Lived there for almost five years. Had to move away for work but would live there again. The leasing staff was fair and responsive, the maintenance and security staff were reliable and friendly, and the building was overall well run. Their package management system was well done as well. Biggest downside was the apartments not having a lot of storage, but not a deal breaker. Great location in the heart of Ktown

One of the reasons I decided on this apartment was because of Ms. Helen, who played a significant role in it, made it easier for me to comfortably decide. In particular, Brian, Helan, Amy consistently stood out — they were always kind, helpful, and treated me like family. Because of their support, I never wanted to leave, and even now my only thought is to return here in a year. It is rare to meet people as genuine and capable as they are. They handled every matter efficiently, responded quickly to my questions, and always made me feel welcome. These three deserve recognition as outstanding individuals, and the apartment itself reflects the same high quality — elegant, well-maintained, and supported by other staff who were also pleasant to work with. Overall, my experience was excellent, and I am truly grateful.

The pearl is a very well kept and very nice property! The staff and the leasing management did an amazing job in informing, touring, and responding to the needs of everyone that lives here. Helen especially is the best leasing manager I have encountered!

Pearl is truly the one and only apartment in K-Town that feels like home. I toured many places before moving here, and while some other complexes didn’t feel very clean (especially in the summer with flies), Pearl always stands out. The hallways and elevators are spotless and smell fresh every day, which makes such a difference. What I love most is the management team — they are caring, empathetic, and always go above and beyond for residents. Bryan, Amy and the team are incredibly kind and supportive; they treat everyone with genuine warmth and always make sure residents feel taken care of. Living here has felt less like just renting an apartment and more like being part of a big family.

Toured this complex a few weeks ago and can't say enough about how amazing it was - the location, amenities and the apartments themselves checked off all of my boxes. The staff was also extremely attentive and kind - especially Alicia, who made the entire process seamless with her expertise and genuine enthusiasm for this property. I'd recommend anyone who's looking in Koreatown to check this place out!

I’ve lived in several apartments around Koreatown, but out of all of them, Pearl Apartments is by far the best. Helen helped me with the tour and was incredibly supportive throughout the entire move-in process. The unit she recommended to me is absolutely amazing—I can confidently say it’s the best. Every time I see her, I make sure to thank her again. She’s truly the best manager I’ve ever met. The amenities at Pearl are also exceptionally clean and beautiful—the pool, the gym, the rooftop view, and the parking. I’m already planning to renew my lease when it ends. I hope you get to enjoy the wonderful experience of living here, too.

Life at the Pearl has been one of the biggest highlights of living in LA. My friend and I toured with Alicia, she was very personable and professional. She was quick to respond and coordinate our move in. The management/leasing team knows everyone's names which is really nice. There's a sense of community here. They have community events for all the residents that are lot's fun haha. We went to the Christmas party and they recently put together a St. Patty's day Whiskey Tasting as well. Looking forward to the next one! The amenities are amazing! They have a little indoor pet park/grooming room, pool, jacuzzi, large clubhouse for group gatherings, sunset lounge, spacious parking, and the gym is Safe to say these past few months have been a great experience for my friend and I. We joke that we are never leaving The Pearl haha.

I had a great overall experience living here for almost two years. Would give special thanks to the friendly staffs Helen, Bryan, maintenance workers and everyone works at the front desk for the help they provided throughout the days. They made me felt like home here. They would take good care of my requests even after I moved out. I lived at two different rooms of their apartments, they have very good sights for rooms facing Wilshire, and very quiet rooms facing the inner walkways, so plenty of choices for different needs! Another thing I like about this apartment is their garden-like walkways on the third floor. It’s always chill to walk around during the night! Very safe and comfortable! They will hold special events at the clubhouse every holiday, and it’s a very good chance to socialize with all your friendly neighbors! The only fly in the ointment is the experience I had with the internet salesman Daniel (he is not one of the staff), who scammed me by selling me additional DirecTV service without telling me the true content of the contract. Consider contacting internet provider by yourself at a store instead of relying on him! Overall, very good apartment to settle down in Ktown LA! Shoutout to them!

I've lived in countless apartments, but Pearl has been my favorite for the past couple years. From the pleasant 3rd floor garden where I can enjoy my daily walks, gym, parking, and there are plenty of coffee shops nearby for you to get your work done. When I want to relax a bit, the rooftop shows me the beatiful skyline of LA - gives my mind some breathing room in the morning and nights. Even when there were mild noise issues, all you gotta do is to call the security desk, and they resolve it for you within minutes. I've had many ups and downs, and Pearl gave me a good peace of mind that made me feel at home for years to come. I'm moving to another spot for work reasons, but i liked the management so much that the new place i'm moving to is managed by the same parent company of Pearl. Thank you so much.

Property is amazing so far! Management cares and responds to repair requests pretty quickly. Alicia made my cross country move super easy and painless. Always responded to emails quickly and and went above and beyond to show me the available apartments via video. On move in day Alicia was warm and welcoming and made sure she gave me a full tour before we signed anything. Thanks for the great experience!

