I want to give a huge shoutout to Porter from our building's maintenance team! He is absolutely fantastic. No matter what the issue is, he fixes it quickly and thoroughly. Beyond just getting the job done, he always takes the time to provide helpful information and explain things clearly. He is incredibly respectful of my living space and handles every request with the utmost professionalism. We are extremely lucky to have him in the building!

I just renewed my lease, and Ava has truly been home for the past four years. It is a creative environment with top notch architecture and an incredible leasing and maintenance staff. When I first moved in, Amy B. was always my go to. She was caring, attentive, and efficient in addressing tenant needs. The cleaning and maintenance crew are truly the heart of this community. They provide fast, friendly service and are always available, even after hours. Huge shoutout to Lilliana, Porter, Adrian, Jafet, and Javier. Everything they do runs like a well oiled machine. Their dedication to this community really goes a long way. Vincent L. is extremely courteous and has always addressed any concerns promptly and efficiently. Bri D. is incredibly kind and consistently goes above and beyond for tenants. Rhea is always professional and attentive, and Christy T. is purposeful, caring, and genuinely invested in the residents here. The amenities are an added perk to an already vibrant community. The pool, two story gym, and grills are well maintained and create great spaces to relax, recharge, and connect with neighbors. The events and parties they host for residents are always well thought out and genuinely so much fun. They do a great job bringing the community together. While the fire alarms do go off at times, this is largely beyond anyone’s control. There is no telling what may trigger them, but it is reassuring to know the system is in working order in the event of a real emergency. This is one of the best property management teams I have ever dealt with. They genuinely care. My neighbors are chill professionals with the occasional pet cleanup miss, but overall it is a diverse community of people from many fields, which is great for networking. The building is huge, and the cleaning crew does their best to stay on top of everything. Schedule your tour. While no community is ever perfect, what sets Ava apart is the staff. They go above and beyond to make every tenant’s experience memorable. Shout out to Natasha for going the extra mile for me today. You were such a great help and made my life easier.

Major shout out to the maintenance guy named Porter! I had a issue with flies entering my apartment randomly, I filed a order request, they took it very serious, next morning he showed up and found the issue immediately! My screen to one of the windows had the smallest crack, he got me a new screen and the issue has been fixed ever since, no more flies all thanks to Porter! Preciate u bro!!

My tour, leasing application process, and move-in process all went incredibly smooth thanks to all of them. I could not be more grateful for all of them and all their help. The maintenance team has met all my requests, and the cleaning crew does an INCREDIBLE job keeping the property looking pristine every day. I could not recommend moving here more if I tried!
