived here over a year and In that time, I’ve only had three minor issues that were repaired The same day. Jacky and Janel in the office Really care about their tenants and they really care about making sure that everyone is enjoying where they live!

Linden Hills have given me a place to call home. I've been happy with the bigger windows for more natural light and the open space giving the feel of being more open for my freedom. The parking deal to honest, could get better as they are working with it to find a happy medium. On a personal note managers, Jackie & Janet have been helpful and friendly to both me and my brother. They have patiently going out of their way to ensure that our questions are answered. Linden Hills also has a dope pool room with BBQ equipment ill be taking time to enjoy soon with family. Over all places cant be perfect but I will say I have been happy with my place of living I hope to keep it rollin as much as I can!!!!.

Great community, very helpful staff, Janel the manger lives on site and is always working ( does she ever rest?). She answered my email when she was on vacation in Mexico. Clean, quite, great for working adults that are responsible. Rules are inforced.

I have lived at Linden Hill for over a year now and just renewed my lease. It is amazing here. The Manager Janelle is always there when you need her. My work orders are always done within a day or two. The community is clean and nice. I have lived in apartments my whole life and I can honestly say that this is the best Management I have ever had. There is a Newsletter every month and emails to keep you informed of everything. The rules are enforced and I personally love that. There maybe some reviews that say bad things but most likely they are the problem and not the staff. Follow the rules and you will love it here. I will stay as long as the Management keeps this property running like it is. Good job Janelle, Jackie, Luis and other maintenance guy. Sorry I don’t know his name. Your guys all rock.

Linden Hill Apartments is an amazing place to call home! With all those great amenities – from the pool and hot tub to the rooftop patio and play areas – it is a perfect spot for relaxation and fun. Plus, the proximity to downtown Salt Lake City and convenient access to key spots like the airport, fast food, Walmart and Smith's make it even more appealing. A staff that genuinely cares about the community is definitely a huge bonus. If you're in the market for an apartment, Linden Hill Apartments is a solid choice.

I’ve been here for almost a year now and I gotta say I’ve loved the experience. Janel is an amazing landlord! Janel and her team all work very hard to keep us happy and satisfied around here and I couldn’t appreciate that more. I’m only doing 4 starts for one reason and it’s the guest parking situation, it would be nice if there were guest parking spots without needing to get them a pass but I do understand more people are moving in here. That my only thing with at bugs me a little with living here but other than that it’s amazing. I’d recommend looking into living here it’s an all around great place!

We’ve been residents of Linden Hill for nearly a year, and the experience has exceeded our expectations. The management team is exceptionally responsive, and Janel and Jacky are truly outstanding—professional, attentive, and a pleasure to work with. We’re especially excited to be moving into a top-floor residence with even more breathtaking views.The community itself offers a peaceful, refined atmosphere that we genuinely appreciate. Everyday conveniences—including Walmart, restaurants, and coffee shops—are just a short walk away, adding to the ease of living here. While I was initially unsure about the delivery service, it has proven to be seamless and incredibly convenient.The in-unit GE smart washer and dryer are a true luxury and have completely spoiled me. The views are already stunning, and we’re very much looking forward to enjoying even more spectacular scenery from our new home.

After a full year living here, I can confidently say the experience has stayed solid. The professionalism I noted during the move-in wasn't just first impressions. It's been consistent. Questions get answered, issues get addressed, and the team genuinely seems to care about keeping things running smoothly. That kind of stability is rare The gym is great and the location is good!

I've lived here for a year now and have signed another 12 months. The place is pretty nice. Whenever I've had an issue, it's been fixed the same day so far. The staff are extremely nice to me. Parking is strict here, but I've moved a lot, and I've seen the other side of parking when it's not enforced, and I prefer this. Everyone in my building is chill. Got a good deal when I moved in and when I resigned, and the internet is very good. As long as you talk to the staff and read the rules, you will have a great time here.

