    We loved everything about living at the Palazzo. It was pristinely well-kept and we felt so cared for by everyone. Management always took care of us and listened to our concerns, maintenance was so quick to arrive, and knowledgeable and caring in their work, and everyone that worked there was a pleasure to be around. We really felt like home at the Palazzo and would recommend it to everyone. It was great for our growing family, especially being able to walk in the well-manicured paths, swim in the clean pool, and use the amenities.

    Noise

    My living experience at Palazzo East was fabulous! The buildings are concrete, so I could barely hear any noise at home, which made a huge difference in daily comfort. I absolutely loved the courtyard — it was always beautiful and had such a relaxing vacation-like vibe. The neighbors were friendly, and having a dog park inside the community was a huge plus. My dog made several puppy friends there as well! Also, the maintenance team is super responsible, every time I submitted any ticket, them will come right away. I would definitely recommend living here！

    Alfonso was great and got things fixed as quickly as he could. It was a big job and he even co-ordinated to have work done over the weekend so the apartment was in better working order quicker. He replied to texts and questions at night (11pm) / very early in the morning (7am) and as I said was communicating even over the weekend to make sure everything got sorted as quickly as it could.

    I love it here. It makes me and my husband very happy. The staff is wonderful. The amenities are great, yes, they were closed for renovations but hey, they gotta do it in order to fix it, no? The maintenance guys are PHENOMENAL. Super helpful, always there to answer questions. The only thing that annoys me is how much our rent goes up with each lease renewal. If we ever move out it will be because we are leaving LA or because the price becomes ridiculous with all the rent adjustments every 2 years. Other than that, it’s a great place to live in :) nothing is perfect but they try.

The complex is always well-maintained and clean, despite being pet-friendly. Management goes above and beyond to ensure pet areas are kept tidy, trash rooms are spotless, and amenities like the gym and spa are well cared for. Maintenance requests are handled promptly, often within the same day or by the next. Overall, I’m extremely impressed with the quality of living here and glad we chose to sign a long-term lease.
