Villas at Park La Brea Apartments

I’ve lived in this community for over eight years, and Christy Cipriano has consistently gone above and beyond to make it a wonderful place to live. She genuinely cares about her residents, is incredibly responsive, and always works hard to ensure everyone has a positive experience. You won’t find a more dedicated, professional, or compassionate property manager. We are incredibly fortunate to have her, and I truly appreciate everything she does for our community.

(April 2026) Moved into the Villas in May of 2025 from Denver, CO. Shenny has been a pleasure to work with ever since we moved in. Coming from a few bad apartments, it's always hard to tell which ones are good or not just by reading the reviews. A few highlights - 1. The space is SUPER clean. Pool is well kept, gym is clean, and the space is incredibly nice 2. Maintenance is wonderful. Julio and Jaime especially are at your apartment within 30 minutes of putting in a request. We've had a few regular maintenance issues but have never been charged for those fixes. 3. You're never nickel or dimed for any issues. The staff is responsive, the places are nice, and if you're reading this, I highly recommend a tour. The place may be on the pricey-er side for an apartment, but you really get what you pay for in the best way.

It has been great to call this place, home. But I am particularly interested today to acknowledge the wonderful work the maintenance team does. This last time, Julio the manager, and Jaime were so attentive and prompt to solve the balcony door issue. They requested parts to be replaced, coordinated vendors visit and left everything looking like brand new. Jaime went an extra mile fixing the curtain for us that the vendors had previously misplaced during the replacement of the door. I truly appreciate all that you do for us, thank you!

I'm a relatively new tenant, but can already feel how special this place is. From the moment we started our apartment search, Martin and Shenny have been very helpful and were able to answer all of our questions. Security, maintenance and cleaning staff have also been amazing and I would highly recommend this property.

Julio is the maintenance manager and is wonderful! Prompt, knowledgeable, and very friendly.

Our move-in experience has been smooth and positive, thanks to Christy, the property manager. She’s been incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the entire process. Her communication has been timely and clear, which made everything much easier. The apartment is looking great, and we’re excited to settle in. We really appreciate Christy’s support and professionalism!

The maintenance staff excellent! However I am a little surprised about the new charge for guest parking. This was a perk appreciated. Now having to pay seems excessive. I would like to have better idea of how this will be monitored? Perhaps there should be a pass for visitors of residents given at gate and others should have to pay ( ie vendors delivery service etc).

Living at this facility has been a wonderful experience. Facility is clean and the staff is extremely helpful and always responds in a timely manner. The facility is aesthetically very lush giving it a place of escape from the city life!

This is a great apartment complex. The grounds are well-kept. The management is communicative. The maintenance man even reached out to me shortly after my move in to see if I needed any assistance. I have a dog and the property is very pet friendly. It is also in a great neighborhood close to a park and many restaurants.

The Villas is a wonderful place to live. The grounds are beautiful and immaculate. All the staff are super helpful and prompt. The property is quiet, safe and well managed. My apartment is designed to maximize the square footage. I would not want to live anywhere else in LA!

We have been in this lovely community for almost 2 years. We love to live here because it’s so comfy, luxurious, friendly and clean. We felt so safe even on the pandemic because covid19 safety rules took very seriously in the community. The staff is always give quick response and solve any concern emediately. We have moved to second unit recently because it’s really easy to move another unit and there is always good options. If you really want to live in a good community and in comfortable apartments I recommend Park La Brea Villas.