The management team is amazing, Alicia is the best, I fell in love with this building a year before I moved in. The gym could use more equipment but beautiful building, very peaceful! Love the maintenance team as well - very professional Maria is a star!

My roommate and I have been on the hunt for an apartment in K-Town for a while now, and we were feeling discouraged until we stumbled upon The Pearl and met Amy! She was incredibly insightful and welcoming during the tour, which was a big reason why we applied to the apartment within 24 hours of touring. Highly recommend this place, and I guarantee there is no one more attentive than the management here!

Had a wonderful experience touring The Pearl. Helen was so enthusiastic and helpful, it was so refreshing to hear management speak so highly about their property. The facilities are cared for and maintained, and the regular upgrades are something that you rarely see in a lot of buildings in the area. Helen's tour was detailed, she answered all of our questions, and really sold us on The Pearl!

Living here feels like a resort. The management staff is incredible and attentive. Special shoutout to Helen!

i have only been living in this property for two months but already so impressed not only by how clean, safe the community is, but also by the staffs’ professionalism and caring towards the residents, it’s not hard to tell they strive to keep the community safe and clean for us - especially Reina, Helen and Brian. They’re always so friendly, helpful and do their best to help solve your problems! Reina and Helen are particularly always so patient and always there for me when i’m in need.

Did a tour here with Helen a couple weeks ago, she was amazing and made us want the place immediately. The Pearl is clean, luxurious, safe and full of great people. You will struggle to find a nicer place to live with more attentive management.

My first impression of this apartment was that the building was like a luxury hotel. This apartment is very clean, has very friendly staff, a spacious parking lot, and the architecture is carefully designed everywhere. I moved from a one bedroom to a two bedroom apartment a month ago. The room size is larger than a one-bedroom and the kitchen layout has enough space for cooking. Above all, all the staff always helps. They answer or solve the problem right away the next day. In particular, Bryan gives an answer right away, and Reina and Helen give the information I need. l live here very comfortably because it has very good staff.

I had a very touching experience during the Pearl Apartment tour today. I researched and toured about 20 apartments in Koreatown area before deciding on this one. Apartment is quiet, well-maintained, and has excellent amenities. I was shocked that they had a vending machine with emergency medication. I toured with Reina, Leasing Manager, and She provided excellent explanations about the apartment and the surrounding amenities. She is incredibly intelligent and sincerely conveyed her hope for residents to live happily during the tour.

The apartment and management are top notch. Helen our agent gave us the best apartment tour by far and went above and beyond to help us navigate the application process which was no small task due to the unique circumstance we were in. The apartment had the best facilities I’ve seen in Korea town and the units looked very solidly built with above average sound insulation. Helen made it very clear how seriously the management takes keeping the apartment safe, clean, quiet, and improving the experience for the residents. Although timing made me choose another apartment if I have to move next year I don’t think I’ll even be looking at other apartments as I know I’ll be applying here again.

This place is the best place to live in Koreatown! It's a nice, new, clean building with lots of restaurants and places to hang out within walking distance. It also feels a lot safer than many of the surrounding areas. The management team is also incredibly amazing! Helen and Reina always have bright smiles, are eager to help, and make living there an absolute joy. Brian is always knowledgeable about what's going on and has the solution to everything. This place is also really great for pet owners; there is a dog wash station in the building, and a nice grass area (very rare) right next door in front of the Radio Korea building. And they also host really fun events for the residents (and doggos) of the buildings!

I lived at The Pearl for two years, and Yvette was a great concierge. She was always so helpful and able to assist with any questions. If she didn’t have the answer she was able to direct me where to get assistance. Her personality was joyful and I really enjoyed having her as the first point of contact with the front office and as you enter/leave the building!

Leasing agent Hellen is very professional and warm！I highly recomend anyone who is interested in this apartement to contact her! Also, the apartement has the best location and amenities in Ktown. Management and security is good. I love it.

Today I met Reina So, the leasing manager. She gave me a warm welcome upon arrival. I had driven 2 hours to see her for the tour. Her enthusiasm and love of The Pearl was amazing! Her energy and positivity made me feel like this is the place to live. She could speak from personal experience since she is also a resident of The Pearl. She had deep knowledge of the property and along the tour, many people recognized her and greeted her warmly. She was also generous with her time. I didn't feel rushed at all. She could talk about the amenities of the neighborhood so I would know where to shop and eat. That made me happy since I would be new to the area. I think Reina is wonderful and if things work out, I would be excited to call The Pearl home!

