I would like to share my sincere appreciation for Suhein Beck, the manager at The Visconti Apartments. I have been living at The Visconti for six years, and throughout my time here, I have always appreciated how well the apartment community is maintained. The property is usually very clean, organized, and well managed, which makes it a comfortable place to live. Recently, I went through my lease renewal process, and Suhein was a tremendous help. She provided clear information, responded quickly, and made the entire process much easier and smoother for me. Her kindness, professionalism, and fast communication really stood out. Whenever I had questions or needed assistance, she was very responsive and helpful. Because of her support and the positive experience she provided during the renewal process, I decided to renew my lease for another year. I truly appreciate her dedication to the residents and the way she manages the apartment community with care and responsibility. Suhein is friendly, professional, and reliable. She is one of the reasons I feel comfortable continuing to live at The Visconti Apartments. Thank you, Suhein, for your excellent service and support!

I am Living here since April 2022 so 4 years now , I feel should have done this earlier but it's said better late then never , so I feel blessed 🙌 to be choosing and living here in this property , as my experiences are several in all factors , may it be ambiance - cleanliness - staff support system - management , excellent is one word for this , I feel company's ( GPH Management ) HR Training department need applause as in all these times few positions changed in office as well as others departments like security mentainnce etc but all gave me a positive vibes when ever I happen to meet any one for any work , to name a few in no particular order in office were sandy, Sarabina, Sophia and Zac Sir , in mentainnce Raul and security was Tina now Robert - and presently in office it's suhein mamm and Noemi , where as Noemi is kind supportive and having all ears always with helping attitude - suhein mamm just met briefly for couple of times and could make out how graceful and seasoned persona she carries . More over this management is humanly inclined without judgement and try to understand the situation , I experienced this as for getting late in paying rent at times due to my sick mom's care and less work. Highlight point is there guest suit as my cousins ruchi from new Jersey and vibhash from Chicago were here and they were so happy with place and said it was five star comfort , Definitely a BIG go yes recommendation for this property to my family , friends and anyone , will love staying here till life and time permits

I’ve been living at The Visconti since 2024, and as my lease is coming to an end, I can honestly say this has been such a great place to call home. The building itself is beautiful, the conditions are great, and the location is absolutely perfect for me. Since Suhein Beck stepped in as manager, along with Noemi, the entire experience has become even better. They truly changed the atmosphere in the best way possible. Everything feels more organized, more responsive, and just smoother overall. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and professionally, and communication is clear and helpful. Before, I had asked about carpet cleaning and never really received proper information or assistance. But since the new management team arrived, everything has been streamlined and taken care of efficiently. It honestly makes such a difference when management genuinely cares. I’m so grateful for their hard work, positivity, and professionalism. It’s rare to find a place where you feel heard and supported. I truly hope to stay here as long as possible — and I’m very happy to continue living here while this amazing team is in place. Thank you for making this feel like home. 💛

I’ve lived here for a year and have had a really great experience. The management and leasing office team are excellent. They are professional, responsive, and always available when needed. Any maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently, which truly makes a difference when you’re living somewhere long term. The facilities are very well maintained, and the gym is a big plus. It’s clean, well equipped, and convenient, making it easy to stay active without needing an outside membership. I had a wonderful stay at The Visconti in Los Angeles! I was visiting family who live in the building and stayed in one of the guest suites, and the experience was fantastic from start to finish. The guest suite was clean, comfortable, and had a luxury feel — it truly felt like a home away from home. The building itself is beautiful, with stunning architecture, a peaceful courtyard, and great amenities that make the whole community feel upscale and inviting. The location was also perfect, close to everything I needed while still feeling safe and calm. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the entire experience made my trip so enjoyable. I am really grateful that The Visconti offers such a great guest stay option. I would absolutely stay here again the next time I’m in LA!

I have been residence here for a year now. It’s been a great year with the events arranged by the property agency like coffee morning, movie night or Halloween competition. The staff is very helpful. Specifically being first time tenant, it was very helpful for me to get all help. I also enjoy swimming pool & library a lot. The staff is very helpful & patient to answer any questions or any issues. Cherry on top is the location. In DTLA still safe & clean area.