Me and my partner have been here for a year now and have had an amazing time! were in the D Building facing Salt Lake City and the view is amazing! sunrise and sunsets make the mountains look beautiful! the units are that modern white a gray esthetic so prepare to add some of your own personality to make it feel like home! Janel and Jacky at the front office are super easy to work with and they really go out of their way to help in any way they can. The maintenance guy with the big beard is super friendly and the 3 times we had to put in a work order it was fixed within a couple days. we enjoyed it enough to stay another year! Cons: These are not really complaints but more so info you should know to make a choice about living here or not. These are subjective but facts to consider 1. Elevators - Technology isn't perfect and our elevator has gone non responsive a couple times since moving in but they have tweaked it and updated it and I can say the past couple months we havnt had issues with it. 2. Build quality - the units are not perfect. Let's face it apartments are being built everywhere and timelines are more important than quality. if you want a perfect place with no flaws? All i have to say is good luck! we had issues with a drawer face falling off put the work order in and it got fixed, our closet doors weren't drilled in right causing it to fall out. put a work order in and within days it was fixed. Its not the leasing office fault the construction workers didn't do a perfect job just saying 🤷🏻. 2. Parking - it's not perfect but it's faaaaar better than the last apartment we were at! we live in building D so there's plenty of parking around the building with 2 entrances on each side. we also pay for a spot incase it gets bad but its more so been used for avoiding rain or snow. with some new changes coming soon we might just use it as a visitor parking for our friends 3. The Mail - ive seen some bad reviews about the mail and how it's not allowed here?? Also see packages left outside our building. I dont know where that info came from but the property uses Fetch for any online shopping and a mail room for any USPS mail you receive. Fetch literally has someone bring your package up to your door. you choose a time slot for it! how thats a negative for some people is beyond me! they're also working on making it applicable with groceries soon which will be a game changer! 4. Alley Waste - I use to work for a similar company a long time ago and here is why sometimes you'll hate it. if someone who's assigned our property decides to call in last minute and they can't find a replacement were not going to get serviced. the time slot is 6-8pm to put out the trash. if the guy servicing our property is the "backup" he might get here at 6pm and start his route early and if you put out your trash at 730pm it might not get picked up. I know! its stupid and if were paying for the service it should be done! but from my experience the best way to make a difference is to tell the leasing office every time your trash is being missed and an email gets sent to the manager of our area and he'll let the guy servicing our property know to make sure to grab your unit! its not perfect and you can't opt out of it but it is nice to not have to walk out to a dumpster everyday Amenities Utility Bill - yes the gas for the fire pits and grills. the light around the pool and the water being used is split between all Tenants. I looked it up and it's legal. it does suck not having say in how much those things are being used but it's never been more than $90. at our last place it would range from 150-180. you do need to set an appointment to use some of the amenities which at surface level does suck but honestly its a necessary evil to keep the Amenities Utilities Low as well as making sure that the people using it actually live here! I hope this helps you with your choice to live here. it's not perfect but we love it here! Rent is getting out of hand everywhere and it's been a Great Value to live here! Highly Recommend!

Me and my partner have loved living at Linden Hill Apartments! It's been such a peaceful and comfortable place to call home that we've decided to renew our lease. The managers are super understanding and easy to communicate with. The maintenance has been very helpful and quick to get things fixed after putting a work order in. Packages are easy and secure to receive through the Fetch app, And the location is perfect for getting to either Tooele or Salt Lake, which makes commuting really convenient. Our neighbors are friendly and the community feels calm and welcoming. There's also plenty of parking which is a huge deal for us as our last apartment charged almost $200 a month for a spot and the rent is very affordable for the current housing market. Overall, we've had an amazing experience living here and would definitely recommend Linden Hill to anyone looking for a nice, stress-free place to live!

Linden Hill is the best place you can live at the 2 ladies at the office Jackie & Janel are literally the sweetest down to earth people I’ve ever met they understand the ruff and up sides about life I couldn’t never ever ask for better people they are the sweetest people you’ll meet and I’ve enjoyed my almost whole year here I’m truly hoping I can continue living here and I can’t express how truly grateful I am to be here again I can’t express how amazing and wonderful Jackie and Janel are they the best you could ever ask for

I've been here for about 7 months now and the management is great. The apartments are kept clean and They take care of anything you need super fast. I've loved living in this apartment so far. The only downside is the pricing for these apts. I moved here thinking I'd be saving myself some money from my last place but it's honestly been a struggle to even pay the rent as a single mom. I have a 1bedroom 1 den and pay 1760/ month and that's not including utilities. It's a very nice place if you can afford it. I saw prices are way cheaper for new residents which is kind of unfair but if you can afford it it's a very good place to live unfortunately I probably won't be renewing my lease due to only the price like I said everything else here is amazing.

I lived here for a year, and it was great for me. Jackie is great and Janel goes above and beyond to support any need you have, very good staff and service, didn't have any problem at all.

Janel and her wonderful team are all always there to help. I appreciate their friendliness, professionalism, and timely response when we have a question or seek maintenance help. We have already decided to renew our lease for another year or so.

