Zoila always leaves the pool area and the doggy spa so clean. It smells really nice and She always has a smile on her face.

It’s been about a month of living here and I have to say, it’s been a completely stellar experience. When we first toured the complex with Dylan he was courteous and informative, and he stayed with us along the journey of picking our unit and applying. He’s been a great help through moving in, and since then we’ve also met Marla who has been wonderful at accommodating our needs and answering our (surely infinite) questions and requests. Maintenance is super quick to respond, and package delivery has been very smooth and reliable. It’s nice to have security not only at the concierge but for our packages to be locked away so that we can pick them up at our discretion. We’ve lived in a lot of apartments over the years, but hands down this has been the best experience so far, and we’re really enjoying living here. The amenities are kept very clean, and the building is very quiet. Pico Station can get pretty noisy but the apartment offers great noise insulation, I sleep better here despite the city noise than I did in a house in the suburbs. It’s also been nice to have a business area for working from home when you want a more professional environment, and the gym is huge with a lot of modern equipment which was a big deciding factor for us when we were apartment shopping. We’re loving calling Hope + Flower our home, and the staff and environment have really made it an easy transition into city life for us.

Love seeing Zoila working hard and keeping the lobby/elevators clean with an amazing attitude. She always has great customer service!!! Great place to live with amazing staff.

Definitely five stars! I visited the building today around noon, and I am very impressed with the service at [Hop-Flower]. What stands out most is the friendliness of the entire staff; I loved how they welcome you with a smile and are always willing to help. Furthermore, the cleanliness of both the apartments and the common areas is impeccable. Today, I walked down a hallway and ran into an employee named Zoila who was working near the elevator; she was very friendly, and it is clear that she pays attention to every detail. Highly recommended!

I had a great experience touring with Sam. He was informative without being overwhelming, and made the entire tour feel very natural and engaging. I really appreciated how he didn’t just show the amenities, but also took the time to walk me through other available options and answer my questions thoughtfully. Even though the tour wasn’t very long, it was so well done that I could genuinely picture myself living there. Overall, it was a very productive and enjoyable experience, thank you again!

Soila is the best. She’s a great addition to H+F and is always positive. Her attention to detail in the lobby, gym, elevator etc is top tier.

Sam was an outstanding host during my apartment tour. He was professional, welcoming, and made the entire experience smooth from start to finish. He took the time to answer all of my questions clearly and made sure I understood every detail about the unit, pricing, and amenities. What really stood out was his patience and genuine effort to make me feel comfortable and informed, rather than rushed or pressured.

Samuel brought me around to see the apartments and amenities offered. Was very knowledgeable about the building and answered all the questions and concerns I had.

Love Hope + Flower, only been here a couple weeks, came from 825 and while I loved it there, outside of their elevator situation, I enjoy every aspect here more. Roberto at the leasing office is amazing, Abigail at the front desk is so nice and welcoming, Carlos with maintenance is awesome and every time I’ve put something in, it gets taken care the same day. One of the nicest areas in Downtown and the amenities here are second to none. Concrete floors and double pane windows ensure you don’t hear much of Downtown or your neighbors, of course you will always hear one or the other but it can be a lot worse. Highly recommend

Wow!!! Zoila is incredible! Her attention to details speaks volumes! Her energy is amazing! She is such a light and shows everyone respect! She has been leaving the gym spotless; however, I don’t know what changed since she stopped ! The Lobby is impeccable! The elevators are astonishing! The restrooms are clean every day! Please allow the blessings and praise she deserves!!!!

I had an amazing experience working with Gabriel Right from the start, he was incredibly professional, and genuinely helpful every step of the way. It’s rare to come across someone so dedicated and easy to work with. He took the time to answer all my questions, made sure I understood every detail, and really went above and beyond to make my leasing process smooth and stress-free. After spending way too much time searching through apartments all over the South Park area, I can honestly say nothing came close to Hope And flower from their amenities to their very professional leasing and concierge service. If you’re looking in South Park and feeling underwhelmed like I was, don’t settle—Hope And Flowers is truly in a league of its own.