Noemi Jimenez, the manager at The Visconti, is the best! She’s always so kind, friendly, and professional. Noemi is an amazing manager who truly cares about the residents — she’s always ready to help and quickly solves any problems. The Staff and leasing agents are extremely nice and very helpful. They showed us the appliances and the best way to navigate the building to facilitate the move in process.

I am so grateful to the Visconti management team here. I have lived in so many different apartments and never have I had a management team work so fast to resolve any issues. From Maintenance to just simple questions that may arise. Zack you have a great team.

I’ve been living at the Visconti Apartments for a year now, and honestly, I love it! The community is super respectful, and it feels very family-friendly and peaceful. I really enjoy the pool, the gym, and the fact that everything is always clean and well maintained. Zach, the manager, is the best — always friendly, attentive, and he truly makes you feel heard and well taken care of. Plus, the location is amazing: you can walk to downtown and the freeway access is super easy. I definitely recommend it!

I love this Luxury Resort Apartment, The leasing staff is A1 Top Tier , always kind and sweet. The Apartments are nice and the heated pool is a bonus. Want to live a luxury lifestyle come on down to The Visconti 🥰❤️😘

This is a great place for the location! Spacious rooms, great management and patrol. The gym has many equipments and a dry sauna. It’s also close to the pool and jacuzzi so you can take a dip after a workout!

I have been at the Visconti Apartments for a little over 2 years now and I love it! The managers Zach and Sophia are always super friendly, helpful, and amazing. I enjoy the beautiful pool, the gym, and the whole property is always clean and well maintained. It feels like living at a 5 star resort. Walkable to downtown and easily accessable to freeways. I highly recommend living here!

I've lived here for a few years and I will say the Visconti team, including the maintenance staff makes sure you're take care of. Any type of request is taken care of in a timely manner. The amenities for the building a nice, and it's a good location.

We have been residing at The Visconti for over a few years now. Living here has been a really pleasant experience. The apartment and property is just like it was advertised—well taken care of, with modern features and in a safe and convenient neighborhood. Located just outside of DTLA, The Visconti provides you quick access to LA freeways making it easier to get anywhere in the city within 20-25 mins. The management team is responsive and easy to work with. Definitely recommend!

If you’re looking for a lovely apartment to rent the Visconti is the place. The staff and property manager Zach are so nice and always greet u with a warm greeting insuring that the loving community feel true. The security team is the best insuring safety all throughout the campus and I love the key fob system that gives me comfort in knowing my building isn’t accessible by just anyone . I enjoy the Visconti and encourage anyone looking to come reside here

Hi there. We moved to Visconti last year and have been living here for 1 and a half year. Visconti is located near the freeway, so it is easy to access wherever you want go, and it is close to the office, so we have been living a comfortable life. In particular, the customer care specialists always checks our inconveniences and takes care of them. They are very kind to other races so I am always grateful. There are a business room, private room for study and a printer on the second floor, which is convenient for use when needed, and I really like Visconti, where I can relax while taking a neck therapy swimming while looking at the night view of the downtown at the pool. Pls come and join us.

When we were out of town a large box was delivered by Amazon. A member of the office staff helped out by moving the box into our apartment.

The location and comfort of this apartment is great. We have here more than a year. Staffs are attentive and kind. Security guys are very responsible and nice. The management staffs are reasonable for any situations. Delivery service to this apartment is absolutely reliable.

We had a broken dishwasher that was leaking bubble water and not draining at the end of the cycle. I thought it might have to be replaced, but the Visconti service professional was able to complete the fix very quickly and the appliance works better than when we moved in! Even before he came to fix it, he was able to check with our security manager about entering our apartment when I wasn’t home since we have a dog and wanted to make sure the she was friendly. Fortunately I was only downstairs at the gym, so our security manager suggested to the service professional to wait until I finished up in the gym so that I could be there with our dog while he worked. Once he finished, he quietly left and locked the door behind him before I could say thank you (I was in a work call), but it was a really great experience and all the stress from a leaky appliance is no longer an issue!

I had a great experience living at Visconti Apartments for a year. The management team is very friendly, especially Sarabinah, who was always helpful and kind. Maintenance requests were handled promptly and efficiently. The only downside was that the walls are not very soundproof, so I could always hear my neighbors and the 7th floor might hear the condenser noise from the roof top. Other than that, everything was excellent.