I’ve lived at Linden Hill for nearly a year now and wanted to post an update to my previous review. The property has been very consistent in maintaining a clean, attractive, and well-kept community, and I’ve really appreciated the continued updates to the amenities. Just as importantly, the staff has been an absolute pleasure to work with. Any time a concern or issue has come up, it’s been handled directly, promptly, and professionally. That kind of responsiveness goes a long way. This is the first apartment community I’ve lived in where I genuinely feel valued—not just like another tenant, but like part of the community. Huge credit to Jacky and Janel for creating such a positive experience. The maintenance staff Luis and Alex have been helpful and addressed all of my maintenance concerns. They are also always cordial and kind when passing in the halls. I have nothing but great things to say about the staff and the way Linden Hill is run. Highly recommend.

I can say my experience here was amazing. The staff were truly amazing & I didn’t have any problems living here. Janel was amazing living under as our property manager. They do fun things to bring us together like game nights. They also recently did something fun where they gave gift cards for the best door decorations for Christmas. If you’re looking for a new modern look & great management this is your place. My favorite thing was the window in the master bedroom & the fridge ahaha. I just feel a place is great when the management is great. & if you have any issues they make sure to fix them right away (which can be hard to find in apartment complexes). Last thing I must say is THEY ARE VERY COMMUNICATIVE they send monthly news letters & let you know what will be going on as a need to know. Never had an issue with my car being towed. Honestly, the best place I’ve lived since I’ve been on my own. Thanks Linden hills for a great rental experience!

My husband, daughters and I moved to Linden Hill apartments around May of this year and from the start up until now she has been wonderful! From the first time she showed us the units and found the perfect one for us. She’s great at answering all our questions/concerns as well as willing to help us after hours such as responding to my emails Janel is truly great! & we are thankful for such great management 🩷

Wanted to say that living in this apartment complex have been a blessing, affordable price , Nice cleaning staff during the week, also when it rains we don’t have to go to dumpster to trow our own trash we have a someone that comes on a daily basis and grabs it..maintenance team is always around and a phone call away if ever needed in emergency. Some would say that there’s never people in the office but there is. Other ways to comunícate Either phone call away or by email is how they answer.. Many would complain about parking and blame the management team which is out of there hands. This team here at linden hills apt have been more than professionals. Many will write differently on reviews just to cause they don’t have the nuggets to say in management face. Management has been more than welcoming and professionalism an gone out there way to make us feel like home in this complex… May God continue to bless them and guide them …

Our tour guide was great and answered all of our questions. We are definitely considering moving here, not just because of the great amenities but also how friendly everyone treated us.

Linden Hills is amazing! Management has been nothing but accommodating to my family and I. Jackie is amazing and Janel treats us like family. I have no complaints for the most part besides excessive towing and how bad the bugs (ants, fire bugs & elm bugs) are in the summer (doesn’t help that I also have a bad phobia of bugs). I wish the apartments could get sprayed inside and out by pest control instead of regular bug spray for inside. Otherwise it’s been amazing. I would say anyone who has a lot more complaints aren’t paying attention to what the rules are here or reading their emails. I was their first tenant and have had no issues within my apartment itself either. They take everything seriously when brought to their attention. I would 100% recommend living here!

The office staff, Jacky and Janel, are amazing to work with. They are so quick to help and answer any questions or issues that I’ve had and get them addressed in a timely manner. The maintenance crew is so kind and easy to work with.

What a wonderful place to live. The management and maintenance are top notch. They are quick to assist with any issues you have and happy to provide parking passes for friends. Anything maintenance needed it is done same day. Manager stays late to work around my schedule. Jackie is super sweet and always inviting. Luis and Alex get your work orders done same day. The grounds are clean. What a wonderful place to live. And their game night was so much fun. Bingo with gift cards and all the pizza I could eat. I have lived in so many places over the years but this place is the absolute best place I have ever lived at and plan to stay as long as my job has me here. You can not go wrong. Best staff ever.

We have loved living here! The management team is fantastic. They are incredibly kind and helpful and they are quick to solve any issues. Our kids love going to the office, just to visit them! The apartments are beautiful and spacious. We have also enjoyed the amenities that the complex offers. I highly recommend choosing to live here.

I’ve been living at Linden Hill Apartments for almost a year and i've had a great experience with the parking situation at Linden Hill. There’s plenty of space available and I’ve never had trouble finding a spot. The lot is well-maintained with security patroling and well-lit at night, which adds a layer of security and peace of mind. But as you may have read about Guest parking complication. I have found it easy to navigate (AS LONG AS YOU GO IN TO THE OFFICE & DISCUSS ABOUT IT ). The ladies at the office are very nice, helpful and have helped instruct the best way to maneuver for guest parking when I have someone over. And as far as I know, parking for guest is free as long as you go in & get a temporary guest permit. Not many do that. Overall, the parking here is Easy, Convenient, safe, and well-managed— so definitely one of the perks of living at Linden Hill

