Pros: So many good things to say: spacious layout, close to food and fun, the staff has been awesome and super helpful, there's a Target right here, etc. Cons: None yet.

I have lived here for almost two years and I am only moving out because I am relocating to another city. Overall, I had a very positive experience living here. I think the value for the price is great. For a reasonable rent, you get central AC, an in-unit washer and dryer, a dishwasher, and a nice-looking apartment. These features were very important to me when I was looking for a place to live. During the two years I lived here, any maintenance issues were handled quickly. Whenever something needed attention, the maintenance team came and fixed it. The leasing office and front desk staff were always helpful and responsive. The management company changed recently, but honestly, I did not notice any major difference in my day-to-day experience. Of course, no apartment building is perfect. Sometimes you may see that a dog owner did not clean up after their pet. However, residents usually report these issues, and the leasing office does try to address them. Personally, this was not something that affected me very often. The sound insulation is not perfect, and occasionally you may hear your neighbors. That being said, it was never a major issue for me during the two years I lived here. One thing I really appreciated was the location. Having Target right downstairs was extremely convenient and made everyday shopping very easy. Overall, I enjoyed living here and would recommend this building to someone looking for a comfortable apartment with good amenities at a reasonable price.

My family recently moved into Next on Sixth, and we're already loving it! Our apartment is spacious and modern, and we appreciate all the amenities, including the gym, pool, workspaces, wide parking spots, and the rooftop dog run. The nighttime courtesy patrol provides peace of mind. However, what truly stands out is how friendly everyone has been. The office team—Mari, Katie, Dylan, and Terrell—are exceptional. They've always been quick to assist with any question or need, making communication incredibly easy. It's a refreshing change from some of our past apartment experiences. We've moved several times, and this has been one of our smoothest transitions. We're looking forward to settling in and making this our home. Thank you to the team for making us feel so welcome!

We recently just moved to California and we were staying at an Airbnb while looking for a place to stay. When we can across this apartment complex we loved everything, the apartment, the amenities, and especially all the welcoming staff. Dylan was very helpful during the application process and made sure all our questions were answered. This was my first time applying for an apartment and it was a bit stressful but after talking to Dylan he made sure to guide us in the right direction and we got approved right away. He is honestly the best leasing manager this building can have!

The whole leasing team made it a breeze to get approved and moved into the building. The apartment is nice, clean and updated. The amenities are great compared to previous apartments we have lived at. Dylan in the leasing office was more the helpful and communicative, walked us through everything and even after moving in has been great checking in and making sure everything has been smooth sailing.

I've lived in many of Koreatown/Downtown's more well-known apartments and I have to say that the management team here - Dylan and Mari specifically - is the best in the business. I've lived here for close to 15 months, during that time I've needed help several times - Adding my then-fiance-now-wife on the lease, needing key-fob replacement, misplaced package (not fault of the team, fire alarm replacement in unit, and many many frivolous questions. I am not exaggerating when I say all the issues were taken care of instantly, like right then and there. Dylan and Mari are rockstars. We will be leaving at the end of the month due to finding a place closer to work but I will always think of this apt and the team fondly. Apts themselves are clean, well maintained. Security is solid, love that they are there 24/7 and they are ACTIVE. I've always felt safe at the apts during all hours. Maintenance team is also incredible, they respond immediately and are great at following up. I'm positive that this is Los Angeles's best run apartment and I wish the whole team nothing but the best 💙

Fantastic Living Experience so far! The apartments are spacious and modern, offering plenty of room to feel comfortable and at home. The layout is well-designed, with high-end finishes that add a touch of luxury. One of the standout features of this building is the amazing fully equipped yoga studio and gym with everything you need for a great workout. There are multiple rooftop areas for small gatherings, grilling or socializing and a gorgeous pool area perfect for relaxing on sunny days. Safety is also a top priority here, with secure access and attentive management! On top of all that, the location couldn't be better! Being in Koreatown, everything is within walking distance-fantastic restaurants, shopping, and entertainment, plus easy access to public transportation. I highly recommend Next on Sixth!

Carlos helps me to unclog my toilet. He is so friendly and patient. He get the work done quick. Now I can use my toilet 😭😭😭 ‐-------- Rodrigo helps me to change the air filter. He is professional and friendly. The staff here is always friendly

Phenomenal place to live. Zero complaints. Every time I put in service request no matter how minimal it always gets addressed same day. Juan goes above and beyond and I really appreciate his kindness and pleasant demeanor. He is always super professional and very helpful. 11/10 I would also like to say Juan and the leasing office really cultivate a great community environment. Dylan and the team are always super helpful.

Lived there for four years. Great management and facilities. Location is super convenient though the units facing Virgil Ave could be a little noisy at times. Overall highly recommended if you are looking for a place near Ktown or DTLA

I just moved out of next and wanted to leave this review because of how great our experience living here was. I would recommend this place to anybody! Everyone in the leasing office were so kind and attentive especially Dillon!! I love their amenities the units are beautiful. appliances absolutely better than expected. Washer and dryer really big . The gym was perfect and has more equipment than other luxury buildings. This place really feels like home!!

Best value for this type of living and setting. Apartments are more spacious than others. Very receptive leasing staff, especially Joshua who was our leasing agent. He was always informative, patient, and clear as to what charges would be. Carlos from maintenance was prompt to resolve our problem and also very welcoming and friendly.