Zoila is great she helped me with using the restroom she has a great attitude and is always very attentive. Elevators and and floors are clean the restroom is clean the package area is clean I haven’t seen her before but she is great

Anna deserve the credit to how they clean. Every time I come out they are doing an incredible job. They work so hard to keep the gyms and dog park area immaculate. I always pass by them every morning and see the amazing work they do and they deserve to be noticed. Thank you guys for your amazing work!!! To all staff I didn’t mention also. She’s very kind and great person I like her a lot.

This property boasts excellent amenities and a responsive management team. Roberto is super pleasant and helpful, always attentive to your needs. The front desk staffs are also friendly, greeting you with a smile and always trying their best to assist.I have lived in multiple apartments in downtown LA, and this is by far the best experience I've had with the people here.

Love coming to the gym. It’s super clean due to the diligent efforts by Zoila. She’s such a great person—always cheerful and responsive to requests. She makes sure our 8th floor remains clean for our community. We should have a celebration honoring our staff. :)

Hope + Flower is the epitome of Luxury living. Not only that the architecture of the building is phenomenal, but also the ambience and the warm demeanor of the staff made my stay here extra special. Huge shoutout to Iris Bowen, who got me the best deal possible! She is well spoken, honest and extremely dependable! If you are ready to join the community, I highly recommend Iris — to help guide and find you your perfect home. In addition, Valeria provides quick response to resolve unauthorized vehicle, parking in my space. Exceptional customer service. Ana and Zoila came to my unit and cleaned my balcony. Had a fantastic tour experience with Iris who showed a genuine passion for the space and community. It was clear this was a special place to live when I saw her interact with existing tenants.

I have been living at H+F for a few years now and would like to give a shoutout to the staff that make living here so pleasant! The front desk, leasing, and maintenance staff are always friendly and attentive to any issues. Special shout-out to Zoila and the housekeeping team keeping all the communal spaces clean and tidy.

Did a room tour here and Sam was super nice and helpful. He took his time answering our questions and showing us around. The views are really nice and the amenities are great too. Overall, we had a really good experience.

Living here is the best dtla experience with loads of amenities. The team at the leasing office is super helpful when there is an issue and they always try their best to address the issue right away. Alessandro the leasing manager helped tremendously and will try his best to help in any way possible. The team at resident services is always the best. Definitely rate this as the best apartment in South Park DTLA.

Overall, positive interactions & experiences over the past year with the Resident Services team! That is why we've renewed another term with H+F. Special shout-out to Alessandro Sosa (Asst Property Manager) who worked with us on the renewal terms. From Day-1, Marla and Roberto have been pleasant, forthcoming & helpful- regardless of the magnitude of the issue. The top-notch amenities (rooftop pools, gym, collab rooms) come at a pretty price, so be sure to make the most of them- they are kept clean and well- maintained by the team!! On that note, the maintenance team is prompt to respond and go the distance to fix issues.

Have a really nice tour at H+F and Iris is super nice. She showed us all the amenities and answered all of our questions.

Where do I begin, I have been a resident with the Onni properties for over 7years and I’ve had the best living experiences with them. The management team (Travis , Mary , Brianna , Brenda, Sonya, Kyle) and whole staff is truly AMAZING!!!! My wife and I are so thankful for how quick they respond , the friendliness of the staff and how they accommodate us. The building is well kept. The amenities are never crowded. The staff is always available. It’s giving luxury living. (Update) Still living at Hope and Flower and loving it. In my experience, the staff has been great. From our management team Franci, Daniel, and Latasha to maintenance thank you Oscar and our current concierges have been Amazing I'm so thankful for Marla and Abby! (Update) I’m so thankful for our amazing Concierge team at Hope and Flower. Kyle Robertro, Giselle, Abby, and Madelyn Morales are all amazing! I’ve been living here for many years. The management team, including Franci, Daniel, and Marla , has been great!! to the maintenance team , everyone has been excellent. (Update) Still here at Hope and Flower and loving it. The everyone in leasing office, in my experience, the staff has been great. I’ve lived there for 2 years. I’ve definitely say every apartment has its pros and cons. I’ll just speak for me, as I was going through life Daniel has been very supportive. I want to give recognition when it’s due. It’s important to be transparent and come from a good place if you want the feedback and he has helped me. I’m thankful.