I stayed at the visconti for about and year and a half, and it was such a great community! A special recognition for the apartment manager Sarabinah, she is without a doubt the greatest person and went above and beyond to help me with literally everything! Sad to go, but i would definitely recommend this buliding to call your home.

We have been residents of The Visconti for almost 4 years. From day one, we have been made to feel at home and have not been disappointed. A big shout out to the management team Sarabinah and Zack. They have never failed to support us in any way that we needed it. The property is very well maintained. Most of the residents are respectful of one another. The concierge security team is dynamic maintaining a safe environment. If you are considering living in town or moving to Los Angeles, the visconti should be your number one choice. This was what we have experienced since we have been living here. We plan to be here a few more years..

The manager Jordan was extremely kind and helpful. I could certainly tell he’s passionate about his role and it was really nice to tour with the Property Manager himself. The building looks great and I can’t wait until my lease is up so I can apply!

I recently moved in to The Visconti and The Visconti has been one of the best experience I have ever had in rental history. The staff here are very nice, polite and helpful! Especially, SANDY JUN is very sweet and she’s been helping me out with so many things already. The management have been very professional, kind and extremely helpful. This apartment complex is very nice and clean in a great location with amazing city views, nice pool, gym, library and 24/7 security. I definitely would recommend this complex.

I've been living here for more than 5 years and to this date, I still LOVE it!! Yes, the property is stunning with all the amazing extras. Fabulous city view, super pool, work out room, board rooms, libraries and more! BUT, what makes this property special, what makes it feel like home is the STAFF! Period! The front office is where the action takes place. I met Sandy the first day I was looking for a place in Los Angeles. SHE is sent from HEAVEN! No clue how she does is but, she spends her life making the tenants happy. She always makes them feel like they are HOME. The management have ALWAYS been nothing but professional, kind and extremely helpful!! Including the maintenance team. It says a lot about the management. I can't recommend the Visconti enough! I assure you, its VERY easy to leave a bad review! Especially when you have a bad day however, its NOT always easy to sit down, take the time and share the GOODNESS of something that's worthy of an outstanding mention. This is why I have taken my time to share with ALL and ANY who are considering living in this community. After 5 years, I am fully qualified to report that this property has EVERYTHING and it's STUNNING 24/7!! But remember, having the right STAFF at the property is what makes YOUR stay great or not. I moved in the year of COVID19- the office team made my move super easy and stress free. I love exploring my neighborhood to find fun places to eat. If you're looking for a great place to live this one should be at the top of your list.

Love this place and the front office staff is very responsive :) I consider them friends now! Zach and Antoinette are the best and also the maintenance manager but I forgot his name. Best deal in town!

If there's one thing I've learned from the many apartments I've lived in around LA, it's that the staff makes or breaks the living experience. Each member of The Visconti staff has the perfect blend of professionalism and friendliness while keeping a personal flare that adds essential character to the experience. I see the hard work they put in daily to keep all of us comfortable especially during Covid while somehow maintaining a genuine smile. They go the extra mile to throw events, bring in food trucks, and make it feel like a community. The building and landscaping are beautiful and well kept. Living among the palm trees with fountains and a large pool actually does feel like a permanent vacation. The everyday amenities complete the experience with a clean, well lit, spacious garage, a quiet and comfortable business center and meeting room to get some work done, a good size gym, easily accessible mail/packages/delivery, and in-unit laundry (a must). All for a more than reasonable price, especially for the location - just outside downtown to stay safe and out of the noise and traffic, but close enough to walk and hit all the amazing DTLA spots. I moved from an upscale luxury building in NoHo to The Visconti which is $1000 cheaper per month for a top floor unit, same amenities, more respectful community, better location, and much better staff. Move in immediately, treat it well like your home, and be sure to check out the sister buildings.

I’ve always loved this apartment. It’s why I renewed my lease. But today an associate named Trinidad went out of her way to help me w an emergency I had going on with my apartment, I mean stayed WELL after the office was closed, and it just reminded me why I love this place. Thanks again, Trinidad. You’re a lifesaver!