I had a great experience with Next on Sixth, and I want to give a special shoutout to Mari, the Assistant Community Manager. She was super helpful in setting up a room tour for me and helped me find a unit that was not only a great fit, but also had excellent value for the price. You can tell she really cares and is willing to take the time to make the process smooth. Also, the front desk security team has been amazing. When I ran into an issue with someone taking my parking spot, they stepped in right away and were very proactive in helping me resolve it. But honestly, the thing I appreciate the most? The security team helps activate the elevators so delivery people can bring food right to my door. For someone like me who often orders in, this small gesture makes a huge difference in everyday convenience. Huge thank you to the team!

I've lived here for nearly 2 years and I've enjoyed my stay. The staff and residents are personable. I interact with the staff regularly and they've always been helpful and accommodating. This includes the custodial staff, maintenance, leasing agents + manager (Dylan, Mari, Joshua, Rohit, and Robbie).

It's a base luxury apartment. Nothing too fancy but it is safe, moderately nice and has a good gym. Also the manager, Dylan, is a pleasure to work with so that always makes things smoother.

I’ve lived in this complex for two years since May 2023 — in two different apartments — and overall, it’s been a wonderful experience. What I love most is the sense of safety here. The presence of security and a secure package system (with lockers) made me feel confident ordering anything without worry. The location is incredibly convenient — having a grocery store right downstairs is a huge plus. The gym is well-equipped, and though the community areas aren’t large, they’re comfortable and thoughtfully arranged. I want to give a special thanks to Dylan, the leasing manager. He’s truly the best! Always responsive, always helpful, and genuinely cares about the residents. Whenever I had an issue or question, I knew I could count on him for support and the best possible solution. His professionalism and kindness are a big part of why I’ve enjoyed living here so much. There’s just one downside, and unfortunately, it’s something management can’t fully control — some residents simply don’t respect shared living. In both apartments I lived in, there were neighbors who made noise late at night (jumping, stomping around at 3 a.m.), left pet waste outside, or left their dogs barking for hours. There’s also a noticeable smell of weed in some areas, which, although common in the U.S., can still be unpleasant for others. If it weren’t for this lack of consideration from some tenants, I would have happily renewed for a third year. I understand this can happen in any community, and that’s why I’ve decided to move to another area — just for a change of environment. But I want to be clear — the management, amenities, and overall organization of the complex are excellent. I’ll miss it for sure. 🩷

Dylan, the leasing manager, was incredibly helpful in finding an apartment that fit my needs. His helpfulness made me feel confident in the management team and made the whole process of finding a new apartment feel easy and stress-free. The self-guided tours were also a huge plus — it was nice being able to go at my own pace and really get a feel for the place. Definitely a good experience!

It's been great so far. All the staff are really helpful and have gone out of their way multiple times whenever I have an ask. Dylan in the leasing office got me situated with everything I need and continues to be really easy to reach, as is the rest of the leasing office and concierges. Juan, Carlos, and all the repair service people are super kind and respond really quickly to fixing anything you might need. The building itself I wish was constructed a little nicer for the rent, but it's inevitable in the times of corporate landlords and developers. The staff and ease more than make up for it.

Just moved in a week ago and been having a great experience so far! Mari from the leasing office and John the concierge are the best! I am definitely feeling at home here at Next on Sixth! The amenities are great, the units are hi-tech, and the architects made very good use of the space. Definitely worth it for the price point. The only thing I wish was better is how tenants take care of the condo. There’s a lot of pet waste throughout the building at all times, including elevators. This is a lack of respect and common sense issue regarding the residents only. No one seems to get fined for it, so it will probably continue like this.

I am writing this post for John who always thinks of residents' needs and takes great care of them. He is chilled and professional, and my move-in experiences would not be so smoothly without his help. Before I move-in, he also hosted me once when I was doing the self-guided tour, where he patiently answered all my questions and gave me other details of this apartment. The apartment's management team is also professional, where they respond to email in a timely manner and can sent maintenance to solve the issues I have quickly. It has been a great experience living here and I truly think that this place offers great environment with great price.

I have lived all over Los Angeles and Next on 6th is by far the best service from management I have received. Dylan is a shining star on the leasing team and has made my experience flawless. Furthermore, the amenities here are well maintained, the building is super clean, the other tenants are lovely, and the location is superb! Happy to call this place home.

I recently had the pleasure of touring Next on Sixth, and I was so impressed. From the moment I stepped into the sleek, modern lobby, I could sense the quality and attention to detail! I’ve toured a lot of places around the neighborhood to look for a future home. Although amenities is a huge Decision factor as to why I would choose a place. But having kind people that work at the apartments are also essential. Dylan provided us with a great tour and the overall staff seemed really nice! Apartments were super clean as well It seemed like maintenance was on top of it

Best apartment I’ve lived at. No roaches. No stolen packages. People are chill. Staff is amazing especially Dylan. Bro helped me walk my rent increase down from 5% to 1% and has helped me with any issues I’ve had (which i rarely have any issues). Maintenance and cleaning people do a great job. Gym has everything you could need. Amenities are nice and the views are dope. I have no complaints

Great apartment complex. We just moved here from out of state and made the decision to move to Next on Sixth blindly and it worked out perfectly. The staff is all amazing. Sheylan is very helpful and knowledgeable and has helped us a lot with any concern we've had since we moved in. The area isn't too bad as well. We're happy we went with this complex and would recommend it to anyone moving to LA.
