    I’m not sure where to even begin because my experience was and STILL IS PRICELESS! Let me start off by acknowledging how AMAZING ZACHARY was! Before I can even say hello he greeted me with a smile and answered all my questions. The maintenance manager Robert is absolutely AMAZING and continues making sure things were not just ok but Good! Having them makes paying rent worth it. There are two other gentleman Joseph and Marlow who are over the top outstanding I literally can’t even put into words how blessed I am to have such an amazing crew living here. In all my years renting I have NEVER seen an entire crew always in a good mood, go out their way to greet and help tenants. They are all very very informative which to me is HUGE because I can’t stand being told false information or lazy people. I can tell you with all the great amenities and a staff like this I won’t be going anywhere.

    I highly recommend this property, it is an excellent GHP property. My experience the last year and a half has been with great care and consideration. Apartment living will always come with certain trade offs but the amenities, cleanliness, community and neighborhood hold an amazing standard for the price you pay for rent. Above all else, the staff is incredible. These people genuinely care for their tenants and their experience, as well as their well being. I highly recommend Da Vinci Apartments. Thank you for allowing this place to be my first home in Los Angeles 💕

    We lived here for almost two years. Very nice apartment. Great management, they always help in any situation! Really liked that place. We moved out because we found a bigger house. If I decide to live in DTLA again, I'll definitely come back to DaVinci. You're the best!

    We lived at Da Vinci Apartments for 18 months and absolutely loved our time here! The building is beautiful, well-maintained, and in a great location. The amenities were always clean and accessible, and any maintenance requests were handled quickly and professionally. A special thank you to the amazing security team for always making us feel safe and welcome — as well as maintenance team who always helped us to fix things here and there. And a huge shoutout to Joseph from the leasing office! He was incredibly helpful, kind, and supportive throughout our stay. From move-in to move-out, Joseph made everything smooth and stress-free. We’re truly grateful for our time at Da Vinci and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to live in the area.

    We just moved in. The office team is amazing. I’m terrible with names but the well dressed chap who runs the show is courteous, cheerful, responsive and accessible. The whole team works with real synergy. We had a minor issue (not their fault) with the Charger 🔌 for our Tesla. The manager took the lead I saw him immediately grab a colleague and they quickly collaborated to effect a solution. Apartment was perfect when we did our walk through. The buffed fellow who does the moving day checkin was polite, friendly and detailed oriented. All in all an amazing experience. Highly recommend this apartment community. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

    I just renewed my lease this year. Big space, good view, apartment complex is well-maintained. Shoutout to the leasing office staff. They are really helpful and proactive. Edgar Ortega took care of all of my requests for the renewal and even helped me secure a promotion deal for my renewal. Also, the office always takes care of our packages and maintenance requests. Never had an issue with my packages — it’s either in the package lockers or in the office mail room, which the leasing staff controls the access. This is a very common issue in other apartments; hence, one of my biggest considerations in renewing my lease. Minor issues are inevitable but overall, the apartments here are managed well :)

    I’ve lived here for year now and can say that this place is definitely starting to feel more like home thanks to the support and kindness of the property management team. Joseph and Edgar have truly gone above and beyond, and am very grateful to them both for how gracious and helpful they’ve been. Whether helping me through the process and delays of my initial move in or through a bad roommate situation. They have both helped me so much, diligently answering all of my questions, problem solving through issues with the lease or the unit itself, and connecting me with the right management (Judith) when more information has been needed. The property itself is very nice, especially with its many amenities. The alarms in the building do tend to go off more than I’d prefer but I believe property management is doing its best to correct them from falsely going off in the future. Maintenance staff are very kind and efficient. As for critters, I’ve had a few encounters however since pest control came (2 months or so ago) we haven’t had any issues. I am very very thankful to Edgar and Joseph for their quality support and hard work.

    I’ve lived here since 2015 and I literally have no complaints. I used to move apartments every year but since I moved here I cannot find another apartment complex that has the same amenities for the price. The staff is nice, the building is gorgeous, and amenities are amazing. Definitely the best bang for your buck in the area.

    Updating my review that a posted since I first moved in in 2022. I’ve absolutely loved living here. All my guests are always blown away when they come to visit, thinking I live in a hotel. Best amenities of any apartment for the price. Great views of downtown, Hollywood, and Dodgers stadium from the rooftop and from my balcony. I use the indoor basketball gym and weight rack almost daily. Great, secluded location in downtown without too much foot traffic, so it stays quiet. There are a lot of sirens, but that’s living in the city for you. Maintenance requests are resolved extremely quick and promptly. Resident services is always willing to help out when I have a request or have any issues. Shout out to Joseph for being super helpful all the time, I’m in the office a lot for random reasons. I enjoy using the package lockers, as it gives peace of mind from important packages getting stolen. Only complaint is wishing it was more walkable to downtown but that’s not the apartment’s fault. 10/10 - I’ve thoroughly enjoyed my time here and would absolutely recommend it to others who are interested.