This place is awesome, but there is no guest parking and now the street parking is being limited to one side. I have a carport stall but it’s on a completely different side of the complex, I have a child and I can’t carry her when she is asleep that far, so I pay for the parking but park in the open spot, I am going to have to buy additional parking if I decided to ever ask my parents to come visit who also can’t walk that far because of their age, this is the only downfall, come winter time, this place will be a disaster. Friendly service, fast application process and great communication

Janel is very helpful and nice. I relocated from ATL to Magna and she kept in contact with me all the way till my move in day. The elevators were not working the day I moved in, luckily I only had a few items to move in while waiting on my movers. Janel got the elevator technicians working on the elevator the next day and it was fixed. I love it here because it is quiet and out the way from the hustle and bustle of the big city. Linden Hills is a beautiful place to call home!

Just moved in to the Linden Hill apartments. The place is clean and spacious, im happy with the new place. It doesn't have that apartment feel but nicer, that I like. I just enjoyed a few free games of pool. Jacky was helpful and easy to work with even when I made some rookie mistakes she was willing to help fix them. Janel is already a better community manager then my last place, she is friendly and understanding, willing to hear what you have to say. Every time I go in to play pool I always have to stop in and say HI to Jacky and Janel. Things like that can make for a better place and better day. Swing in and check this place out we are always looking for good neighbors!!!!!

The management and staff at Linden Hill are truly exceptional, going above and beyond to ensure residents are well taken care of and have a positive experience. Moving in and now living here has been wonderful, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to call home!

I moved in right when the apartaments opened and I wanted to wait a while to leave a honest review,. The whole Linden Hill team has been so amazing and these last 3 months have been great a couple of construction hiccups but Luis has been so quick to get everything fixed. Janel and Jackie are so good at communication and treat you like you actually matter. I recommend to anyone who is looking for a company who does not just treat you like “just a tenant”

Great apartment complex with great staff. There have been quite a few hiccups with some things which aren't exactly on them. Staff is always quick to help and kind willing to have discussions all the time. I would recommend.

Hands down the easiest and most enjoyable moving experience I've ever had. I would highly recommend Linden Hill for your next home. Sound proofing is phenomenal customer care goes beyond the 5 stars and to boot the leasing office is so sweet. Can't wait to spend the next year with them.

I just moved in recently and I’m very satisfied with my unit. The photos and virtual tour online were very helpful, but it was even better and more spacious than I thought in person. There aren’t a lot of residents yet as the complex is new, so I haven’t ran into any issues and everyone I have seen so far are very friendly. I moved from Hawai’i which was a very stressful transition, but Jacky made everything seamless. She even got me last minute info and paperwork that I needed to ship my car, which was already a headache to schedule in time. Her promptness on working with me, especially when I was in another state in the middle of the ocean, really made me feel like I was in good hands. The only con I would say is that some of the amenities aren’t up and running yet like their dog park, but it’s hard to complain when the building and area are very nice. It just makes me even more excited so that my dog can run around and meet our other furry neighbors! Also can’t rush quality as I’ve noticed everything in the unit is functioning without issues. The walls and paint are done very well, which I had a really bad experience with at my old place that was also brand new. I accidentally bumped some furniture into the wall and no dents or paint chips. I hope all of this encourages others to move in and also have a great experience!

Jacky and Janel are awesome. They know their stuff! These apartments are very nice. Reasonable priced! One, two, and three bedroom floor plans to choose from. You should definitely check them out! :)

I currently live in Austin TX and Janel was my manager at my current apartment complex. She was the most amazing apartment manager I have ever had. We had a real sense of community with her as our manager and she always made time for me if I needed to talk to her. She took care of issues immediately. During the freeze she worked non-stop and even overnight to make sure we were taken care of. I really felt like I was in good hands with her. She was so amazing I even had my mom move in to the apartments. To be honest no matter what I would move into her property just because she is the manager. I guarantee you will feel like family and she will always be there for you. I was so sad to see her move to Salt Lake City. Since she left the property has not been the same. Issues are not addressed. People are constantly asking about her and where she is. The office has a turn over rate like crazy and there is always someone new. The beautiful sparkling pool is now so gross that we can not even use it. The security of the property is not the same even though she did not live on site I remember her driving around after hours just to make sure things were safe for us. The property has gone to crap too. Though she was in a dress and heals she would pick up trash with maintenance in the mornings because she was part of the team. She really did everything she could to make us feel like we were seen and heard. I really miss her and so does my mom. If you move into her apartments you will not regret it. Matter of fact I am quite jealous you have the ability to have her as your manager. Janel is missed here. I guarantee if she was still here in Texas 90% of the residents would move and follow her to where ever she manages.