My experience is based on the initial move and transition. Upon touring the property we (Me and my room-mate) were met by excellent staff! Our tour and application were led by Helen. She made the experience much more immersive + she was professionally relate-able and sociable. As a Leasing professional, she meets beyond the prescribed criteria of what you'd hope for in a professional and knowledge-able staff. (As much as you would expect this throughout the luxury apartment community... it hasn't been parallel through various other communities). She met expectations with enthusiasm, and covered the full spectrum making it hard to think of any other questions to scale. Even after the tour.... The Pearl guides your hand through Applications, and ensures you have a fluid transition throughout the process. Property Details Inscribed within the tour: - Drinks and Snacks provided (optional) - Amenities scaling trash service, gym/yoga room, mail room/concierge, garage parking (with a waitlist for EV charging), Open air hallways, pool, hot-tub, etc. Overall, The amenities, social-able staff, and a feeling of safety/welcome/solidarity in the property, the decision an easy choice. The experience was a pleasure, and I'll make sure to come back and review the Moving & Living Experience.

I chose this place when I came to Los Angeles for the first time. The environment is very good, and the staff and service are very good. The first time I came to Los Angeles, I didn't know how to open them, but Christofer, the manager here, helped me open them after I checked in. It's really touching. 🥹 This is the best service in the apartment I've ever lived in.

My highest regards to Scarlett who helped with transitioning onto our new apartment in Pearl apartment. Most important trait for leasing officer is to have the flexibility to know and adapt to the situation of the residents. She went extra mile to make us feel welcome. This is one of the few places where its open on the weekends to visit. I don't understand how other places that makes it impossible to visit on the weekend. Don't people work on weekday? Finally, this is advice for future residents. When you shop for a apartments, some places might be $50-$150 cheaper , but there is a reason why Pearl price a bit above market. All these little things adds up (bigger laundry machine, concierge serve, 24 hours maintenance, rentable spaces, etc. ). It makes life soo much easier. So give the pearl a chance! p.s: If you ever get the chance, watch Scarlett on keyboard. Bruh, she shoulda been a e-gamer. She types 4000 WPM. = P

The Pearl is a great commnity! Their community events are always fire! My experience at The Pearl was incredible and even more elevated when I met the manager Christofer who manages the community with a passion!

Scarlett was my leasing agent and the tour was so exceptional that I applied that same day! Before moving to LA I toured 12 apartment buildings all over the city, and I can honestly say that The Pearl offered the best overall experience. Scarlett was very helpful with informing me about the building, the surrounding area, and the future developments that would take place in the apartment. She took the time to process everything and respond very quickly, and made my move-in very painless. Even after I moved in I can tell that she is very friendly and accommodating to all the residents, and I’m thankful that I met such a good person to help me start my new life in LA! Overall the entire staff at The Pearl is very friendly and helpful, and the amenities in this building are excellent. What I like most is that the building is under constant improvement and adding new amenities. The staff also listens closely to the resident’s comments, and makes improvements according to our concerns. It feels like the staff really cares about the people who live here, which is not something I have experienced in other apartments I have lived in! I love this place and would definitely recommend living here to anyone else!

I really like this place i just moved in and it couldn’t be better! Great amenities and nice welcoming staff, Scarlett helped and she’s the sweeetest! She was the one who did the guide tour and showed me everything! Amenities are nice...if we were able to use them.. upstairs neighbors are so freaking loud even after complaining about to the leasing office, but aside from the negative aspects of living here, one great thing about this place is if something breaks down MARIA GAMBOA is hands down the best service technician you can count on. She has been in my apartment many times this year to fix little annoyances, and has always been so kind, very handy and knowledgable with what she does.

First time living in LA and I couldn't have picked a better place. Alicia, was welcoming and made the move in process as smooth as possible. The apartment itself is clean, modern, package is always secure, the people are friendly and there are a lot of bars and restaurants close by. There are a few things that I do want to point out, but shouldn't be caused for any drop in stars: 1. Trash Valet: This is a cool service that the apartment offers where you can leave your trash outside and on certain days of the weeks, they are picked up. This should be 100% optional and residences should have the ability to opt-out. 2. Homeless: There is a homeless problem around this apartment, however, this is a city issue not an apartment issue. 3. Common Area: I understand due to CA / County laws some of the common areas are closed, however, I have seen businesses and other apartments using creative ideas to keep these opens. Example: Set reservation times for gym use, wiping it down after every use, etc. Overall, it's only been a month since I have been here but I have had a great experience with management (Alicia) and had no issues with the apartment itself.

From the beginning of the application process to the move in my experience at the Pearl has been exceptional in comparison to past experiences. The Manager Christofer and his team are always eager to help and always have a wonderful attitude. The property is well kept and you can tell that the maintenance team really cares about keeping the residents safe during COVID. Great central location with restaurants, grocery stores and shops within walking distance. I am so glad I decided to make the move here and don't plan on moving anytime soon. I appreciate all of the efforts and improvements implemented by Christofer and his team. I absolutely love my new home!

The Pearl is a beautiful apartment building with pristine modern interiors. The amenities are excellent, along with the friendly staff, and I'm so happy I made the decision to lease here. The few service requests I've made were taken care of immediately, and the manager truly goes above and beyond my expectations.

Moved into The Pearl about 3 months ago. I really enjoy living here, the Manager and the office staff have always been very helpful, the complex is brand new and beautiful and always maintained. Very active so the large gym was so important. Highly recommend to any looking for a brand new apartment in K Town.
